• Lukáš (2/5): robotnícka ubytovňa - Ubytovanie vôbec nebolo v hoteli, ako je to propagované, ale v druhej uličke za hotelom v podstate v pivničných priestoroch. Vstup bol priamo z tmavej uličky, bez akéhokoľvek zabezpečenia. V izbe bola riadna zima a zápach. Nevydržali sme to tam a odišli sme do iného, rozumej skutočného hotela.

Andrea della reception è stato super gentile, ben oltre le aspettative: ci ha aspettato fuori orario e ci ha prenotato un ottimo ristorante vicino all'hotel. Camera accogliente e pulitissima e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Consigliatissimo! Nulla, tutto perfetto.

• Shanti (9/5): Il mio posto preferito a Trieste, quasi come essere a casa. - Ci vado da anni adoro lo stile un po’ francese, é in pieno centro storico, letti comodissimi e travi a vista, personale gentilissimo. La zona è splendida ma leggermente rumorosa per via dei locali nella piazzetta, ma è anche il suo bello.
• Torsten (7/5): - Zentrumsnah, viele Restaurants und Bars in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dadurch gerade am Freitag Abend bis weit in die Nacht auch relativ laut. Für einen Kurztrip gleichwohl zu empfehlen. Der Lattenrost des Bettes war defekt. Das W-Lan funktionierte nicht.

• Joachim (6/5): Für jüngere Leute geeignet, die viel unterwegs sind und nachts gerne feiern wollen ! - Andrea hat mich freundlich empfangen und war hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer zwar sehr klein aber sauber und komfortabel. Die Unterkunft ist im Centro Storico also zentral gelegen. Leider ist das Einzelzimmer direkt neben der Rezeption und gegüber einer Kneipe, wo oft sehr lange und laut gefeiert und getrunken wird. Im Sommer könnte das bestimmt bis in die frühen Morgenstunden gehen. Also für lärmempfindliche Menschen absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Ein Tipp: das Einzelzimmer neben der Rezeption ist eigentlich nicht als Gästezimmer geeignet. Dort könnte man die Rezeption erweitern und etwas gemütlicher gestalten.

• Doris (7/5): Hat für den kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt gepasst! - Der Lärm von den Lokalen war doch recht lange in die Nacht hinein! Da es frühlingshaft aber noch kühl war, ging es gut mit geschlossenen Fenstern zu schlafen!
• Julia (8/5): Alles fein :) Tolle Lage! - Nettes, kleines Hotel in toller Lage – wir haben uns hier wirklich wohlgefühlt 😊 Das Hotel ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, alles war ausgesprochen sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ein schönes Extra ist der Wasserkocher im Zimmer mit einer Auswahl an verschiedenen Teesorten – eine wirklich nette Aufmerksamkeit. Auch der kontaktlose Check-out funktioniert völlig unkompliziert. Die empfohlene Tiefgarage ist zwar gut erreichbar, mit viel Gepäck kann der Weg dorthin jedoch etwas mühsam sein. Außerdem war sie auch in der Nebensaison fast gänzlich voll geparkt. In der Hauptsaison sollte man sich vermutlich für das Parken eine Alternative überlegen um dann nicht planlos zu sein. Die Rezeption ist nur eingeschränkt besetzt – das ist zwar vorab kommuniziert, könnte aber je nach Ankunftszeit oder mangelnden Fremdsprachenkenntnissen etwas unpraktisch sein (hat bei uns aber alles gut geklappt).

The room we had was comfortable and clean, good bathroom and shower If you have a car, as we did, it’s an inconvenient location. We were given a room around the corner from reception, it was quiet at night - we slept well. The mini fridge did not work

• Emilio (5/5): Trieste è sempre una delle città migliori di Italia, non direi lo stesso di questa struttura. - A Trieste siamo di casa. Questa struttura è in una posizione molto bella, molto vicina al centro, in una zona suggestiva. Non ci è piaciuto il modo di operare del gestore. Abbiamo soggiornato durante il we della Barcolana (uno spettacolo!). Per 2 notti abbiamo speso 560 Euro in 2 (NB non era prevista neppure la colazione!). Spesa sostenibile se avessimo veramente soggiornato in un boutique hotel visto anche l'evento. Ci hanno annullato la prenotazione su Booking e fatto pagare sul posto (senza ricevuta). Operazione forse legittima, quella di annullare prenotazione di Booking, se non fosse che, ancora oggi e nonostante ripetuti solleciti via mail, non abbiamo avuto alcun riscontro alla nostra richiesta di ricevere il documento fiscale!

• Guest (10/5): HOTEL CON GRANDE PERSONALITA' - Nonostante l’Hotel abbia una dimensione abbastanza contenuta, non manca assolutamente nulla. Le camere sono arredate con molto gusto, provviste di ogni confort, pulite e silenziose. Il personale si distingue per cortesia e professionalità. Ogni richiesta viene accolta con disponibilità e attenzione, che si tratti di esigenze particolari in camera o consigli su ristoranti, lo staff è sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni necessità con efficienza e discrezione. Consiglio questo Hotel a chiunque cerchi un'esperienza alberghiera dove l'ospitalità, la cordialità e la pulizia sono al primo posto.

• Michel (6/5): - L'emplacement de l’hôtel est très bien situé , bien qu'il faille marcher un peu et ça monte pour revenir à l’hôtel , qui n'a pas d’ascenseur . Nous avons l'habitude de marcher, ce n'était pas un soucis pour nous mais c'est à prendre en compte Les bars de nuit en bas de l’hôtel sont très bruyants et jusqu’à tard le bruit monte .On entend un brouhaha qui résonne et c’est très désagréable et empêche de dormir
