• Carole (4/5): Personnel désagréable et inflexible, aucune solution pour des enfants malades, conditions peu adapté - L emplacement Personnel globalement très désagréable et peu compréhensif — surtout lorsqu’on voyage avec des enfants malades, ce qui est pourtant une situation où un minimum de flexibilité est attendu. Aucune solution proposée pour accéder à une douche ou à un vestiaire avant un long vol. À la place, on nous suggère sans gêne de “prendre une nuit en plus”. On nous a même indiqué de changer un bébé de 4 mois autour de la piscine… une situation totalement inadaptée. Le manque d’effort pour satisfaire les clients est frappant : impossible de prendre le petit déjeuner à l’extérieur sous prétexte qu’il y a du vent, sans aucune alternative proposée. Seule note positive : Ethy au petit déjeuner, qui se démarque par sa gentillesse et son sourire — merci à elle. Pour le reste, séjour très moyen, aggravé par des travaux en cours qui entraînent des réveils matinaux.

• Marina (5/5): A great location and spacious rooms, but the overall experience was impacted by poor cleanliness and inconsistent servic - We really enjoyed the excellent location of the hotel, which made everything very convenient. The room size was also great and very comfortable, contributing positively to our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room was extremely poor. The floors were very dirty, and the bathrooms were not properly cleaned, which was quite disappointing. The valet service also needs improvement. There was often only one staff member managing a high volume of cars, which resulted in long waiting times. At times, when the staff member stepped away or was assisting other guests, there was no clear way to know if someone was available or to request assistance, which made the experience inconvenient. We also experienced an issue with package deliveries. Boxes that were confirmed as delivered (with proof of delivery) went missing, and the staff was not helpful in resolving the situation. There seems to be a lack of proper protocol for handling issues when deliveries go missing, and overall, a need for better control in these situations.

• Jizet (8/5): We had a fantastic stay. The location of the hotel is truly prime. The pool was pleasantly warm, and the beach was just - The location is very convenient. The pools are nice and warm and the beach has a very easy access. We had a very pleasant stay but you may find my feedback useful. The second bathroom in the room had a flushing issue, which unfortunately made it unusable. I also experienced a problem with the door lock, as the deadbolt was not working properly. Although I requested assistance, it was not resolved during my stay, which made things a bit uncomfortable while traveling alone. I also noticed that some of the public restrooms had flushing issues, either not working properly or continuing to run. Additionally, I found the pricing for food and drinks to be quite high, which made it a bit difficult to fully enjoy those offerings. There was also a discrepancy with my breakfast charge, and I was not provided with a receipt. As a suggestion, it might be helpful to have a shower facility available near the pool area for guests who have already checked out but are still on the property before their departure. Overall, I appreciate the experience and hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements.

Estrutura na praia…. Restaurante da piscina… cheirinho do hotel. Adoro! No box, o chuveiro era mto forte e na porta, faltava uma borrachinha embaixo para nao vazar agua pro lado de fora. Estacionamento caro! US$58 + 10% Taxa de resort, usando ou nao!

• Ratzy (3/5): This was the most disappointing experience with grand beach. - The room was nice but the experience was awful. We experienced a security issue during our stay when we explicitly requested not to have anyone enter our room and later returned to find it that room service had entered. Additionally we were unable to access the beach during our stay due to some sort of construction. To say that was disappointing would be an absolute understatement. It ruined our trip entirely. On top of this, we reached out numerous times to Grand Beach after our stay and they did NOTHING about both issues.

Both roofs have pools, jacuzzi, and bar service in quiet surrounding. The staff is attentive, and helpful. CNN stopped working 4 times during our stay, and it was linked to Server problems. IT needed to reboot. Cleanliness and room upkeep could be improved.

If possible ,i would greatly appreciate to have a small microwave in the room, It would have made my vacation so so much better. So ultimately i was very neglected including my room not being ready at check in time. Nobody to talk to. The manager couldn’t be reached again n again.
