Gutes Frühstück a la carte, die Bananenpancakes und der Fruitshake haben uns sehr geschmeckt. Personal immer freundlich und die Chefin sehr zuvorkommend. In unmittelbarer Nähe gab es das Silent-Restaurant in einem schönen Garten und tollem Ambiente, ebenso idyllisch fanden wir das Hidden-Café direkt am Fluss. Alles bestens

The breakfast was exceptional, with a great variety and made to order. The drinks at breakfast were amazing too, with options like smoothies, etc. They also arranged taxi’s cheaper then Grab to and from Da Nang. Definitely would stay again.
- barbara (10/5): Loved our stay - big room and fantastic pool! - What a great stay. The room was very large with a sitting area, balcony and spacious bathroom. The water pressure was fantastic as well. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The pool was amazing, really amazing. Refreshing but not too cold, large enough to actually swim and very clean. They change the water frequently so they only chlorinate lightly. The pool and the buildings are surrounded by trees and greenery, it’s like a forest sanctuary :). Many interesting bird songs. Highly recommend. Hard to fault them for anything but the free bikes could use some maintenance or replacing.
- Ilona (9/5): Enorme aanrader als je een rustig (luxe) verblijf zoekt. - Hoewel in een drukke straat, voelde het als natuurlijke omgeving met al dat groen in een prachtige grote villa. Goede locatie tussen de (enorm toeristische) oude stad en het (niet zo geweldige) strand. Fijne ruime kamer met alle faciliteiten en een mooi balkonnetje met uitzicht op het zwembad. De gastvrouw maakte ons verblijf extra leuk! De buren waren aan het verbouwen (nieuw complex/hotel). Maar die begonnen rond 8uur. Wij hebben hier totaal geen last van gehad.

During our stay she really made our stay and arranged everything we needed flawlessly. The room was stunning, the garden even more beautiful and the pool clean. The poolside breakfast every morning was perfect and diverse. The rest of the staff is also super friendly and helpful. Location is good with shops, tailor and everything you need just across the street and bicylces free for use to get to the crowded city center, beach or rice fields. Happy we could extend our stay. Thanks Hai for everything!! We didn’t like that we had to leave

The breakfast was good and the staff were so friendly. The villa is a bit far from the old town. About a 40 minute walk; but it is very easy to get a grab.

It's hands down one of the best, most complete experiences one can find. The size and quality of the room are unmatched. The pool is lovely and the staff are exceptional. The location is, in my opinion, ideal. Couldn't recommend more.

She helped us with anything she needed. The staff at east west are so kind. The breakfast is all you will need. She provided many great recommendations and arranged great activities for us. SO much to do in Hoi An, this area is a great location to get around, close to rice paddies, beaches and old town. The pool is a great place to relax and take it easy. One morning I was not feeling well and did not come to breakfast, my partner did and told Mrs Hai I was poorly. Mrs Hai sent over a fresh pot of the tea I had been drinking each morning at breakfast to my room, such a kind and thoughtful gesture I will always remember. nothing!

- toshio (8/5): 私は観光というより、写真撮影が目的なので、このビラは良かった。唯一キッチンと洗濯機が無いのが残念。 - 自転車が無料でたくさん有るので、私のように朝早くに出かけたり、 田舎道を走るのには最高でした。ただ、メンテナンスがあまり良くなくて 困ることもありましたけどね。゜゜ 設備が古く、照明が切れていたり、自転車も割れていたりと 部屋にキッチンが付いているようになっていたけど 実際はホテルのキッチンを使っても良いよみたいな感じ 部屋が広いので、できれば洗濯機を用意してくれれば 最高なんですけどね。着替えを減らせるので、身軽になれる。

A big part of it was thanks to Hai - she was so kind, helpful and welcoming, with lots of sweet intentions. Our room was so beautiful and spacious, with a little balcony with a view on the pool. We enjoyed our stay so much that we wanted to extend it even longer. The breakfast is lovely too. The location is ideal, at equal distance between the beaches and Hoi An old town (7min scooter approx). I can only recommend this hotel and would put 10 stars if I could. Special thanks to Hai 🌞

Red Dragon and Chillax are must-visit spots! Hi, the manager at this hotel, was amazing! She was so positive and helpful. She is great and has such a good spirit! 🌸 Our apartment was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with a terrace overlooking the beautiful garden. We woke up each morning to birds singing and warm sunshine. We enjoyed delicious breakfast every day! 😋 You can use the hotel’s bikes for free, and it’s a pleasant 10–15 minute ride to the city centre or the beach. We spent two wonderful weeks there, highly recommend this place, and hope to come back again next time. 🙏💚

- Charlotte (10/5): - Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön grün und hat einen schönen Pool, das Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, wir hatten einen Balkon, von dem aus man einen schönen Blick ins Grüne und auf den Pool hatte. Wir wurden sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen, man hat uns einen Roller zum mieten besorgt und wir konnten uns jederzeit an sie wenden, alles in allem einfach perfekt! Leider viele Moskitos.
- Matthew (1/5): - Nothing The room was not what was advertised. Upon arrival the matriarc, because lets get this straight, it is not a hotel, as I thought, but a homestay, said that I had been upgraded, which I found odd as I chosen the best and most expensive room with bath and jacuzzi. It turned out I was downgraded to a small dirty room with a bathroom as rocks as a floor. Now let's be clear, rocks cannot be cleaned, so this was unhygenic to the max and never cleaned. It did have a stained bath and the toilet did work twice before becoming blocked, at which they refused to fix. I chose the hotel because it was wet season and they had a generator, but they refused to use it because "it costs too much". Left in the dark, with no toilet, I was forced after two nights to walk up the road 20 metres to the Animra Hotel - top quality and uses the generator - highly reccomended. I have travelled the world in my business and this was by far the worst accommodation I have stayed at. The breakkfast was scrambled eggs and bread and pathetic. Avoid this place at all costs.
- Kai (10/5): A wonderful stay at East west villa! - I had the most wonderful stay one week at East west villa! Staff are so friendly and helpful. They made me different vegan breakfast every morning and even had a free buffet two times. They upgraded my room because they were constructing in neighbour building. They had free bicycles to borrow and it was a perfect way to go to the beach and nearby rice fields. Great location not too far from busy old town, taking a Grab bike was easy and cheap. If I go to Hoi an again East west would be my choice.
- Olivia (8/5): Bel hôtel mais vieillissant - Hai a éte très accueillante et accommodante. La plupart des logements sont en retrait de la route. Les logements sont très spacieux. Le petit déjeuner est varié et fourni (prenez le près de la piscine). L'hôtel est dans un écrin de verdure, la vue sur le jardin est magnifique. L'hôtel a dû être magnifique mais les équipements sont vieillissants, parfois encrassés. Lumière blafarde dans la salle de bain. Eviter les logements vue sur la piscine si vous êtes sensibles au bruit, ils sont près de la route (Hai nous a reclassé d'office dans une des chambres du fond et tant mieux).

- Minh .T (7/5): It's hard to judge. This place is for travellers who need a quiet place to stay and don't think much - The setting is nice. Spacious rooms, quiet location, lots of windows, a balcony is featured, lots of plan, and a small pool provided. Given the far-from-town location and provided services & options, the price needs reconsidering. Rooms have many windows including a large one in the bathroom but most of them needed to be closed because they looked to other units nearby. Some appliances were not working properly: 1. AC was too loud and the airflow direction couldnot be changed. It came straight at the bed. 2. The lights were too dim. 3. Most electrical sockets in the room were incompatible or not working with charging devices. An extension lead would help.
- KMS (10/5): 😍 Fabulous - Great communication with Hai before we arrived, she even gave us breakfast and upgraded our room, prior to check in. A very kind, friendly welcome and, for the entire duration of our stay! Nothing was too much trouble. Her service was exceptional, helping with the organisation of private driver for visiting attractions and transfer to airport. The breakfast was plentiful. Our room, living space and bathroom was large and beautiful. Location was superb, in between Old Town and the beach. Thank you for making our stay full of joy 🤍

- Luiza (10/5): Kindests hosts and amazing villa - This villa was everything I needed. I move there from another villa because of the flood and I was surprised to be welcomed with a lot of care and hospitality by Hai and her husband. They made sure we were safe during the worst flood Hoi An has seen in the past 6 decades. They provided everything we needed and exceeded every expectation I had, creating a good environment during the time we were confined, hosting dinners for the guests and cooking us lunch, since we were unable to leave the hotel. I ended up staying 10 days there and would have stayed more if it weren't for my flight back. Hai and Phi made my stay even more special. The villa itself is marvelous, with lots of trees, beautiful swimming pool and a lot of privacy. The room was spacious, thoroughly cleaned and with lots of natural light. Breakfast is delicious and there is a variety of items you can choose, which are cooked to order. There are bicycles that can be used, which is the perfect way to get to know the city. The Old town and rice fields are only 10 minutes away by bike and the beach is only 15mins away. There are many great local restaurants nearby.

- Valentina (10/5): Tutto perfetto! - Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questo hotel, tutto perfetto, partendo dalla proprietaria. Super simpatica e soprattutto disponibile. Camera molto spaziosa, pulita, e completa di tutto. Colazione a bordo piscina servita al tavolo molto buona e abbastanza varia. Forse unica cosa la posizione non è super centrale ma comunque offrono le biciclette gratuite per potersi spostare verso il centro senza alcun problema. Sicuramente nel complesso molto consigliato. Era tutto perfetto unica piccola nota che le stanze avevano un pochino di muffa. Comunque poco rilevante per il resto che è tutto ottimo.

Petit déjeuner à la carte. Ne pas hésiter à choisir plusieurs plats. L'hotel n'est pas au centre ville mais avec un taxi on y est très vite. La course est à 1 ou 1.5 Euros. Gardez votre taxi et appellez le sur whatsapp. Franchement je sais pas si c'est un point negatif!

After a long day of travelling, we were warmly welcomed and even treated to a freshly made breakfast — such a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for the rest of our visit. The room was stunning – beautifully designed with a standalone bath, a powerful shower, and the comfiest bed of our entire trip. Every detail felt luxurious and well thought out. After returning from a 14-hour tour one evening, Hai (the incredible owner) went above and beyond by preparing us a delicious dinner and personally bringing it to our room. Her kindness and hospitality were unmatched. She genuinely couldn’t do enough for us – always around with a smile, offering help with anything we needed, and even sharing her WhatsApp so we could contact her anytime. The whole place is peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by a sense of calm, complete with a lovely pool perfect for relaxing after a busy day. We honestly couldn’t fault a single thing – this was the most welcoming and comfortable stay of our entire trip. Absolutely outstanding in every way! Nothing - literally perfect.

The breakfast by the pool was so delicious, I would recommend the banana pancakes with chocolate sauce! The best part of staying here was the incredible host Hai who made us feel so welcomed, we didn’t want to leave! It was a great distance from both the old town and the beach, they had bikes you could borrow for free but it was also really cheap and easy to get a grab if you’re feeling tired. The only bad part was that we never wanted to leave!

The location is peaceful, just outside the busy centre, but still very convenient with the free bikes provided (the city centre is about 2-2,5 km away, an easy ride). The owner was refreshingly direct, with a great sense of humor and a genuinely kind attitude. You immediately feel welcome and well taken care of. The whole place has a calm and homely/jungle vibe that makes it easy to settle in. Breakfast was fabulous! We honestly would have loved to stay longer, but our travels had to continue. If you’re looking for a relaxed stay with a personal touch, this is the place. Highly recommended! Small tip for improvement: The 360 TV box is a nice extra for streaming, but it might be helpful to set the interface to English by default and label each box with the room name. We accidentally connected to a neighbour’s device a few times. Also, Netflix wasn’t available, but YouTube and other providers worked perfectly.

Breakfast was delicious, def recommend going for the local options!! Location directly between the beach and the old quarter, free bikes to use to go exploring. We were sad to leave (and wouldn’t have if we didn’t have flights booked) and will def be back xx
