- Vicki (8/5): - The hotel upgraded me to a lovely room with wonderful views of the mountain and villages. The check in person was easy to deal with and tried his best to be accommodating. Breakfast food was good and varied although a staff could have helped me with seat arrangements. Nobody at the breakfast room showed me where my assigned table was located or table assignments for breakfast and later on some staff showed up and did not acknowledge me and check or explain what was available, etc. They just ignored me.

- Mona (9/5): Es war sehr schön. - Die Lage ist super und man ist sehr schnell mit dem Skibus in Kaltenbach. Das Frühstück hatte eine gute Auswahl. Das Zimmer war auch sehr schön, sehr gemütlich. Das WLAN ging auf dem Zimmer nicht. Es war immer unglaublich warm im Zimmer, obwohl wir den Heizkörper schon ausgestellt hatten. Im Bad das selbe.

- Sabine (6/5): Preis entspricht nicht den versprochenem Angebot - Leider sind wir sehr enttäuscht vom gesamten Angebot werden auf gar keinen Fall wieder hier buchen Der Empfang an der Rezeption war schon nicht einladend mussten alle Informationen immer wieder erfragen die Zimmer wurden nicht täglich gereinigt erst nach Aufforderung an der Rezeption das Frühstück entsprach auch nicht unseren Vorstellungen laut Beschreibung sehr einfach erst auf Nachfrage konnte man Rührei bestellen musste aber dann gleich pro Portion 4,00 Euro bezahlen obwohl das Restaurant im Hotel ansässig ist musste nach jeder Mahlzeit sofort bezahlt werden auch hier war der Service mangelhaft!!!

- André (10/5): Wunderbarer Aufenthalt - Super schöne Lage, extrem gemütlich Zimmer mit einem wunderbaren entspannenden Geruch von Holz. Typischer Österreich-Charm trifft Modernität. Das Personal ist insgesamt super lieb und zuvorkommend. Es wurde sogar an meinen Geburtstag gedacht und der Tisch besonders eingedeckt. Es blieb bei unserem Aufenthalt kein Wunsch offen.

Wir haben an dem Abend im hauseigenen Restaurant Tiatta gegessen. Obwohl es voll war und im Hotel gleichzeitig noch eine geschlossene Gesellschaft bewirtet wurde, liess der Service nichts zu wünschen übrig. Kleine Kritikpunkte beim Frühstück: wir haben beim Frühstück keinen Orangensaft oder ähnliches finden können, wir haben aber auch nicht ausdrücklich danach gefragt. Die Brotauswahl war in Ordnung, aber angesichts der hauseigenen Bäckerei/Konditorei wirkte sie ein bisschen bescheiden. Aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau :-)

- Peter (9/5): Alles Wesentliche in Ordnung - Das Hotel liegt zentral im Ort und hat einen Parkplatz. Es ist im Alpenstil gehalten mit Kunst an den Wänden. Die Zimmer sind modern und gut ausgestattet, ein Wasserkocher fehlt jedoch. Das Frühstück ist im Buffetstil mit guter Auswahl. Das Hotel ist für die Leistungen eine Nuance zu teuer. Im Restaurant muss die Rechnung direkt beglichen werden und kann nicht auf die Hotelrechnung geschrieben werden.

Das Frühstück mehr als ausreichend und sehr gut.Überrascht waren wir beim Abendessen das wir im Hotel nach Karte bestellten und hervorragend schmeckte. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen.

- Andrea aus graz (9/5): Perfekte Lage für Wanderungen in der Umgebung - Die Unterkunft war sehr gut. Es ist im Zimmer alles vorhanden. Die Qualität der Betten ist hervorragend, keine Besucherritze und alles war sehr sauber und die Reinigung des Zimmers hat auch sehr prompt funktioniert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vom Preisniveau würde ich das Zimmer eher als hochpreisig bezeichnen, es war aber ein sehr großes Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffett könnte ein paar Verbesserungen vertragen. Filterkaffee in der Kanne bereits am Tisch ist für mich nicht nachhaltig. Im Badezimmer ist kaum Ablagefläche für die Toilettartikel.

It was too hot, no way to cover the door as insects were constantly in the room. We had to keep bit of the window open for fresh air. we saw a dead beetle on stairs for all the 3 days we were there, room wasn't cleaned properly at all. Breakfast was below average

- Matthias (8/5): Freundliches Hotel mitten im Zillertal - Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit, vor allem beim Frühstück. Sehr gutes Frühstück und viel Auswahl, wir haben auch einmal am Abend im Restaurant gegessen, das auch sehr gut war. Die Lage mittig vom Zillertal war für uns sehr gut. Es gibt keinen kleinen Kühlschrank (Minibar) im Zimmer, wo man etwas aufbewahren könnte, das ist bei einer Reise mit Kind ein großer Nachteil. Keine Klimaanlage, wobei das bei uns keine Rolle spielte, da es an den Reisetagen (Ende Juli wohlgemerkt) nur max. 18 Grad hatte und Dauerregen.

- Andrea (9/5): - Sehr nettes Personal u. gemütliches Zimmer mit viel Holz. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat eine gute Auswahl geboten. Vom Balkon aus hatte man einen direkten Blick auf einen kleinen Berg. Der Balkon hätte schöner gestaltet sein können.

Toujours pour une suite pas de dérouleur pour le papier WC, ça fait aussi bizarre. Pour nous c'est des détails mais franchement ça pourrait déranger,...
- Hartmut (4/5): Hotel sehr gut und schön, Essen und Personal sehr ausbaufähig. - Das Zimmer war sehr schön und sehr gut Ausgestattet. Das Personal war bis auf eine Dame beim Frühstück unfreundlich. Es hat am Morgen nicht gereicht das man begrüßt wird, das Personal untereinander hat sich begrüßt. Am Abend in der Pizzeria wurde die bestellt Pizza vergessen und es wurde vertröstet das es gerade zum Stau in der Küche kommt, lediglich die telefonisch bestellten Pizzen konnten reihenweise abgeholt werden. Die Rechnung wurde um die nicht servierte Pizza korrigiert, das nicht bonierte Bier wurde jedoch gerne mit aufgenommen. Hier wäre es schön gewesen als entgegenkommen das die Getränke (von mir, der kein Essen bekommen hat) nicht boniert werden. Frühstücksbuffet ideal Standard, die Erwartung an ein solches Hotel ist höher.
- Lenka (10/5): Nádherné izby, úžasné raňajky , le trošku otravné muchy , ale to ku prostrediu asi patrí . Veľmi ústretový personál , úž - Hneď pri príchode na hotel nám vymenili izbu , mali sme úžasný výhľad na hory 😍 . Ubytovať sme sa mohli skôr , čo nás veľmi potesilo. Chýbala nám malá chladnička na izbe , rýchlovarná konvica.

- Roland (8/5): Gutes Hotel mit schmackhafter Küche - Sehr gutes Essen. Großes Zimmer mit Balkon und in userem Fall teilweise mit Zirbenholz ausgeführt. Frisches Gebäck vom Bäcker auch am Sonntag, da im Hotel eine kleine Verkaufsfiliale vom Bäcker ist. Frühstück entspricht nicht einem 3*s-Niveau. Eine Kaffeemaschine mit verschiedenen Kaffeevarianten und frische Eiergerichten wären beim Frühstück wünschenswert.

- Maik (10/5): - Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, das Frühstück war sehr gut und ausreichend. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung sehr schön und sehr ruhig. Wer abends noch was erleben möchte eher ungeeignete. Wir waren nur über das Wochenende und da war es top.
