Otelin potansiyelinden değil orada ki insanların potansiyelsizliğinden. İlk başta Başka bir otelde yer ayırtmıştım ama orada uyumam mümkün olmadığı için acilen booking.com dan bu oteli ayırttım ve tesise erken giriş yapmak istediğimi belirten bir mesaj attım. Bali de ilk gecemdi zaten uçağım geç inmişti diğer otele gece 2 gibi gittim ve otel içler acısıydı çok yorgundum bir an önce uyumak istedim ve anung residance otele mesaj attım erken giriş için. Bana cevap vermediler bende şansımı denedim ve otele gittim bir çalışan taksiye yaklaştı ona rezervasyonum var erken giriş yapabilir miyim dedim evet dedi. Taksiden indim . (Sabah saat 05:00 am) rezervasyon bölümüne geçtiğimizde personel bana şimdi giriş yaparsam 12:00 (pm) de çıkış yapmam gerektiğini söyledi. Ona erken check in için ekstra ödeme yapacağımı söyledim o yine aynı şeyi söyledi. Erken giriş olayını anlamadıklarını düşünüyorum iki aydır Asya’da geziyorum çok erken check in yaptım ekstra ücret ödeyerek. Ayrıca seneler önce mısır da da yaptım , Hindistan da yaptım. Beni anlamadığı için ona çeviri programı üzerinden Endonezya dilinde güzelce derdimi anlattım gayet açıklayıcı anlattım hatta ekstra ücret ödeyeceğimi hatta bir gecelik konaklama ücretinin yarısını ödeyeceğimi yazdım. Okudu bana tamam dedi ve sadece bir gecelik ücreti ödememi söyledi ekstra ücret istemiyor musun dedim hayır dedi. Ne iyi insanlar dedim içimden . Sonra odaya geçtim ve hemen uyudum .12:00 (pm) da bir çalışan kapıma dayandı ve check out saatim geldiğini söyledi. Yani check in imden 5-6 saat sonra . Aşağıya indim bir kadın önce gayet cana yakın güler yüzle beni karşıladı ona dün gece yanlış anlaşıldım sanırım ben personele erken checkin için talepte bulundum ekstra ücret teklif ettim kabul etmedi beni odaya aldı şimdi erken giriş için ödeme yapabilir miyim dedim. Tesisin sorunu yok insanların sorunu var

• Dave (6/5): A comfy homestay in a quiet location. - I booked this homestay for a week based on reviews and location. It is located at the top (northend) of Seminyak down a quiet alley so that was good. The room was a nice size and clean and the bed was super comfy, even better than the bed in a $100AU plus hotel I stayed in. Hot water was good with good pressure and AC was great. The homestay has a pool but as the lower floor had been flood affected by the big storm the previous week the pool was only re-opened 2 days before I left so I decided to give the pool a miss as I just didn't look the look of the water at that time. I knew there was no fridge in the room but there was no communal fridge either or any way to keep any cold drink. This homestay is at the cheaper end of prices but I would not book again any place that did not have a fridge. The AC in the room had a massive white digital display on the front so during the night it was like daylight till I bought some tape and covered it up! This homestay advertised it had a restaurant which it clearly does but it did not open at all during my stay. There was not much around near this homestay is located so be prepared for about a 20 minute walk or short grab ride to reach the main part of Seminyak were all the shops bars warungs etc are located. Beach was a further 15 minutes walk.

• Maximilian Josef Johannes (8/5): - Schöne Anlage, schöner Pool und Innenhof, nette Mitarbeiter, gutes Preis-Leistungs-verhältnis, saubere Zimmer, guter Vibe, alles ist mit einem Grab-Motorradtaxi schnell erreichbar. Alles in allem wirklich empfehlenswert. Die Klima ist etwas schwach und braucht lange um den Raum runterzukühlen. Scheint auch so, als sei nicht jeder Modus einstellbar. Der Rezeptionist ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit, jedoch kann man sich leider keine oder nur sehr schwer tipps für unternehmungen, lokale, etc. Holen, da er wenig Englisch versteht. Die direkte Umgebung ums Hotel ist etwas heruntergekommen. Stört mich persönlich nicht, aber wenn man mit kindern verreist sollte man sich darüber zumindest im Klaren sein Alles in allem ist das Hotel auf alle fälle gut und empfehlenswert. Ich würde wiederkommen.

Good room configuration for families (we had an adjoining twin and double room) which definitely helps logistically. Rooms were clean and comfortable for the price. Noise. The tin roof of the neighbouring property shook and creaked all night. It was incredibly loud so earplugs were a must. The Agung is designed sort of atrium-style - you enter in the reception/pool area and the rooms are all located on the upper floors around the pool. This meant that when some guests arrived drunk in the early hours, the noise was very audible.

Room should have more llights. Location it's a little more far from Seminyak center than I expected, but I admit I should have check that more carefully.

• Gupta (8/5): Very good - The ever smiling and happy to help staff helped by Mrs Agung herself. Spa recommendations, bike rentals, and places to eat or shop, her suggestions were on point. I left behind some valuable jewellery in the room. Contacted her the next morning. She got it delivered to me promptly and wouldn't accept any payment toward the same. Location is also pretty good. Food court and a couple of marts nearby to fulfill all needs. Beaches, spas and markets a short walk away. My room smelled of damp when I first entered. Though I got used to it and probably having the AC on for a bit helped. Room 202. Also in the 2nd floor rooms couple of them the ACs were not cooling effectively.

No request was too much, the rooms are cleaned frequently and perfectly, and the value for money is A1. It was a little noisy sometimes but this is to be expected when staying in such close quarters.
