- Lisa (4/5): Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Just a shame on the property! - It was a fabulous location near the beach. Property was very tired in parts. It looked like it needed a good clean. It wasn’t what we thought at all. We had booked a room with a sea view, but as the glass was so dirty it was impossible to see the sea. Patio chairs were thread bare and sun loungers stained. Overall we were very disappointed.
- Cathy (10/5): Fabulous stay on the beach with wonderful staff - Fabulous location by the beach. Wonderful room with jacuzzi overlooking the sea. Very welcoming and friendly staff. We will be back! The only thing to note is that the bathroom is designed in a way that when you use the shower the whole bathroom/toilet area floods with water… However, this was only a minor point and everything else about the room and staff were amazing!

We were also so lucky to have one of the hotel managers, Alexandra, assi - The property is perfectly situated on the beach and is only a few minutes walk from delicious beachfront restaurants. It was excellent to have our own zone with our private hot tub and also to have options of the pool and beach. Stunning views of the ocean and amazing sunsets. Nothing!
- Carolyn (3/5): Tired properly with possibility’s - Location was great and it has possibilities It is very unkept needs a good scrub and coat of paint. Everything was grubby even the bar where 3 people leaned on the counter all day. The beds were very old and lumpy needs a good refurbishment. The rooms don’t get cleaned daily and we weee asked to use the beach towels numerous times days. I emptied the bins and left them and the laundry outside to get clean ones. We had a garden view room which looked out in old rubbish bins and broken furniture. I walked around the perimeter and there was junk everywhere. Really disappointing as we were there for 6 nights and going to be our highlight.

- Daniel (10/5): Tolle Lage, toller Service, tolles Hotel - Ein tolles Hotel! Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit hier. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und groß. Die Ausstattung sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und gab uns super Tipps was man unternehmen kann auf der Insel. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat allen Wünschen entsprochen. Die Lage ist traumhaft- direkt am Meer und insgesamt ist es sehr ruhig. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Eine absolute Empfehlung! Die Getränkepreise an der Bar sind etwas zu teuer. Ansonsten alles super!

They had no moussaka left so they suggested Pastitssio which we had and it was dry and tasteless. Breakfast was also very basic and little on offer.

One drawback that all 3 different rooms our group had was that there was no shower curtain or anything to block the water from getting everywhere. It was cumbersome to shower. Hanging ceiling shower curtain rods would help so much.

There’s a very convenient grocery store a quick walk away that is amazing more like a department store! The beach is a stone’s throw away with a boardwalk you can walk to Naxos town in about 15-20 minutes lots of shops and restaurants. The restaurant at the hotel had a first class buffet breakfast and the restaurant had good food for dinner too. Katerina at the front desk was excellent and helpful with any request, all the staff was excellent and friendly. I highly recommend!

La ville est facilement joignable à pied (environ 30 min jusqu’à la vielle ville en passant par la plage). Nous avons apprécié l’atmosphère calme et tranquille et la possibilité de manger sur place. Nous reviendrons très certainement ! Douche dans la baignoire sans rideau de douche pas très pratique.

- Yolanda (10/5): Naxos Holiday 2025 - It's a personalised service. They attend to your requests and are always very helpful. Their buffet breakfast is one of the best we ever had. It is simple but tasty & home cooked meal, fresh ingredients from their garden, traditional Greek food. We enjoyed every meal we had there at their restaurant :) The sink being outside of the bathroom & no place to put our shampoo in the shower/ bathroom.
- Mark (8/5): Enjoyable second stay. - Great hotel and my second stay in three years. Staff are nice, the resort quiet and the location is phenomenal, being set off the beach (protected from the wind), and just a 20 minute stroll or so to Naxos old town. Best of both worlds. I was in a Natura Jr. Suite as with my last stay, a bit pricey but I think worth the difference.
- Craig (4/5): Disappointed. Photographs could be another hotel. - Our room “superior queen” was in fact too small meaning there was not even enough room to get out of bed on one side. Small balcony with a dead plant and hosepipe. All this for 300 euros a night. The pool looks very large on the hotel’s photographs but is in fact very small, tiles around the edges are damaged, the sunbeds are in need of TLC, the trees around the pool are inhabited by a large number of pigeons (that shall we say are not house trained) We did after immediately complaining get an upgrade for 4 of our 6 nights. Much better, but still not value for money. We do however thank the staff for trying their best.

- JoAnn (6/5): Location 4-star, but I wouldn't rate the hotel at a 4-star - The location is great. Short walk to the supermarket, bus stop, restaurants and the boardwalk to walk into the town and shops. The free breakfast is bland, lots of baked goods, breads, with scrambled eggs and bacon (occasionally) nothing hot. The restaurant hostess is very unfriendly. Some rooms have been upgraded, however, sound from the water running between the rooms is very noisy. Be careful booking a ocean view and pool view room. Misleading as the ocean view is a peek-a-boo side view. Pool lounge chairs are not plentiful and very hard to get Pool towels are old and more like a bath towel. As for value, if local is your main focus it's great, if you want a 4-star hotel, it's not.

- Jamie (9/5): We had an awesome vacation enjoying the pool and beach with convenience to the old town city center. - Great location at the end of the board walk, right on the beach, with easy access to restaurants and bars. It’s an easy walk along the board walk to the city center. There is a nice sized pool with a kiddie area within the pool with loungers and umbrellas. There is a swim up bar. We had a perfect view of the sunset each night from our deck on the second level. A breakfast was provided each morning with adequate variety%. The staff are so kind and efficient providing information and suggestions on dining, activities and transportation. Mike was a great resource when my husband lost his wallet. This is not a new property. It seems there are few new builds especially on the beach. It was completely functional but not all the bells and whistles of newer properties. Our room could use a shower curtain. It has a tub and hand-held shower . It was difficult to not get the whole room wet.

- Juan (4/5): Pictures do not reflect the reality - Overall experience was ok, but we were expecting way more after seeing the pictures they post online, they are outdated as the hotel needs a lot of maintenance, sunbeds and most of the furniture are old. The pool area needs to be cleaned and the breakfast was very poor, always the same food and very limited options. The good thing is that stuff was very helpful and friendly but won’t recommend this hotel unless you find a very good deal, not our case

- Christine (8/5): - We loved this hotel was super quiet and quaint the staff is super nice and helped us arrange taxis! The only things didn’t love was I felt there was so many bees around the pool area and even the beach but I am allergic and this definitely made me feel very uncomfortable they definitely don’t spray anything to keep them away. As well as the dinner/ lunch options were okay I recommend walking up the board walk 5 mins into town and getting food there instead. The breakfast was good in the morning they only have bacon every other day and make these hot dog looking things that I was disappointed they didn’t offer a different breakfast meat. Besides that we loved our room the only bad thing is when you leave the room and take the key with you the AC shuts off so it does get warm up there during the day. As well as the shower being super messy the water goes literally everywhere if they got new shower heads I think it could solve this problem. We definitely would love to come back here and love Naxos there is so much to do and shopping. We also did horseback riding through the Naxos horseback riding club that come right through on St. George’s beach you will see was an amazing ride! Eat at little small restaurants in town have the best food!

- Mazen (8/5): Overall lovely stay at a friendly staffed hotel - Very nice staff and great property with lovely location. Breakfast was basic but generous, and the hotel offers shaded parking spaces. Cleaning takes place everyday and in general the stay is very comfortable especially with the proximity to serviced beach and short walk to the main streets and markets. Will definitely reconsider when revisiting Naxos soon. The pictures taken of the hotel and posted online indicated a much bigger hotel with a much bigger pool. The hotel definitely felt much smaller than how it appeared in the pictures. Bathroom could offer some more amenities like facial tissues, bathrobe, and slippers. Also the phone in the room wasn't working so everytime I needed something I had to go to the reception to request it.
- Marco (9/5): Soggiorno tranquillo vicino al mare e al centro - Struttura situata ad una 20ina di minuti a piedi dal centro di Naxos e a pochi minuti dalla fermata del bus che conduce alle principali spiagge nella zona meridionale di Naxos (Agia Anna, Prokopios, Hawaii etc.) Colazione a buffet variegata con qualche modifica ogni giorno rispetto alla scelta di dolce e salato. Cura quotidiana della piscina. Lo staff fornisce teli ogni giorno per stare in piscina. Il personale é davvero gentile e disponibile. Il primo giorno abbiamo avuto un problema con la stanza per via di uno sgradevole odore di muffa. Il giorno dopo ne abbiamo parlato con la proprietà che ha subito provveduto ad un cambio di stanza. Nessun problema a seguire.

El hotel está al lado de la playa, lo único que es una playa para surferos porque siempre hace aire pero hay una zona donde se resguarda del aire y se está bien. La limpieza y la habitación en sí. No lo veo de 4 estrellas. Además el desayuno no era bueno. Café malo. Pan de molde. Mal impresión en general. Entendemos que es un sitio con mucha vegetación y plantas y que pueda haber algún que otro insecto. Pero en nuestra habitación había huevos de araña y telarañas que no eran precisamente del día anterior. Lo dijimos en recepción, nos dijo que lo anotaría, pero en algún momento del comunicado se perdió la información.

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Bar is good, location is really good with the beach just 2 mins away and walk into town no more than ten minutes. Plenty of places to eat nearby, and nice ones too. Kids loved the pool, towels provided. Lots of cats around too which the kids liked. Easy short transfer from the port in 10 mins. Reception sorted car hire for us with the car delivered and collected from hotel. Not much.

Hotel bello e staff gentilissimo e premuroso, Katerina al mattino e Mihaili al pomeriggio si sono prodigati per assisterci in tutto e siccome la TV non funzionava ne hanno fatta portare una nuova. Piscina centrale abbastanza grande, colazione nella norma per la Grecia. L'hotel è a due passi dalla spiaggia di Georgios, molto lunga e ben attrezzata e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla cittadina di Chora (la zona del porto è bellissima e molto vivace). In autobus si arriva facilmente alle spiagge di Anna e Prokopio, che sono ancora più belle La struttura non è modernissima

- Ann-Sophie (10/5): Fantastisches Hotel mit ausgezeichnetem Frühstück und perfekter Lage direkt am Strand - Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel rundum wohlgefühlt – selten haben wir eine so angenehme und herzliche Atmosphäre erlebt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal, das durchweg äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit war. Jeder Wunsch wurde uns nahezu von den Augen abgelesen. Das Frühstück war fantastisch – reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag! Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut top: Direkt am Strand, der fußläufig zu erreichen ist, und auch ein Supermarkt ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Nach Naxos Stadt gelangt man in nur 10 Minuten entlang der Strandpromenade. Die Strandbar mit leckerem Essen lädt zum Verweilen ein, und montags gibt es eine Party, die allerdings um Mitternacht ihren Abschluss findet. Eine sehr entspannte und angenehme Atmosphäre, die den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet hat. Insgesamt war es ein absolut gelungener Aufenthalt. Wir kommen definitiv wieder!

- Elizabeth (10/5): Absolutely perfect in every way - The loveliest staff members - felt like family. Rooms were available early for check-in. Pool/beach towels were great. Excellent pool. Easy to walk into town on the boardwalk - 10 minutes to the edge of town or 20 minutes easy walk to the portara. Great breakfast options. Rooms spotlessly clean. Air conditioning works exceptionally well. WiFi works perfectly. Easy parking on site. I did so many searches and read so many Booking.com reviews before booking our hotel, and I could not have done better. It was absolutely perfect for our five night stay, and I would 100% stay here again over all other options we saw. Literally the only complaint is that the shower area floods into the toilet area. There’s a drain so not really a big deal, but if someone wants to go into the toilet area, their feet will get wet (as will anything on the floor in that area). This is truly nothing to complain of though!

- Stephen (9/5): An enjoyable visit. A good choice for us! - The pool area was lovely. It was close to the beach. We had our own little patio, looking on to the pool, which we enjoyed. An accommodation was made in choosing the room for 2 recent knee surgeries, by having twin beds and a walk-in shower. There was also an extra bed in the room. It was a good size room, that was long, like a rectangle. The only odd thing, was the large shower was sort of in the room, rather than in a separate space. That worked out fine, though. The best part of this hotel was Caterina, who was at the reception desk. I, literally fell into a large hole, when I was taking pictures, while we were sightseeing. I came back to the hotel, wanted a recommendation for a doctor. I had a big scrape on my thigh, which was bleeding and a big bruise on my back. She asked to see it, as she has been studying nursing for 2 years, when the hotel is closed. She treated it and put a dressing on it. She did that for several more days and did an excellent job. I did decide to go the hospital, to be sure I wouldn’t get an infection or need antibiotics. It turned out, that wasn’t necessary. They did nothing more than she did. She was lovely throughout our visit with anything we needed and helpful to all guests. A superior hotel is made by their attitude and helpfulness of their staff. The other staff member, a gentleman, was also very nice, friendly and took care any situation that needed addressing. We would recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast with a variety of options. The property was a little tired and weather worn. It was an infertile stay but would benefit from some refurbishment if the outdoor areas and outdoor furniture to feel more modern and luxurious.

The hotel is in a great location steps to the beach and walkable to town, but still quiet and private. The pool area is fantastic and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very similar each day, but it was yummy and refreshed regularly so it met our needs just fine. Shower took some getting used to (sprayed all over the bathroom the first day) but once we got the hang of how to avoid that, it was fine. Rooms were cute and had everything we needed.

- Michelle (10/5): Wonderful authentic hotel in Naxos' best location - This hotel is in the best location in Naxos in my opinion. It's literally meters from a beautiful beach....turn left and you have s very quiet beach with windsailing facilities, and turn right onto a boardwalk which takes you past lovely restaurants and beach cabanas into town. Naxos town itself is gorgeous with a excessive amount of wonderful restaurants where the food is very reasonably priced. The hotel was quiet in early June when we were there so no idea if it's as peaceful in the height of the season. The facilities were spotless and our room, a family suite, was spacious, comfortable and even had an outdoor hot tub which was a lovely bonus. I honestly loved everything about the place
