• Richard (8/5): GREAT location and very good staff. Room was adequate but not worth this price - Front desk staff was excellent and very accomodating during both check in and check out process. Location was very difficult to find. No signage on exterior of building and I had to walk around while driver waited to find the entrance.
• Jill (2/5): - The hotel is located in a super weird commercial building. The rooms were right next to the Argentinian consulate in an office building, which was weird and it meant it was super annoying to get to — you had to buzz the front door and the go up a set of stairs to reach a designated elevator. But worst of all, the concierge convinced us to spend an additional 50 euros to upgrade the room with “Duomo view” and told us it’s “really special” and that the bed was extra amazing. When we got to the room, you could barely see the duomo even when pressed against the window, and the bed was the worst bed ever, you literally had had to climb onto a platform to get to it. It became really obvious that this was an obvious ploy to get you to spend more money with the hotel. Very disappointing, would not stay here again.

• X4507UMlorraineh (2/5): Horrible experience - Anyone that gives this place more than one star could not have actually stayed there. The rooms ( which there are not many) are in an office building so if you have any problems there is no one there to assist you. Our toilet would not stop flushing all night long, the heat did not work so the room was very cold and it felt very unsafe being in an empty office building at night. I strongly suggest if you stay in Milan to stay at other accommodations.

When we arrived they tried to upsell us on a room with a jacuzzi for 50€ more a night, fine but when we said no he persisted. Other than that it was all good.

Just around the corner from the Duomo so very convenient. Quiet at night to ensure a good night's sleep. Reception is not 24 hours. Opens at 8.30am.

Room met completely the pictures and our expecations. Location is so central that you pick up some of the noise down in the street (buskers etc.). They stop reasonably early in the evening and with windows closed there is no noise.

• E1528FNjohnn (8/5): OK Stay - Hotel well located. Concierge very helpful. Only drawback was reception located on 3rd floor and had to carry bags up entrance stairs to get to extremely small lift. Room was comfortable and adequate but bed was on a circular base which made it awkward to get in and out of. There were cooking facilities but no tea towels or washing up liquid. Would certainly consider staying again.

The location is superb, literally round the corner from the Duomo square, all the very downtown within walkable distances. The kitchenette was equipped with everything one needs, bed was very comfy and the ceiling shower was just brilliant. On top of that the reception was exceptionally friendly and always happy to assist. Once in Milan again, we will definitely choose this accommodation again!
