- Tomoko (8/5): 快適でした - 飛び石で４泊しました。 台北駅の地下街の出入り口から近くて、どこへ行くにも便利なロケーションでした。朝食は近くの豆乳スープ屋さんやおにぎり屋さん、かわいいイラストの肉まん屋で購入しました。お酒など飲み物はホテルの目の前のファミマや近くのセブンイレブンで購入するなど、全く不便を感じさせない場所です。 部屋も快適で、テーブル付きのお部屋にしてよかったと思いました。 時々救急車？の音が聞こえることがありますが、他の部屋の音などが聞こえてくることもなく、旅先では眠りの浅い私も、ぐっすり眠れました。 タオル類も厚みがあり清潔で良かったです。 洗濯機、乾燥機もあるので長期滞在も安心です。 思いつきません。
- Yohana (8/5): Next to main station and many restaurants nearby - It is near main station, so you can go straight from airport. There are many food stalls and restaurants nearby, and minimarkets too so it is really convenience as I stayed with my toddler. I can hear noises from outside the room.
- Masayo (9/5): 次もここかな！ - お部屋が清潔で綺麗。 連泊だと基本、ベッドメイキングは無しだけど、いつでも部屋に入れるのが良い。 台北メイン駅まで徒歩圏内、コンビニ、マッサージ店、飲食店が近くにあり、立地条件が良い。 ホテル内にコインランドリーがあり、旅行中の洗濯物を片付けることができて助かりました。 受付の方の対応がちょっと残念だった

- Paula (7/5): Good location - Close to the main station, restaurants and shops. Quiet and bright room. 24 hours reception that provides luggage storage services. The hotel lifts opened straight to the street as the lobby is located on an upper level, it felt a bit unsafe. No extra toilet paper was available in the room. Robe space was very small and combined with coffee/tea station and refrigerator.

- Lydia (6/5): Great location but very basic hotel, needs improvement with facilities. - Can’t fault the location, close to Taipei station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. I appreciate the coin laundry on site (2 washers and driers), very convenient and works well. Adjustable temperature in the room is also great. Our room is tight, the layout wasn’t efficient, was hard to place luggages and organise our things. Most importantly the bathroom is mouldy and fixtures are not in good condition eg shower fixtures are loose and doors don’t close properly (ajar). Ceiling and vents above the beds are also mouldy.

- Celia (5/5): Good location but that’s it - Good location, close to the main train station and walking distance to the ximending district, lots of shops, restaurants and convenience stores close to the hotel. Room was big and had a Japanese style toilet. The WiFi was very weak, there were several networks you could connect to but none of them connected to the internet. Our main issue was the cleanliness, the walls need a deep clean and the tiles in the bathroom were very dirty. There was also dust.

- Peter Hee Teck (7/5): - Good location near train station Stayed 2 nights. Upon booking they immediately deducted 1 night from your card as deposit . On checking in they ask you to pay the full 2 nights, and kept the 1 night deposit to be returned within 14 days . This is not fair business practice, compared to other hotels in Taipei who returns the deposit of only 1000 Twd immediately on checkout .

Quiet and clean. Able to leave luggage for no cost while going out of the city for an overnight stay in the north-east. Good cafes and small restaurants nearby. Nil.

- Alex_mmr (8/5): - It was very close to Taipei Central Station, lots of shops and cafes nearby. Walkable to a lot of the main attractions too or 5 min to the MRT. The rooms were spacious, bed comfy, and had a shower and bath which was nice, however we were facing the back of the buildings that looked a little underwhelming. There is a cafe in the basement and a restaurant on the first floor. It's a decent hotel if you want to be near the station, walk most places and get value for money. It was a bit tired looking, especially in the carpets in the hallways, reception area, but nothing too bad.

- Petra (5/5): OK for 1 or 2 nights - Location was nice. Also good choise of TV programs. We appreciated complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby. We had to ask for a room change because of the strong humidity and mold on the wall in the first room. We knew it is issue in Taiwan, but that wasnt acceptable for us. Luckily, the second room was better, but we got a room with a view on ACs and when we opened a window we got a smell from the downstairs restaurants. Room was much smaller than we expected. It was impossible to open 2 suitcases at the same time.

- Oliwia (9/5): Overall, I was very pleasantly surprised. Considering the price I paid, the hotel met all my expecta - The location was fantastic – everything was either within walking distance or very easy to reach by public transport. The room size was surprisingly good and very comfortable. I also really appreciated the free coffee and tea from the machine, which was a nice little bonus. Overall, the room had everything you would expect from a hotel stay, except for the Wi-Fi which I mentioned below. The Wi-Fi was very weak and it was almost impossible to use it properly. Also, the overall cleanliness in terms of small details could have been better. For example, it looked like the area next to the bed hadn’t been cleaned for a while. However, the bed sheets and towels were fresh and clean, so apart from that there was nothing major to complain about.

- 雅雯 (7/5): - 住宿地點真的很方便。樓下附近吃逛接都有，交通也放便，可惜我們開車，得另外找停車位，兩天$600。房內空調等舒適度都不錯。但衣架位置跟茶水區共用有點小可惜不方便。 網路試了很多都無法順暢使用網路，不知是房內隔音不好還是隔壁的住客太沒素質，凌晨12點才入住，一直傳來隔壁衝撞聲，連說話聲也可，反而窗外的聲音還好。

- Chayanan (8/5): Great Location. Not too busy. Friendly staff. - Great location. Close to Taipei main station, department stores and shops including night market (Ximending) only 10 mins walk. Anyway not too busy area.. Family mart is just across the street. Staff is helpful. Shower is powerful (great pressure of water)!! Wifi is quite slow. We don't like pillows.. too soft for us. A bit narrow space... no shelf for put any cloths.. have to keep some belongings in luggage all the time. However, it's OK if you don't spend too much time in the room.

- yee wah (9/5): - 已經第二次因為參加台北渣打馬拉松而入住Hotel relax旗下的酒店了，位置很近出發點，只需要走路5-10分鐘便可。另搭乘機場捷運只需於台北車站下車，下車後向著指示牌去台北車站方向，然後於右手邊經過中間的停車場走道，見到K12的出口 (只有樓梯)一出，過馬路再走兩個路口便到酒店，對於獨旅的我來說，方便是首選！

The room was smaller but well designed and the location is only a 5 min walk to the outskirts of the station. Exit z6. In room trash cans are too small. Staff was professional but didn't seem that friendly. I wouldn't feel comfortable asking questions.

- Masahiro (8/5): 台北駅近、コンパクトで清潔 - 台北駅から徒歩数分で周囲には足マッサージやレストラン、食堂などが多数あり、総督府も徒歩圏内で便利です。 スタッフの方も丁寧で、部屋もリノベーションしてあり、多少の古さは見られるものの清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。 ロビーにはコーヒーマシーンもあり、宿泊者は無料でいただけます。 特にありません。
