• Julia (6/5): Average. - Good location. Pool and fire pit were great The sofa and chair were heavily stained which looked awful. Curtains in the downstairs room did not pull properly and with a security light outside above the window this let light in all night. The same security light let light in the upstairs room too. No fan in kitchen which meant cooking smells lingered all weekend. The shower was awful! Really noisy people on the first night

Very clean, had the essentials. 1 bathroom, kitchen with stovetop & oven & fridge. Great private outdoor bbq area. Staff are super friendly. Stairs are abit steep to get to the 2nd bedroom. Not ideal if you are travelling with elderly or someone with limited mobility.

I said when I booked there were two adults and the car park near the cabins was empty the whole time why should my friend have to park all the way in the guest car park? Had trouble getting in when I already gave the rego and guy wasn’t very friendly at reception either.

• Douw (8/5): Loved it will definitely come back again - We stayed in the group cabins , Rooms were nice and spacious , kids loved the play area and pool , and made lots of friends, kitchen /bathrooms always neat and tidy , bbq facilities clean and tidy , general view of park neat clean and tidy , everyone friendly and helpful No broom in rooms to sweep floor as kids do bring in alot of sand from outside , on the back of map paper it stated that laundry uses 2x$2 coins but in fact its 3x$2,not an issue but didn't expect the sudden change when doing laundry , would like to see the summer “quite time” extended to 22:00 as most kids were still running around park playing and having fun ,as we were part of the HB cricket camps getting back after 18:00 kids want more time to play ,maybe add on the booking that cutlery included in group cabins ,

I had to change the bathroom while I was already having my shower. Our parking space was taken by another customer n we couldn't park infront other our room.

Fridge in our room was leaking onto the floor, shared bathrooms had been flooded by another family with children at the time, however the other bathrooms were very nice so we used them most of the stay. Would have been nice to have a money change machine onsite so we could use the coin operated washing machine and dryer had to drive into town to get some money to be able to use.

• Breakwell (1/5): Avoid and stay somewhere else. - The pool was nice They positioned us next to the smoking area with a young family and we were unable to open the door as smoke a vape was blown into the cabin The floor in our cabin was disgusting it made our feet black within minutes so we had to weat shoes all the time. Apparently a BBQ was included in our stay.. we didnt recieve it. Unfortunately we watched familys fighting each other. My advice would be spend more money and stay somewhere nice. I wouldn't stay again.
• Taiana Metuamate (10/5): - Great place to stay. Alby was incredibly welcoming and helpful during our time. We stayed in 34°C weather so the pool was an absolute delight as well as having Splash Planet right next door. The group cabin fit our family of 5 comfortably and sharing facilities was a great way of meeting new people.
• Zsuzsanna (4/5): - Location was great. Room was very hot we did not sleep much. We could not control the draft, the windows were open to the max or shot fully. Noise level was high even after 11pm.
• Rasmussen (10/5): Great family stay - For the one night we stayed, we were able to check in earlier than the scheduled time, and upon arrival, our family cabin was readily clean & neat. Kids enjoyed the bunks, plenty of room, and outdoor play for the kids. The shared bathroom & kitchen were easily accessible in good clean conditions. Also staff were very friendly and helpful upon arrival & kindly provided a discount for a mix-up charge on booking.com. Also that we didn't stay longer there :)

A shower gel in the bathroom would have been handy, or available to buy at reception.
