- julia (8/5): - Spacious room. Bathroom was not very modern. Good water pressure and temp. Super friendly reception. There were bugs in the room including a huge cockroach, some ants and mosquitos.
- Jane (10/5): - Dave greeted us warmly. Very friendly and walked us to our apartment. It’s in a very nice residential area, away from tourists but within a 5 minute walk to the gorgeous beach. I just wish we could have stayed longer. Definitely giving this a 5 stars. Thanks Dave.

- Catrina (10/5): - I loved the Toeless Motel! We booked this as a special treat for my birthday while we were touring NZ. It did not disappoint and we wished we could have stayed longer. I loved the apartment its views were stunning! We had an upstairs with a deck and we enjoyed sitting and listening to the Tui birds sing while we sipped cocktails in the evening and our morning coffee the next morning. I wish we could stay there forever! Thanks to the crew for making our stay amazing! Book this apartment it is worth it!

Beautiful location overlooking Torlesse Rock beach and only a hilltop walk from there to larger Ksiteriteri beach and estuary. Nite site with lots of trees and plants, so lots of birds including quail. Nice spa pool very welcome after exploring Abel Tasman NP

The tui’s seranaded us. It was great to come back for our second night after 6 hours of hiking the Abel Tasman track. The hosts were a delight. Would highly recommend this place!!! 😊

Christine was very helpful on our arrival and showed us to our apartment with explanations of facilities. We would highly recommend this apartment and would have liked to stay longer if our time frame allowed. The apartment was spacious, had a kitchenette which met our needs, a washing machine which was very much appreciated, a furnished balcony and big picture windows to enjoy the views, a very comfortable king size bed, sofa and meals table, separate toilet and great shower. Lovely flowering shrubs surrounding the motel apartments and ample parking in close proximity.
