- Edwin (10/5): - The check-in staff was very friendly towards guests before me. She maintained her composure and being calm towards agitated guest whom seem to have problem with their booking. She served with a smile that made you felt welcome. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable that made me refuse to wake up. Breakfast choices of selection were marvelous, plenty of food to choose from. Love the scramble eggs especially.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 광저우 전시회 기간 가성비가 매우 높은 추천 호텔 - 광저우 전시회 기간 이 호텔에서 처음 숙박을 하였습니다. 보통 전시장 주변, Tianhe 지역 4~5성급 호텔에 머물렀는데 이 호텔은 전시기간 대비 굉장히 저렴하고 일본계 호텔이라 깔끔하고 조식도 괜찮은 편입니다. 전시회 기간에는 전시장-호텔 무료 셔틀도 제공하니 다음에도 이 호텔에 머물 계획입니다.
- CC (8/5): - It’s a beautiful hotel was wonderful facilities but the location is a little far for most things. I think they have a shuttle to a nearby subway station or train station. However, a taxi will take you where you need to go. The hotel also has frequent shuttles to fairs etc.

- sh (8/5): 設備は最高にいいが、交通が不便で蚊が多い。 - 一度ホテルに戻ると周辺には何もないので、ホテル内で過ごすしかありませんよ。しかし、綺麗なジムやプールもあり快適ではあります。食事もホテル内のレストランは、日本食、中華、洋食、ビュッフェと4つのレストランがあり、どれも味はとても美味しかったです。 あと蚊がとても多いのが、困りました。
- Manbo (8/5): ホテル立派 - ホテルはとても綺麗ないいホテルです。ただ周りには何もないので、ホテに戻った後は、ずっとホテルで過ごしました。それでも、各レストランはとても美味しいので、下手に外で食べるよりハズレがなく安心して食べられました。スタッフは、マチマチです。とてもいいスタッフもいれば、この人が5星のスタッフ？と疑いたくなる人も。今後の改善に期待します。 最後に土地と気候柄蚊がとても多い多いので、部屋やレストラン、エスカレーターにも結構います。何かしらの対策が必要です。

After an extremely long flight from the east coast of USA, I was glad to arrive in Guangzhou and once I arrived, very impressed with the quality of the hotel and their staff. Since I arrived very early in the morning, I really appreciated the hotel allowing me to check in early so I could freshen up and get ready for work a few hours later. I also really appreciated the breakfast buffet as it offered a huge variety of food choices to start the morning right. Since the location of the hotel is not in a thriving business district, it was fairly quiet and relaxing in the evenings. I would highly recommend Hotel Nikko to all travelers in Guangzhou. You will not be disappointed with the room, amenities or quality of service.

- Mahdi (10/5): Excellent Hotel. We had a nice stay - We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. It is so far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Hotel staff and in particular Guest Services Supervisor Billy LV made sure that we have a pleasant stay. Hotel Location: Hotel is located in Science City in Tianhe District, which is a bit far from shopping and night life, but you can take the hotel free shuttle or taxi. If you want to go to TEE Mall, do not take the hotel shuttle to East Railway station: a- Because you have to take the metro or a taxi to go to Tee Mall. b- There is a very very long queue for the taxi and could take you more than half an hour to take a taxi in rush hours. c- It will take you about 45 minutes by free hotel shuttle and then about another 45 minute for the queue and for the taxi to get you to Tee Mall. d- Just take a taxi and it will cost you less than 50 Yuan and you would save a lot of time and you also have the freedom to choose when you want to leave the hotel, compared to the free shuttle.
