• Traveler614257 (8/5): Holiday - Hotel staff were exceptional and lovely! They always greeted us. We were not aware there were no balconies for certain rooms (I should have checked this) which was a bummer but I never asked for one so that’s on me - we asked about the gym and they made sure we got our discount for it since we were guests. If you are very picky about your room being immaculate and pristine this hotel is not for you, the towels were stained and torn, cracks in the walls and bath - we did not make the staff members aware as it did not bug us. The pool could do with a clean and re-tiling. Myself and my partner have gotten a rash from either the hot tub or the pool or both - pool is on the roof top, any bit of wind and you’ll be freezing. Location is perfect and within walking distance to everything. There definitely better 4 star hotels around the same area that have entertainment in the evening and better facilities - they don’t serve food in May/June and I think the bar is the same as I never saw anyone in it. Cannot fault the staff :)

• Kerry (8/5): Lovely stay. Perfect for us. - I liked the location the best. We didnt eat in hotel. The staff were lovely. Room v comfy but no english tea and no milk! Otherwise ideal No milk or english tea with the kettle facility
• Ritienne (7/5): In Tenerife in general standard is very low, catered for cheap tourists who like cheapest pints, eggs and sausages. Don’ - The property was clean, clean towels changes everyday, clean room. Very old furnishings. Needs a good upgrading in general. The restaurant is 80s style, food for breakfast and dinner very basic and cheapest stuff. More like a 3 star old fashioned structure.

• VALERIA DOMENICA (6/5): ribadisco che da un hotel 4 stelle mi aspetto molto di più - Posizione comoda il rapporto qualità prezzo non v assolutamente bene poichè per una struttura 4 stelle mi aspetto una ampia varietà di cibo durante la colazione e la cena. A colazione pochissima scelta di brioches/dolci. ma il peggio è la cena poichè una sera per esempio solo carne (x chi come me non la mangia non c'erano alternative), un solo tipo di verdura cotta (aktri hotel a TENERIFE 4 STELLE hanno buffet di verdure cotte). Aggiungo anche che nel prezzo è compresa la sauna ma non abbiamo potuto usarla poichè l'hotel ha messo un cartello che dato ilv ento la piscina rimaneva chiusa (siamo d'accordo sulla piscina ma assolutamente NO sulla sauna)

La atención noooooo Las almohadas negras de suciedad corporal no 1,2 tampoco 3 menos las 4... un asco. Incluso tuve que comprar desinfectante para la bañera las juntas negras y en las puertas donde se encuentran las rejillas rotas y llenas de polvo.....no deseo continuar...

• Elizabeth (8/5): Good location. - I booked this hotel at short notice as part of a multi destination trip and limited accomodation was available so it wasn't my first choice. It was in a good location with plenty of amenities close by. The room was clean and spacious for a solo traveller with a comfortable bed and adequate air-conditioning. The furniture was antiquated and more fitting for an office but it did add a bit of charm. The wi-fi was a bit hit and miss even with the shutter fully open. The shower was hot and powerful. The public areas were well kept, bright, quiet and cool. Nothing to dislike on the whole. Toiletries were in sachets barely fit for purpose. Not much evidence of recycling except near the pool area. Toilet wasn't dual flush even though there were notices regarding water conservation.

• Regin (5/5): Disappointed with the hotel - The rooftop and the location This is not a 4 star hotel according to my standard. The housing is old fashion and worn out. The wi-fi in the rooms is non-existing, and the pictures on booking are not representing reality. For my taste the beds where extremely hard on my body, the pillows about to fall apart in the middle and the fridge was horribly small so things kept falling out. The breakfast was not really good and the dinner buffet was horrible. The rooms were clean-ish and housekeeping not good.

The Windows have an automatic blackout, it keeps the room dark in the morning. The room had a keetle with some tea bags, a small fridge, a sink, a hair dryer and a safe (paid to use). The room is decor is a bit outdated. The doubled bed is actually two single beds together, but comfortable beds. Shower heads are old, maybe needs a bit cleaning to unblock the holes but overall it holds a good pressure and hot water. Breakfast could be better, not much options and not very fresh.

• Alexandra (8/5): - The hotel is located in a quiet area, very close to the sea. The room and bed were large and spacious. The staff was not particularly friendly and rather outdated by modern times... the atmosphere in the hotel is about the same, it seems like you are a few decades ago... Although it is a 4-star hotel where you expect to be served with great kindness, we felt like we were being done a favor by being welcomed into this hotel, even though we paid a fairly substantial amount. In the age of digitalization, it is still practiced to keep cash guarantees for towels, I had to withdraw money from the hotel's ATM for this with a fairly high commission.

• Gustavo (5/5): Welcome to 1995 - Through the lens of a resort town, it's well located It's clean and things work. Staff super helpful. This hotel has seen better times. Everything works but also everything is a bit broken. For example the lifts have an inspection sticker showing "grave faults" since October 2025. Tiles broken, efficient illumination, old towels, and so on. In general a travel back in time to 1995. Oh they charge you to use the safe in the room!
