Bar/restaurant hadden een selectie bier op het menu staan, waarvan ze er eigenlijk maar 1 hadden en waren helaas niet koud ook. Kan ook te maken hebben met een event wat gaande was in het hotel.

What makes each visit even more special is the personal touch. The lounge staff always recognize me and greet me like an old friend, making me feel right at home. I’d especially like to thank Victoria from the lounge, who went out of her way to ensure I had a comfortable and personalized stay. Her attentiveness and genuine warmth truly elevated my experience. The happy hour menu changes every day and keeps surprise me. The staff at lounge are kind and hospitable. They tried their best to address my business need promptly. In addition, the took good care of kid, my daughter really like to spend her time here. Best regency club I’ve ever been to.

• tjlovetotravel (6/5): Suite room with issues - Check in was greeted by a nice young lady and despite the early check in, I waited like 20 mins to get my room which I am grateful but they struggle with English. Assigned a suite room which was huge and very nice, thankful the window in living and bedroom can be open as central heating was activated. On day 1, we faced drainage issue with the bathroom and later the main toilet, even a piece of toilet paper cannot be flushed down, we had to call them 4 times over 2 days before the issue was fixed. We dare not use the toilet for "big" business. Lighting in the sitting area was far too dim as 1 of the bulb fused, hope they can attend to this. For the spare toilet, they have remove the toilet bowl so there is only 1 sink but bad smell was coming from the area where the toilet was previously installed. There is a subway about 2 mins walk that can bring you to many areas as the hotel is located about 20 mins away from central Tianjin. There are no restaurants or shops near to Hyatt Regency. Swimming pool was not heated well and the sauna and hot bath pool seriously need to be attended to. Water was luke warm for hot bath and sauna was a huge room and it was off, after 10 mins from switching it on, the steam was not hot due to the huge area. Toilet was poorly maintain as well, no hair conditioner, only 1 liquid for hair and body. No disposable comb was available as well. Breakfast was average and no their café was not open for lunch and I ordered a pizza from the lobby lounge which took 40 mins & I see other guest sleeping on the lounge café or have their feet up on the sofa. Hyatt Regency is a reputable brand so the whole experience is less than average and make up a small portion by some great staff. Thank you.
• maxontheroad11 (10/5): Family vacation with one night stay at Hyatt Regency Tianjin East - My family stayed one night here after the ski holiday before fly back to home country. We booked two rooms, using my World of Hyatt membership rewards. It was one of the best decision to choose Hyatt Regency Tianjin East! The location is near to airport, even not at the center of Tianjin, but a quick walk outside can find a lot of food / shops. High floor view is also nice, even though it may not look that great for the street side when you walk in/out. Close by Metro, and actually we took the metro to airport and 1/5th of the cost of taxi, with no much of walk at all. The food is good too, even though don't have the chance to try the lunch/dinner menu, the buffet breakfast is pretty good and a lot of choices.

I alighted and walked more than 1km,maybe 1.5km. In fact the station next to the hotel was jinjianglu stn, just 200m away. Pls update the transportation page.

Cigarette burn marks on table is clear there is no non-smoking floor in this hotel. Hotel interior is tired looking and seems to be stuck in time. Not recommended at all, spend your money somewhere else.

As you can imagine the level of English spoken is minimal, with not all front staff speaking. Ironically more restaurant staff spoke english than the front desk staff.

Unfortunately there was a exception during my stay in the lobby therefore the restaurant (also used for breakfast) could not be used in the morning and the front desk was reduced with the consequence that the check-out took unacceptable long.

• 952vaughanm (8/5): Always reliable - welcoming staff. Gym and pool great. Well equipped. - Was staying in Tianjin on short business trip, late check in after 23:00 , the staff were efficient and friendly. Early start in morning meant a breakfast on the go and take away coffee which the staff helped with, I was on the way on time and within a good cup of coffee. Will be staying again in near future on all my trips to tianjin.
• pattyluvtravel (10/5): Nice room and a few stations away from Tianjin station and airport - First time in the area. Nancy and Emily took great care of me. Even though a little hiccup upon check out. I’m still loving this property. The funniest thing happened during my stay was, I ordered omelette for breakfast in the restaurant (not buffet) the waitress brought me just the omelette. Then when I was ready to leave, she brought a gigantic plate of sides and said that she had totally forgotten about them. 😂🤣😂🤣who can finish that huge plate of sides
• Curious53565976597 (2/5): Not a Hyatt brand experience - The service level of staff and food/ dining experience were terrible. Bad food, bad coffee, bad everything. The rubber grout in bathroom tiles were either missing or dirty. I have had exceptional Hyatt experience in all Hyatt brand hotels in Tokyo, but after Tianjin East experience, Hyatt image was totally destroyed.
• JuleDubai_UAE (10/5): Fabulous Hotel and Service - Just stayed in this hotel - first trip ever to this region. The staff is very welcoming, professional and they anticipated my needs and wishes. Room was great, bed comfy and as you would expect from a Hyatt - spotless. For questions I had, not only the front desk but everyone else would take care of it immediately. If you want to be located near the airport - it's definitely the best location however it's a little further from the city if you want to visit. I unfortunately could not try out the restaurants but did have room service, which was fast, efficient and yummy.. Will come back - for sure!!
• Kuo An (8/5): To share - The experience is good, but some other customers smoke in the lobby and no body stop him. Sometimes the smell is bad near the restroom. I think it is because of the bad design of the pipe (drain) in toilet.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Good value to stay - Overall good hotel, fast check in, nice staff. Only transportation is bad. There is no taxi coming inside hotel. Staff is not helping customer to call taxi. At last I have to walk to the main street to get a taxi.
• Stephen (10/5): Terrific place except for location - My wife and I wanted to visit Tianjin and I picked the Hyatt. We wanted a club floor with club amenities, a gym, and a swimming pool. We were delighted with everything. The hotel is only about 20 minutes from the airport and I could actually see the tip of the airport terminal from our room. Our room had the biggest shower I have seen. The breakfast was very good, with stations for western food, eastern food, and a large bread station between. The pool/locker area was quite clean and the water was very clear. The pool had four lanes, pretty large for a hotel pool. The well-equipped gym was adjacent to the pool, separated by windows. I don't like swimming with lots of other people, so I could check the pool and choose an elliptical machine instead of swimming, which I did one time. There were free weights along with machines. Happy hour had plenty of wine and beer. The food choices were ample, with fried rice or Chinese noodles every night, along with various meat accompaniments. Cheese, almonds, dried fruit, fresh fruit, fresh salad choices, lots of breads made it possible to skip dinner altogether. The major drawback to this hotel is that it is 20-28 RMB away from the city center. There is virtually nothing in the immediate area to even walk to. We walked up to the next street where there were local shops, but nothing else. And, it was a long walk just to get to that next street. A minor defect was the lack of CNN on the TV.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location, just outside of the city but with very easy access to the subway which takes very little time to get into the centre. Fantastic service and good room for the price. NB: There is a road crossing close to the subway entrance which is easy to miss, make sure to find it or you'll be walking for a long time to get to the footbridge further down the road.

• Haruzo (6/5): - レストランで、パスタを食べましたが、ファミレスレベル。フロントでは、親切な対応をしてくれましたが、英語があまり通じませんでした。 立地は、近くに店が無いので、疲れている時の食事は、ホテルのレストランしかありません。15分ぐらい歩くと、おにぎりなんかも売っている、日本の店と殆ど同じのセブンイレブンが有りました。
• Verified traveler (8/5): Simple et élégant - L’hôtel est chic et propre, comprend 3 restaurants. Le petit déjeuner est un peu cher. Tout le personnel parle anglais et le service est très bon. Chambre propre et pratique, pas de superflu. La connection internet n’a pas de VPN. Métro accessible à pied en 5 min, pour aller en centre il faut environ 20 mn (Metro ou taxi), peu de choses dans les environs.

• Gustavo (2/5): Not recommended this HYATT REGENCY TIANJIN HOTEL - Honestly , this is the HYATT REGENCY (Tianjin) with the lowest quality in everything I have ever stayed in. People in the reception with no English language spoken . The room full of mosquitos , besides the restroom very dirty with strong urin smell . The location is not good , there is no where to walk .

• Richard (10/5): Great rooms and selection of breakfast, cold lobby - The rooms are really nice and comfortable and the breakfast selection very good. The staff are extremely helpful especially Ethan at reception who assisted us with logistics planning for where we needed to go and helped organised car for us, thanks Ethan. Constructive feedback for hotel, the lobby lounge bar area at this time of year is cold and when the front doors are open it's worse and difficult to find somewhere warm to sit and work or enjoy a few drinks. My colleagues drank quite a bit of wine but typicall only two bottles of the same wine were available and had to keep going up in price. The low level stairs at the lobby lounge is very dangerous as they are not highlighted with any colourful markings and are grey and blend in to the flooring and as they are long steps I expect that most people are looking forward outside and I witnessed and assisted after an elderly woman fell face first down the stairs and she was lucky not to injure herself seriously and could have easily broken her wrists as she fell forward. I strongly recommend that the stairs have handrails in the middle and sides which will catch people's attention as I understand that black and yelled stripes on the floor would not enhance the ambience of the lobby area.

• John (8/5): Nice hotel to stay near Tianjin Airport - The hotel's room condition was impressive. Most of the hotel staffs did not spoke English well, but they would find someone who does and assisted. The hotel is located by the residential area so I had to take a cab to a nearest shopping mall to get a cup of coffee in the evening.
