• ENZ000 (7/5): - on a sélectionné une chambre avec balcon car c'était important pour nous, mais arrivé au checkin, à la réception on nous a dit qu'elles étaient toutes prises. On a demandé si c'était possible d'en avoir une au loins dès le lendemain car c'était pourtant indiqué dans la description, une dame à la réception nous a dit que elle reviendrait vers nous dès le lendemain mais cela n'a jamais été sur 1 semaine.

• Coralie (8/5): Nous avons passé un séjour globalement agréable dans cet hôtel. - l’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre-ville, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied. La plage est accessible en environ 10 à 15 minutes, ce qui est très appréciable. La propreté est irréprochable, aussi bien dans la chambre que dans les parties communes. Le personnel est également très serviable et réactif, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes (comme fournir de l’eau, par exemple). l’hôtel est assez vieillot et mériterait un rafraîchissement. La chambre donnait sur une “vue jardin”, mais en réalité cela correspond plutôt à une vue sur un autre balcon, ce qui enlève de l’intimité. De plus, nous n’avons pas pu profiter du balcon. La piscine est assez petite, même si elle reste propre. Malgré ces quelques inconvénients, cela reste un bon choix si vous venez en Thaïlande pour découvrir, visiter et profiter de l’extérieur plutôt que de rester dans la chambre.

• Eugenia (6/5): troppo costoso per quello che offre. - buona la pulizia, la posizione, la luminosità, e l’arredo abbastanza moderno (nelle camere) e il servizio dei teli x il mare ottimo. la colazione scarsa, pochissima scelta, e di quel poco che c’era non mi ha fatto impazzire niente. gli scarichi del bagno nella nostra stanza puzzavano di fogna, che se non chiudi la porta del bagno si diffonde nella stanza. per quello che è dovrebbe costare meno, altrimenti dovrebbe offrire una colazione piu varia e gustosa, risolvere il problemi degli scarichi e magari rendere piu carina e accogliente la hall in cui si fa anche la colazione tra l’altro che è la parte più squallida dell’hotel, piena di fronzoli e accostamenti di colori discutibili.. sembra un magazzino.

Уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Уборка на 5 из 5 Завтрак посредственный, шведский стол. Рядом храм, ночной рынок, 7/11 Слабый wi-fi, но это точно не важно при выборе отеля!

Det ser mye finere ut på bilde en hva det var i virkeligheten. Hadde anbefalt et annet hotel på ca samme område.

• Agnieszka (4/5): Nocleg, z którego nie chciałabym już więcej skorzystać - Ogólnie jestem rozczarowana pobytem w tym miejscu. Nie wróciłabym tam ponownie. Na plus winda w obiekcie i duże wygodne łóżka. Wystrój raczej dostateczny. Uśmiechnięta obsługa. Na wstępie byłam przytłoczona hałasem jaki jest wokół obiektu. Przyjeżdżając po godz. 22 zastaliśmy scenę prawie pod oknami hotelu z mega głośną muzyką i donośnymi uczestnikami imprezy, która odbywała się niemal codziennie. W pokoju było znacznie ciszej, ale w dalszym ciągu było słychać odgłosy pobliskiej imprezy. Śniadanie podawane jest w niezbyt sprzyjającym miejscu, bo na holu wejściowym przy recepcji. Ich zawartość jest też raczej podstawowa. Widok z okna żaden - prawie na wyciągnięcie ręki jest drugi budynek i po odsłonięciu zasłon można co najwyżej zobaczyć co mają na stole mieszkańcy bloku na przeciwko. Basen nie zachęcał do skorzystania. Natomiast możliwość pozostawienia bagażu po wymeldowaniu za dodatkową opłatą jest ujmujące. Uważam, że cena jest nieadekwatna do obiektu, który lata świetności ma za sobą. Za znacznie niższą cenę miałam przyjemność korzystać z innych hoteli w Tajlandii, a ten był najsłabszym noclegiem podczas całego pobytu.

• Ashish Kumar (5/5): - The space inside the suit and location was good. The money they are charging is more that also without breakfast. For 6 year kid also they also charged 600 bhat/ day even though we opted for no extra bed and no breakfast. Though on the last day they returned 600bhat saying you did not take an extra bed. Then they should have returned another 1200 bhat as we had no breakfast, no toiletries. All this made it costly. The reception staff was a bit lost on how to deal with the situation, One day when we informed her in the morning that last day housekeeping forgot to keep water bottles. Will you plz provide us with water that she told she will check with housekeeping. After an hour again I requested her for water bottles again she told she will check with housekeeping. Later that afternoon housekeeping kept the water bottles. This was very surprising to us. We never came across such an incident in any hotel we booked though booking.com.

• Bruno (9/5): Muito bom - O hotel tem boas instalações e a piscina é bem bacana. Limpo, amplo e atendeu totalmente às necessidades. Apesar de estar geograficamente próximo à praia de Kata, a caminhada é longa até a praia. Não é tão perto quanto parece.

• Jana (6/5): - Upon our arrival, reception staff ask me to pay extra 400bath for the bed and 200bath for breakfast for my 5y old. I choose EXACT number of guests and specified the age when I booked the rooms (KIDS SHOULD STAY FREE OF CHARGE).Total amout was charged before our stay via booking so this was really disapointing. When I refused to pay they said okay, but every morning the whole kitchen staff together with manager and reception lady were staring at us if she is not eating anything from the bufet despite the fact that she had her own jogurt as she doesnt want to eat anything else for breakfast. They should fix the terms of stay with booking and not punish the guests! Location is much furher from the beach than mentioned on the page. Breakfast average, the same food every morning, no diary except milk. Room was OK

Camere davvero troppo rumorose, viene male dormire anche con i tappi.

• Helen (10/5): Great stay - many thanks! - I really enjoyed my 3 night stay. Large room, comfy bed, great aircon. The family running it are really kind and helpful - a big thanks to them! Breakfast could have been more varied, but it didn’t really bother me. Theres a great coffee place just across the road. The pool is small but great for a dip to cool off from the heat.

The same small selection of breakfast dishes day in and day out. After 9 nights at the hotel me and my daughter were totally over it. Better spread would be highly appreciated. Not all guess stay only a short period of time.

• Kateryna (7/5): - We only found out upon arrival that the rooms with a kitchen are located in a separate building across the road. Overall, everything was good. However, the windows in the room are of very poor quality, and the noise from cars and scooters is as if you are not inside your room but sitting outside. It was very loud, and during the first few days it was simply impossible to sleep. At the same time, the receptionist said with a smile that she is aware of this problem, yet no one is trying to fix it. This significantly spoiled the overall impression. I would also like to highlight the room cleaning — it was done every day and was of very high quality.

• Ana Bárbara (9/5): Quarto confortável! - Hotel confortável e quarto bem amplo. Equipe do hotel atenciosa e prestativa. Varanda com pequeno varal foi muito útil para secar roupas de praia. Café da manhã simples, porém satisfatório. Um ponto de atenção é que achávamos que o hotel seria mais próximo da praia. O que vimos foi que várias entradas para a praia foram fechadas por um resort, logo a caminhada para a praia mais próxima é de uns 20min devido ao fechamento dessas entradas. Na primeira noite tivemos um problema com o ar condicionado, mas que foi resolvido no dia seguinte!

It is run by a couple of nice ladies who graciously help you with recommendations. The breakfast is functional without much variety but I wouldn't consider it a negative. There are multiple cafes and Seven Eleven nearby so you can always grab a bite later.

• Evgeny (8/5): Остался доволен проживанием, могу рекомендовать другим этот отель. - Место расположения отличное, немного далеко от пляжа, зато тихо и спокойно. Номер просторный и чистый, персонал всегда готов помочь. Имеется не большой бассейн. Ванную комнату возможно нужно уже обновить, душевая лейка еле держится. Не очень удобная раковина, кран настолько короткий что невозможно нормально помыть руки.
• FabioH (8/5): Boa opção de hotel em Kata - O hotel fica em uma boa localização, próximo a uma área movimentada, com bastante comércio. O fato dele não ficar virado para a avenida, mas atrás de um prédio comercial, contribui para um ambiente mais silencioso. Tem algumas vagas de estacionamento em frente, inclusive para motos. O quarto é amplo, mas a janela do nosso quarto dava para o fundo do outro prédio. O quarto tem frigobar e armário, e o hotel fornece garrafas de água diariamente, além de toalha para utilizar na praia, a cama era confortável. O hotel não fornece café da manhã na diária, dica: o café do outro lado da rua é muito bom, apesar do preço um pouco alto. Como a frente do hotel não fica na avenida, uma sinalização melhor seria útil, o motorista que nos levou até o hotel custou a encontrá-lo.

Рядом все есть , магазины, кафе, кофе , завтраки , рынок . На входе есть зонтики , которыми бесплатно можно пользоваться . Приятный дедушка, который сидит утром слушает радио. Тихое место . Завтраки/обеды не пробовали, так как рядом куча еды . Каждый день обновляли запасы кофе/ чай/ вода . Рядом красивый китайский храм . В целом довольны. Снимали 2 номера , в одном была сломана лейка в душе, починили потом . Не понравилось то , что жили на 4 этаже окна выходили на рядом стоящее здание, прям в плотную. Нас конечно днем не было, но вечером не хотелось смотреть в окна других людей .

• Thessnormann (7/5): It's okay - The staff was very nice and helpful. Location is good, not too far from the beach or Kata walking street. Also convenience stores close by. Room was spacious very spacious, and I liked the balcony. The beds were like sleeping on concrete, and I know it's very hit or miss with beds/mattresses in Asia. I asked if they had another room with a softer bed, but not sure if they understood my concern. We did try and fold the top mattress in two but this didn't really do much either. However I do appreciate the effort from the staff to try and make it work! I do also think the pricepoint is high comparing close by locations and the standard in general.

The rooms well I stayed in two different ones the first one was perfect smart tv so could get Netflix and the second not as nice but very similar but not great tv. We don’t go on holiday to watch tv but I was I’ll do it was great
• babyelle16 (10/5): Great location to stay at. Felt safe for a solo traveler - Great location, pretty quiet during sleeping hours. They provide bfast which is good for early tours, Place is clean, someone is always cleaning, I didn’t get to use the pool but looks cute. You are able to get a towel for free to bring to tour and beach that you need to log in and out. 13 min walk to kata beach 5 min walk to kata night market where I ate most of my stay there, so good. 1 min walk from foreign exchange, Sabai Sabai, 7/11 and nail it for nails. Ty for the stay. Felt very safe

• Finn (4/5): Larm - Ufattelig larm fra gaden 24/7. Vi boede over gaden fra selve hotellet, med balkon og stort vindue ud til vejen hvor trafikken kørte konstant dag og nat. Flere ting hang løst på toilettet så man ikke turde hænge håndklæder op på stangen.
• Omar (8/5): - Great location and minutes walk from all the commotion. Lovely owner/manager.
• Kingham (8/5): We had a great stay! - The beds are nice and hard, which we liked. The hotel is well located in an area where it is easy to walk to shops and restaurants. The walk to the beach is only 15 minutes. The breakfast at the hotel is simple but tasty. The showers are a bit T tricky to work out but we worked it out fairly quickly.
• Maria (10/5): Family friendly - We were very happy with our stay at the blueco hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was big and clean. We were very pleased with the breakfast too. Location great. I would definitely go again.

• TheMelbourneKid (8/5): Comfortable Stay with Excellent Service - I had a wonderful stay at The BluEco Hotel during my trip to Phuket. The location is convenient, just a short 10-minute walk to the beach and close to great restaurants and the night market. The room I initially stayed in was spacious and clean, though slightly worn. On my first night, a rattling noise from the window kept me awake, but the staff quickly resolved it the next day by moving me to a larger, more comfortable room. Their prompt response and attentiveness truly made a positive difference in my stay. The staff at The BluEco Hotel were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring a welcoming experience throughout my stay. Their helpful attitude, especially when addressing my room issue, stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. I would happily recommend this hotel for its great service and comfortable accommodations.
• Alan (8/5): Did the job - Stayed 3 nights free breakfast, room was basic but clean no bugs at all little pricy for what it was for this room and this time of year I thought £50 max. Beds cumphy with nice bedding all in all good. I’m staying another 3 nights but changing room so let see what this room is like . Alan uk
• Michael (10/5): New year break. - Amazing new year stay. Rooms were nice and spacious with a good balcony. We rented a motorbike from the hotel aswell. Everything was great.👍
