- Angela (6/5): Good for short stay before summer season - We had the no frills room. But when opening the curtains we could see the ocean from our third floor room. The room was clean and we were across the street from the beach. Beach Ave. This room was to small for two queen beds and two chairs in the room. You only could watch TV from sitting on the bed. The two chairs were against the wall facing one of the beds. No room to move it. Also the room was on a corner and we had to keep curtain shut because people were walking by night and day. This room should have one bed and two chairs in it only.

- Gloria (9/5): Well appointed room with plenty of space, refrigerator, microwave, and Keurig coffee. - Proximity to the beach and boardwalk Restaurant on site Newly refurbished and attractive No Access from the lobby to our room directly, but, fortunately, we were glad for a first floor room where we could park near our door to see pack.
- OllieTheCat (8/5): Fun hotel for a family vacation, don't expect any peace and quiet. - Well, we booked four nights in early April, a time that is usually quiet in Cape May. Most of the restaurants and hotels are closed. The hotel was okay for our needs, but because of the craziness at airports due to the government TSA shutdown, people decided not to fly at spring break and drove down the shore instead, so the hotel was pretty full and somewhat noisy. I'll write the pros and cons from our viewpoint: PROS The hotel is right across from the beach, and we had a good view. It's right in the middle of all the action. Our room seemed to be recently renovated, was clean and had a kitchen with microwave, dishes, utensils, a wine pull and everything we needed. If you are looking for a cruise-ship like experience for a family, this hotel will be for you: it has a restaurant and rooftop bar, pool, bikes and the front desk is very friendly. CONS: Our deluxe room on the third floor was right over the outdoor rooftop bar. Keep in mind that if you ask for a room not over the rooftop bar, further south, it will be over the pool. So it's not a place to seek peace and quiet. We were there the first night the restaurant/bar was open and there was loud music being played on the rooftop bar although it was raining and nobody was there. It was playing until after 10pm. The bedroom in our suite was in the back, next to the hall, and so you could hear everyone going to and from the elevator all night.

- Ana (4/5): - I left a day early and nobody noticed. I hated the cleaning. The floor wasn't clean, there were two days when they didn't clean or take out the trash. They sent text messages asking if I wanted cleaning and I replied "yes" and nothing was done. Very bad. I don't recommend it to anyone.
- Marc (10/5): Great shore getaway - Although the weather was miserable, we enjoyed the bar/restaurant for the evening. The parking lot was very tight with little room between car but there was ample guest parking.

- Denise (2/5): Look elsewhere! - Nothing My room unbeknownst to me connected to a very noisy group of ppl. I was also overlooking the su deck very undesirable. Gym was a joke. Front desk clerk was rude. Would never stay again!!!
- Barbara (5/5): - The room was clean and large with a balcony. We had to pay fifty dollars additional to move one floor up for a better oceanview, even though the hotel was empty and off season. The bed was quite uncomfortable very worn. There was absolutely nowhere to get ice only from the office on the first floor which was quite a hike.They said nothing was really set up because the season had just begun.It was quite inconvenient.

TVs and microwave not showing the correct time. I was able to correct the microwave clock. Need LG remotes to crrect TVs. Also, 1 TV's viewing aspect ratio is off. It is cutting off the picture around all sides. Main door closes hard and to quick.

The room was spotless, beautiful bathroom and nice small kitchen. I was only there one night and had to leave early due to a blizzard! I donāt have any complaints.

Everything you could want in a hotel, this place exceeded those expectations. The onsite restaurant had great food options, and great cocktails. This was all in the offseason too, a Saturday in February. I can't wait to make this a stop every winter. I really don't have anything to improve. maybe a free bottle of water when checking in. or a snack. maybe that was offered too and I just didn't realize

No regrets - We were in Cape May for the Exit Zero Jazz Fest and were able to see and hear the entertainment right from the patio door of our room. That was very convenient. Having the parking included and on site was definitely a plus. We got a special deal on the rate through Booking.com. My husband felt like we were under a lot of scrutiny and had to be very careful about touching or damaging anything in the room. So it was a relief when there were no accidents.

- Susan (8/5): - The location was great. The staff was very accommodating. I would stay there again if they fixed the mattress on the pull out couch. The mattress on the fold out couch was horrible. It needs to be replaced. The room was smaller than expected but sufficient. Pool area is not large enough to accommodate the volume of guests.

- Eric (9/5): It was perfect for us to visit friends that live in town. - Clean, convenient, and very friendly. Had a restaurant and shuttle van to travel through town and not drive. No trash cans out back and for smokers there was a bench but the weather was raining and no cover to stay dry.

- Iain (9/5): Great room and area for cape may and just a short walk to the restaurants - It was everything Iād hoped for ,there was no balcony for me to sit on ,but I knew that because of the room I picked,it was clean and staff were very friendly Not much you could do about this because of the age of the building,I could hear the neighbors due to lack of insulation between walls (Iām a insulator by trade so I notice that )

Our golf cart driver John was fantastic, we followed his suggestions for meals and he did not steer us wrong. We were on bottom floor so didn't have an ocean view, but had our own patio by the pool which was really nice.

The Mattress was a little to soft for us but we managed. Wish there was more bathrooms by pool and bar area. Always a line waiting
