- Tove (8/5): Enkelt, rent, koselig nærme Hirtshals og flotte strender. - Koselig, rent, men enkelt hotell med hyggelig betjening. Campingplass på andre siden av veien med minigolf og liten butikk med ferske rundstykker . Flott sandstrand man kunne kjøre på. Litt langt å gå i varmen. Koselig hage for å slappe av om kvelden. Savnet et kjøleskap å ha på rommet. Skulle gjerne spist frokost på hotellet, men synes den var for dyr.

- Rens de Wolf (9/5): Lovely atmosphere and surroundings - It’s an old hotel with creaking floorboards and vintage furniture, which adds a really nice atmosphere. I spent an afternoon working in their small library and really enjoyed it. I had booked a basic room, which was fine — both the room and bathroom were very clean. The surroundings are calm, green, and relaxing, and it’s only about a 15-minute walk to the beach. I’d definitely come back. The hotel could be even better with upgraded bedding, such as proper linen instead of polyester, and slightly more comfortable mattresses.

- Thomas (7/5): - Bei der Buchung wurde uns mitgeteilt, das es ab der 32.WOche kein Frühstück mehr gibt. Im Nachhinein haben wir erfahren,daß Frühstück doch buchbar gewesen wäre. Schade, hatte uns in den letzten Jahren immer gut gefallen.

Die Betten sind sehr bequem, Frühstück gibt es nur in der Hauptsaison, sonst bekommt man Kaffee und Croissant. Es gibt sehr schöne Aufenthaltsräume und eine weitläufige Terrasse, ein Bügelzimmer, eine Bibliothek und eine Teeküche. Der Strand ist riesig und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Da fällt mir nichts ein.

Keine wiederverwendbaren Becher für Tee/Cafe kein Müllbehälter zum Entsorgen der Einwegbecher im Flur. Nur je ein großes Handtuch, kein Handhandtuch, kein Bodentuch gegen Rutschigkeit wenn man die Dusche verlässt. Auf Aufforderung aber dann nachgeliefert. Siehe oben

- Janneke (9/5): Goed, sfeervol hotel en een hartelijke gastvrouw - Een hotel dat al lang bestaat en gerund wordt door een goede en vriendelijke gastvrouw die je meteen een gevoel van welkom geeft. De beschrijving op de website klopt: niet alles is even modern, maar dat past ook niet echt bij dit hotel en de sfeer die het heeft. Je krijgt hier een gevoel van rust en thuiskomen. Het bed lag lekker, het ontbijt was goed en verzorgd. De aankleding en inrichting van het hotel vinden wij geweldig en geven een gevoel van thuis. Niks viel tegen.

- BeaMel (8/5): Altes Haus mit Charme! - Die freundliche Besitzerin hat uns sehr nett empfangen und uns schon vor der Anreise die nötigen Infos zukommen lassen. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Tee und Kaffezubereitung im EG des Annex wo wir untergebracht waren. Das Bad (vor allem die Toilette) ist sehr alt und könnte erneuert werden. Auch der fleckige Teppichboden wäre auszutauschen. Das würde dem Charme des Gästehäuses nicht schaden im Gegenteil sogar aufwerten.
