• Martin (6/5): - I used to stay here but it’s been 7 years since the last time . Staff is excellent. But the rooms are really outdated.The towels looked really old the lamp covers were really dirty, the restroom fixtures were broken. Owners really let this place go. The only good thing it’s a 7 minute drive to the airport very close to restaurants and shopping. If staying for 1 day I guess it’s ok .But for a weekend or longer it’s not worth it. I used to love this place . But will not come back and the beds horrible.

• Jose (5/5): The day was all right. Nothing special. The place was clean. Just a staff needs to look a little bit more happy when rec - That it was close to the airport, and it looked clean. The staff didn’t look happy, or greet us.

So I complained to mgt and they seemed afraid to address the situation.they would ask them to move away from the parking lot and ten minutes later and they would be right back in the same spot. So I had to go back to mgt and complain again.

Water bottle was opened, restroom wall paint coming off. Towels dirty and carpet in room was dirty. Room had a weird smell. Ac kept turning off, electricity kept disconnecting in the hotel.

• Araceli (2/5): - I am very upset. When we went to bed we started itching all over. We couldn’t fall asleep from being itching. Two days after I woke up with a rash all over my face. The hotel was infested with bed bugs!! I think I should get my money back!!

• Joel (2/5): - Really bad customer service from the beginning. I had requested 2 rooms with a door between us since I was going with my family. When I called to make the reservation I was told they made sure to leave to notes so when we check in they knew. I called the day before check in just to make sure everything was still good the lady on the phone said yes just make sure to arrive by 3pm so you can get those rooms and we did. Upon arrival I went to register and the guy at the front just told me to have a seat I even mentioned about the two rooms with the door in between and he said yes no worries I will let you know when it’s ready. We were just waiting in the lobby when we noticed a lot of people started to arrive and checking in immediately. So after about 30min after him not call us over I went to him and he said I can go ahead and register you now. I asked him before are the rooms going to be how I asked he said yes don’t worry so then I proceeded to checking in. Once everything was complete we went to the rooms just to find out the were across from each other. I went to complain but the guy said he did not have any rooms available like that which they did because we saw when a lady had just finished cleaning 2 of them. And that night we noticed more then 10 people in one room so I reported that after and they did not do anything about it. They were being so loud all night. Horrible place to stay!!

• Ortowski (4/5): It was nice, but I don’t think that we would stay there again - The bed was extremely comfortable with comfortable pillows. The restaurant staff is extremely nice and go out of their way to accommodate. The rooms do not have microwaves, the toilet you have to flush a couple times for stuff to go down, there was some banging that started around 8 AM, the hot tub is not heated, the pool is small and not in the sun and the TV is not catered to English speaking people.
• Margarita (5/5): Passable - Great location Staff. Made a reservation one week before and received booking confirmation. Arrives at hotel and had to wait 1 and half for my room. Room was not ready and staff said they would let me know when ready. Sat in the lobby for and hour and half until I came to check again. Ordered breakfast and waited over 1 hour for food. Had to call twice for our breakfast. Very bad exeperience 😔

• Elizabeth (10/5): - I love the housekeeping service, our housekeeper Emilia was so nice and good at her job. And the housekeeper guy in chrage of the lobby (didn't see his name, he is hearing limited) he was so attentive and nice, im using a cane and he helps me without me asking with something i was carrying. The only bad thing was thta i have to wait 1hr to check in, only one person was doing the checking in and it was like 10 ppl in line to check in
