- Irene (3/5): Ducha de Agua Fría - La estancia estuvo lejos de lo esperado. El principal problema fue la falta de agua caliente en varios momentos de la estancia, siendo un servicio básico que cualquier hotel debería garantizar. El hotel limita el uso de agua caliente a determinadas horas del día, al llegar por la noche no se podía hacer uso de ella, una restricción que no se avisa en ningún momento. Al día siguiente, incluso por la mañana, volvió a fallar y nos tuvimos que duchar con agua congelada. Además no se nos ofreció atención en recepción ni soluciones.

- Riofrio (3/5): No recomendable - Se encuentra muy cerca de la estacion del tren No hay agua caliente en la madrugada porque , segun la administradora, hay una bomba que se daña por la noche y ella lo llega a reparar recien a las 8 am. Aparte hay chinches.

- Martyna (5/5): Lokalizacja dobra, ale niestety były pluskwy - Dobra lokalizacja (blisko dworca), wygoda w samoobsłudze wchodzenia do hotelu, korzystna cena. Podczas pobytu pogryzły nas pluskwy :( Dramatyczna sytuacja. Pluskwy były widoczne na pościeli, a na ciele pozostawiły ślady i uszkodzenia skóry, więc musieliśmy dzwonić na lekarza w ramach ubezpieczenia zdrowotnego. Leczenie ugryzień trwało 3 tygodnie :( Zgłosiliśmy to w hotelu, pani tam pracująca chciała być pomocna i przyniosła nas do innego pokoju, ale niestety to już było za późno, bo już zostaliśmy pogryzieni. Nie wiemy, ile pokoi w tym hotelu może mieć ten problem z pluskwami - radzimy uważać!

- MANUELA (7/5): Bien - Lo que más me gustó, fue la ubicación, hay supermercados, restaurantes, cafeterías, a media hora andando al Coliseo, a la Fontana y otros sitios de interés turístico. En la habitación no se oía ningún ruido, era tranquila. Perfecta para descansar después de estar el día visitando Roma. Fuimos a todos los lugares caminando. La cama tenía el colchón un poco hundido por una parte, aunque en la parte que yo dormí, estaba bien. Las almohadas bien.

Muy bien ubicado, a dos cuadras de Termini y la chica que me atendió al llegar y al irme fue muy amable, pude entrar antes del cheek in y dejar mi mochila para ir a recorrer y volver a buscarla por la tarde. Lo recomiendo !

- Joarez (10/5): LOCATION... LOCATION... LOCATION !!! - The location is definitely the best value for money. Just a few steps from the train station and to the hop in hop out bus. Also a short walking distance to the main tourist attractions. Very convenient with shops and restaurants around. There is no big sign outside the building. So even that my google maps shows that I was in the right place I didn't know because didn't have sign there. Also there is a few set of stairs before to access the elevator so just be aware of it if you are considering this hotel. But anyway for the price it definitely worth it and the location was really good!

Letto comodo. Pulizia ottima. C'é tutto quello che ci aspettavamo, anche qualcosa in più: bollitore, tazze e bustine del the, tavolino basso x appoggiare la valigia comodissimo. Anche il cagnolino è stato il benvenuto. Massima disponibilità anche per il deposito bagagli all'arrivo e alla partenza. Consigliato

The location was perfect, the termini train station where we got the train to the airport was 5 minutes away and the metro and bus station is also less than 5 minutes from the apartment. But besides that a lot of places we wanted to visit were at a walkable distance. The staff was very pleasant and very helpful. Everyday they would ask if we need new clean towels or anything they could provide or help us with. I give my honest recommendation for this place❤️

Consiglio a tutti New Inn per la posizione in cui si trova, dalla quale è facilmente raggiungibile qualsiasi zona della città, per il rapporto qualità prezzo e per la gentilezza ed affidabilità del personale. Il fatto che non ci fosse la colazione al mattino ma l'abbiamo fatta ugualmente al Bar Caffè Farini con un cappuccino, caffè e cornetti buonissimi. Se posso permettermi di darvi un consiglio, dovreste dotare la doccia di un doccino sali e scendi, essendoci soltanto un soffione doccia grande a parete.

- Bakir (7/5): - Location is perfect. Its very close to the Termini train station. You can walk to the lot off touristic location from the apartment. Its almost impossible to sleep beacuse the window is from 19.century an you can hear everything from the street.

Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di lasciare le valigie anche dopo il check out. il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. In bagno sarebbe utile aggiungere una mensola per appoggiare beauty case o altro. Sostituirei anche il contenitore nella doccia con una normale mensolina da doccia in metallo.
