Por ahora hay que revisar más a detalle cuestiones como tuberías para que fluya mejor el agua caliente. Por lo demás todo está excelente. Los felicito por su vocación de servicio al cliente.

- Luis (1/5): De lo peor en Cuenca - No vayan a este hotel de lo peor en Cuenca : - Habitacion #22 ruido excesivo - Tiembla en las noches parace que se caen las cosas - TV quemado ...lo sabían hace una semana y aún así nos engañarom - Molesto ruido de agua bajando por las canaletas en las noches - Baños pequeños y sin privacidad ( vidrio transparente en el baño) Nadie se hizo cargo de los reclamos ....nos decían que ya van a revisar y nada !! Carisimo para lo que ofrecen por el precio !! En fin mi peor estancia fue la de este feriado ( 1 - 2 - 3) Las camas estaban pegadas a la pared , no tenían respaldar y las almohadas terribles !!!

Some minor issues like phone getting unplugged due to a broken connector, shower did not have much pressure so it was difficult to get proper temperature, nothing that affected my experience.

I will probably go back for a visit or a meal just to see them. It was on a loud/noisy street. Luckily, it quieted down by bed time so sleeping was not an issue.

- Cate (10/5): Great staff, clean rooms, lovely breakfast buffet - We stayed at the hotel November 22 to November 30 2017. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast buffet was great. I liked the cozy sitting areas that were on each floor so when I was up earlier than my spouse, I was able to have a quiet sitting area with a lovely view. We would definitely stay here again.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Unbelievable Value. - My friend and I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and we both hated to leave. This was one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed at and the price is unbelievable. We speak almost no Spanish but the staff spoke enough English that we got by easily. The staff is wonderful and the rooms are great. The food is also excellent. One day I went out alone and the girl on the desk asked me where my friend was. I said he was not feeling well and was staying in bed. She called the room to see if he needed anything or wanted tea or soup or for her to call a doctor. It was only a touch of altitude sickness, but she really cared. The entire staff was like that. I really don't think they are charging enough for the room or the food. I intend to go back to Cuenca and when I do, I will stay there again.

Open and uncrowded space which was perfect for practicing our Cumbia steps! Shower was hot, beds were comfy and warm, breakfast was delicious and the service was very friendly! Every encounter was service with a smile. From the front counter to the food servers, to the maids! They treated us like family! We stayed there for a week. We would definitely recommend this Hotel! - christian (10/5): Beyond amazing - The kuna hotel is a gem that caters to your every need. Every staff member is professional but with a caring manner that they make you feel right at home. Have you ever seen those movies with wonderful hotels? Well the Kuna hotel is beyond those movie hotels. When In Cuenca you have to stay at the Kuna , it will make everything much better.

Stayed in a room in the back and it was very quiet. Excellent breakfast made to order with extremely courteous, friendly and professional service. Everyone at the hotel was service oriented and helpful.
