Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I have no complaints. Would stay here again. Expedia ask you to leave to long a message. Worest part about the whole stay.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The room was dirty and still had toothpaste in the sink from the previous occupants. We only stayed for 2 hours and left. The staff was nice but very unorganized. I would not recommend this hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Actually we never checked in the manager told us he had no vacancy? From the looks of the place I was sure thankful...,
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The motel seemed kinda sketchy, not very homey. The room (furniture, walls, amenities) are quite outdated. At our arrival it was very cold in the rooms and at least my parents room could only be heated up a little bit. We didn’t feel comfortable and were glad to leave in the morning.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Didn’t see the property we didn’t have the correct address lady on the phone was very nice but she couldn’t find her reservation manager wasn’t available. So I called back and I said if they find it to cancel it. Now on my phone I got a bill!
- Chris (8/5): - The hotel needs quite a few updates but for the price it's really hard to complain. It was clean but very dated. The gentleman that checked me In was very polite
- Verified traveler (4/5): - In a time of a crunch we just needed a place to sleep and a shower as we were there to clean up from Hurricane Michael and there was stains on the sheet and pubic hairs.
- Jessica (8/5): Clean, no frills, reliable - This hotel completely met my expectations: A clean hotel that we only needed for a comfortable night of sleep while continuing our onward interstate driving journey. The hotel room walls are cinder block which blocks much noise, room had helpful microwave and mini-fridge, and the owners at check in/out were kind. The room is furnished with older furniture and linens, but all clean and utilitarian. Overall a pleasant experience!
- Deborah (6/5): - As soon as I opened the door to our room, the smoke alarm was going off! Called front desk, they attempted to fix it, but could not get it to stop beeping, so no alarm for the night! Lots of electrical outlets, but not in convenient places! Could not get into the free WiFi even with the password! Advertised coffee in the mornings in the lobby, but there was none ready! It was a place to sleep after a long day, but would be unlikely to return again!
- Anna (8/5): Welcoming owner - The room was clean and I could tell the owner appreciated our business. The A/C worked well and was not as loud as some other places I've stayed. It was an easy 15 foot walk from our parking spot to the front door of the room. My only request is that the towels were softer. They were clean though.
- Kay (8/5): - I was meeting up with my daughter from Atlanta to exchange my grandson for spring break. I will use this motel again. Absolutely nothing fancy!! But, friendly owners. You would have to drive 3-5 miles north for food! Frig in room tho, and microwave so that’s why I chose the motel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good for a night’s sleep only - Can expect much from this place. The owners are nice, the room was clean and that was the most important thing. Bring your soap as a previous reviewer said. No coffee, not eve in the gas stations close by as they don’t open early.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Concerned & gracious hosts. - No chain hotel indifference. Genuinely cared about my well being, ex; Wifi not working today.
- LG (8/5): Overnight stay enroute to Florida - Hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. They were truthful and hard workers. They shared the hotel was old but clean. This was true. The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable. Old building but no bugs--which I can not say about some newer hotels. I do not like franchise chains and prefer to do business with smaller independents who provide better service. The room is not luxury but very clean and comfortable. So save your money on the room to fill your gas tank up.
- Milford (8/5): - No frills, old but clean, owners were very nice
- Annette (8/5): No frills but clean. - The hotel is good for sleeping and a shower. Older and not updated. Clean, quiet, comfortable. I would crash there again on a road trip.
- Verified traveler (6/5): it was the bed - good value, big old (not a flatscreen) TV but it was big and worked just fine. but the bed was really good. great mattress
- Richard (6/5): one night stay - it was okay for a one night layover, needs lots of work
- Verified traveler (10/5): Nice older motel. Would stay again. - Nice older motel. In pretty good condition. Can't beat it for the price. Would stay again
- Verified traveler (2/5): Weird motel with great beds. - This place is so old and run down I almost didn't pull in. Then looking at the room, I almost left. But I didn't. The owners were cheerfully accomodating of my requests, the motel was really quiet, even though it was Saturday night. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in!
So I really don't know what to say or recommend. would I stay there again? Yes.
