Apartment’s are well appointed comfortable and clean. Very minor thing. Nicer 2nd blankets. The one we had felt like a weird picnic blanket.

There were a couple of maintenance issues (dripping shower and main door unable to be locked) that needed attention, but were handled very graciously at the reception. We paid top dollar as it was an event weekend. When I looked at other dates, it would have been great value for money!

Our room smelt like smoke. Like someone sat in there for two weeks with all the doors closed and smoked 20 packs of cigarettes. How ever the staff were, great at trying to fix the smell but it was too far gone to fix.

- Nilum (10/5): Great, no complaints and given it was last minute with a late check in, the staff were very accommodating and communicat - Safe and clean, parking facilities and centrally located. The restaurant was lovely and breakfast was delicious too. Rooms are great and the work space is spacious. Some of the fixtures could do with maintenance. Taps in the kitchen and bathroom. Minor observation still great and functional.

Loud bangs on the metal sheets (yeah, hard to believe, but that was the explanation the reception gave me) We were awake half the night. Kids were freaked out. Stayed in apartment 14
