When I reached to goa I get to know my booking has been cancelled and even hotel owner has not arranged any other room its really shock for me. I will suggest no body book this hotel.

- Shrikant (8/5): Quite, Clean and Pleasant - The 3 day stay at Quarto de Casa was a pleasant experience. The rooms are spacious and very clean. It was a pleasure interacting with our host, Nicholas. Will most definitely stay in this guest house for the next trip to Goa! Cheers
- Harry (2/5): Unpleasant stay at Quarto de Casa Tipri - The property is badly kept and there is absolutely no service available from the management. Further the manager some nicolas guy is a very rude person and makes false commitments like first they promised to shift me to a better room and then as the time came to shift the manager says the existing bad room is not available nor the proposed better room. I suspect some new customer must have paid little extra money so the manager decides to displease the existing customers. I would say there are many more better beautiful places around goa to stay
- Kevalzee (10/5): @ Home stay - The stay was peaceful, calm and memorable. The location of the hotel is the big plus point. It is away from the crowdy beach and middle of the village surrounded by lush green farms. The caretaker was very friendly and the owner Mr. Nicolas was like a brother to me. He took great care of us in terms of advance booking, airport transfer and late check out. Had a great time there and will surely visit again. Cheers to Nicolas!!!!
- Kaushik (8/5): Very nice stay with family - Awesome place and very light on the pockets if you are one of those many tourists who come back to the room just for a shower and some rest. Very scenic location too. Nick is a very nice host and a very nice gentleman. Will be back soon next month.
- Zeifa (2/5): Poor, poor service. - Very unclean,small room. I tried to leave the same night but the owner Nicholas could not be found, nor did he return my calls. After leaving several messages, he showed up at my door at 11PM and told me to leave the door open to get some air (no a/c) and that he would get me another room at another location. The next morning I waited for him for almost 3 hours. He never showed up nor answered my calls. I had prepaid for 5 nights. I never received a refund. I called a cab and found another hotel. Would not recommend this hotel. There were some other guests who left also.
- George (10/5): A great relaxing homestay !!! - Quarto de Casa Tipri is a perfect retreat for a couple who wants to unwind and relax and yet be not too for from the beach and party spots. We stayed in Quarto and enjoyed the surroundings of the green fields... We were " lucky "to spot a wild peacock and there were quite a few birds around. The room was clean and offerred SUPER value for the money... We look forward to being back again ! To siomple out .. CLEAN and GREEN
- Janak (6/5): Soothing, quiet and comfortable - being in goa for the first time it was a great experience I have had. The room was comfortable and so was the prompt service. Nicolaus was very helpful and a kind hearted person. Truly a very quiet place to be if you wish to enjoy your company and cherish those special moments. I highly recommend anyone this place to everyone who wishes to be in GOA.

- Verified traveler (10/5): We had a good stay - Booked Casa Tipri after reading previous reviews and we loved it. From check in to check out we were very well looked after by the host Nicholas himself. He is a great guy and genuinely friendly. Situated in a quaint village called Saligaon, the location of Casa Tipri is not far away from the tourist attractions and beaches. You can hire a scooter from the host who will gladly give you tips about restaurant and places to explore as per your choice of activities. We had booked a normal room which he upgraded to the suite at a nominal charge as there was a cancellation on the 2nd night of our stay and suite was available. He wanted us to experience the suite as it was worth every moment we spent there. The suite had a large private terrace which has a good amount of sun. The early morning view is heavenly and you get to experience the real Goan lifestyle. The suite had a large bathroom and was tastefully designed with lovely antique furniture. The other room we booked was placed about 200 meters away from the main villa and is situated in a nice and spacious bungalow. It is an ideal place for large families, or even for couples as each room has a complete privacy and a private balcony. The cleanliness is top class in all rooms including the bath and bed linen. We left the place with a promise to return.
- Souvik (8/5): Homely Stay - We stayed as the Casa in the month of November, 2014. It was one of our best stay in Goa. I booked the place based on some tripadvisor reviews but I must say it was a great decision. Away from the busy beaches it was a perfect stay. The owner was the best manager I have ever seen. He was more of a friend. He took care of every queries and requests of ours. I would surely visit again and suggest my friends to stay there also.

Especially Nicolus hotel owner was so nice and helped us in our daily plans of visit. Overall a big thumbs up for quarto de casa .
