• Katrin (10/5): Herrliche Lodge in grüner Natur - Schon beim Einfahren in den herrlichen Park fühlt man sich angekommen. Von unserem Zimmer hatten wir Blick auf den Vulkan. Die Einrichtung war gemütlich und sehr behaglich. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Frühstücken durften wir am offenen Kamin in dem das Holzfeuer knisterte. Das Ambiente war einfach traumhaft. Wir wären am liebsten länger geblieben. Nicht unerwähnt lassen möchte ich das super nette Personal welches sich perfekt um uns gekümmert hat. Wir denken gerne an die Lodge im Wald zurück.

• Renate (9/5): - Was ein friedlicher Ort. Wir hatten das große Zimmer im 1. Stock (Loft) gebucht mit tollem Blick auf den Vulkan vom Balkon aus. Das Frühstück war sensationell und auch das leckere Abendessen hatten wir dazugebucht. Tolles Personal, alles sauber. Die Dusche könnte mal wieder etwas Verschönerung vertragen, hat uns aber nicht gestört. Es war etwas warm im Zimmer, ein Ventilator wäre noch prima.

• Oscar (10/5): Increible lugar - Me encanto hospedarme en este hotel. Practicamente estas dentro del bosque, tienes un rio imponente a 30 metros. La atencion del personal del hotel, maravillosa. Las habitaciones muy confortables. Estas cerca de termas, saltos, rios y paisajes inolvidables.

The only negative was a slight musty odor in the room; may have been a consequence of our early season booking.

• Caroline (9/5): A must for the independent traveller - Lovely location in a peaceful forest just off the main road. We had a lovely ground floor room with an outdoor patio. The room was large, bed comfortable, there settee and chair so easy to enjoy the space and the bathroom was good. (Worth noting that here, as in other places in Chile, the toilet paper should go in the bin, not the toilet!) The breakfasts were large and had various options to please most people. Dinners are available and there is a nearby restaurant recommended by the owners which was a delight, Arbol. The staff are outstanding. Carolina and Julia in reception were fonts of knowledge and nothing was too much trouble. The owners, Elizabeth and Bernard, were very helpful and friendly. There is a lovely pool on site, pool towels provided. There are also seven cabanas on the land, all privately sited and with lots of space around them. All good.

• Soane (10/5): Excelente e tranquila hospedagem - A pousada é muito bem cuidada, e fica numa área muito bela a uns 10 minutos do centro de Pucón (todo em asfalto). O quarto superior é ótimo, bem aconchegante, com uma excelente cama, e muito tranquilo. A calefação funciona a contento. O chuveiro é forte e esquenta bastante. O café da manhã é ótimo, tem tudo o que você precisa para suportar um bom dia de caminhadas. Inclusive, por dois dias houve até queijo de cabra à disposição! A área do Parque Metreñehue é fantástica, muito verde, muitas flores, um rio muito bonito a alguns metros de caminhada, e uma bela vista do vulcão Rucapillán (ou Villarica). Tem um restaurante, que funciona mediante reserva prévia (não utilizamos). Quanto ao atendimento: é apenas correto, à exceção da administradora Carolina, que foi uma excepcional anfitriã! Muito solícita e simpática, explicou detalhadamente tudo o que havia a fazer na região, dando dicas preciosas. Em resumo, recomendo a todos. É uma fantástica opção em Pucón.

• Verified traveler (10/5): A beautiful haven just outside Pucon. - This hotel was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The property had excellent views of the volcano, acess to the river and a pool to cool off, and was centrally located to the thermal pools (spas) further up valley. The room was well appointed, breakfast and dinners were delicious, and the staff were lovely. I would highly recommend this place to anyone if they are thinking of heading to Pucon. I hope to get back. Beautiful!
• Chelsea (10/5): Lovely escape just outside of town - My husband and I stayed at the bed and breakfast for a portion of our honeymoon in Chile. The place is lovely and set outside of town. We could hear the river rushing constantly. We sat on our little porch reading and listening to the river. Carolina, the administrator, was very kind and helpful. Her and the owner gave us several great tips on what to do nearby. The breakfast spread was wonderful, meats, cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt cereal, fresh baked cakes and breads. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a quiet place to relax after a day of hiking, white water rafting and adventuring. However, we did have a car to get around. It would be more difficult without a car, as it is not within walking distance of anything. But that was more than ok for us.
• Giora (10/5): Perfect Posada with great service! - Amazing place. Highly recommended! We booked our stay for two nights. I wish we had had more time. We had a beautiful room in the main building. Warm and cozy. Nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff is very friendly, and Carolina, the manager, is an amazing person who takes pride in her job and is very detail oriented. She makes sure you receive a good service and feel at home. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we had during our trip to the South of Argentina and Chile. Assorted cold cuts and local cheeses. Fresh fruits. Yogurts. Good selection of breads and freshly baked cake. Eggs. And delicious fresh made crepes with dulce de leche!!! The location is perfect. Next to a beautiful river. Less than 2 miles from the center of Pucón, and very close to some attractions. Our stay at this Posada exceeded our expectation and for sure we would love to comeback one day.

Porém ao visitar outros locais, percebemos que é uma característica da região, rústicos e pequenos. Algo menos romântico e mais aventureiro. O som do rio para dormir é mágico. Não deixe de aproveitar o restaurante peruano, é perfeito, e, se der sorte, o jantar da antiga proprietária. O staff é excelente

Only food available in the evening was a ham and cheese sandwich -- cook and waitress was the receptionist. Breakfast unimspired Took more than twenty minutes to find someone to help me check out. This was supposed to be a free night from Hotels.com -- ended up paying full price on my credit card. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice B&B out of town - This is a really nice B&B (not a hotel) set in lovely quiet surroundings about 10 km out of Pucon. The owners are friendly and can do meals by prior arrangement. We enjoyed 4 nights there and would happily go back.
