Discharge of family member was unexpected, so I checked out prior to 1:30, before check in time for second stay, but told I was just leaving, and they kept money for three days that I did not stay.

- Jennette (10/5): Great stay - Room was very nice and roomy. Having a kitchen helps when traveling with a family and from such a long way from home. Home-made food is always missed while traveling, so the kitchen is nice to have. Also having the separate living room area away from your bedroom is nice for separation.

- Michael (2/5): - One of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. We happen to book during the same weekend there was a kids soccer game in the area. Hotel was full of unruly kids without parents watching them. Hallways, elevators, lobby filthy with discarded trash and food thrown on the floor. At night some punk kids thought it was funny to run and kick your door and then dash down the emergency stairwell. It startle the whole family at 11:30 PM. Why are 12 year olds running down the hallways and not being supervised by their parents at 11:30PM. Called down to the front desk and the male manager on duty wouldn’t do anything about it, was almost like he was afraid. Why would you not have a security guard at night????? The manager mention a ton of people were calling down reporting issues. Why? SMH
- Bongiovi (10/5): I would definitely stay here again it was a nice hotel. - The room worked out well for our size of the family. It was very clean and very comfortable updated and modern. The only complaint that I had was that they didn't have enough things to cook with. We cooked meals in our room and we didn't have lids for our pots and it was lacking on some other utensils. We never asked staff however I'm sure that they would have accommodated us.

I make good use of the kitchen to prepare meals for the upcoming week. I always find it clean and the kitch. well stocked.

Fairly quiet at night although could hear through adjacent walls Hot water took forever to get to the 5th floor. Toilet bowl needed a good clean. Soap dispenser in shower did not work. Sink stopper would not work. Breakfast was abysmal.

- Alfredo (6/5): - The pros to this hotel is location, great location with shopping and dinning options, I loved how in the rooms there were a kitchen WITH microwave stove and fridge, living area with TV sofa and bed room with large bathroom, all these almost made it feel like a real small home. Unfortunately there were issues with these amenities, the sofa was incredibly uncomfortable, it opened into a bed and I wouldn’t let my worst enemy sleep on that bed, THATS how uncomfortable it was as well. The actual bed was uncomfortable and so were the pillows this isn’t just my feeling but my guest’s feeling as well. The shower filter barely had pressure and looked like it hadn’t been replaced since the 90’s. With the money being spent at this place you’d think they would have some invest in some confort? The service and staff were very nice.

Staff was always very friendly and helpful. Location was great too! Close to lots of shopping and restaurants, and in a safe nice area.

He told them they have to do it online and even said do not to book on any third party like Expedia as they charge you more money than Marriott does. Then I get up and he seems to be but out because i booked Expedia. I almost said something, but with my speech issue I did not. I think he would have freaked out if I told him I had worked for Expedia for 20-plus years and I am still working on it for Egencia.
- Diana (5/5): Efficient, good breakfast but don't expect perks - Sizeable room, free parking, free wifi, free breakfast which we appreciated the variety changing daily and quality food, especially the waffles, coffee available all day the room smelled like stinky feet, i had to buy Febreeze and spray it on the couch and carpets daily, but it never really went away. there was a red hair in my freshly made bed and a red hair in the bathroom on day 4 -- we do not have red hair. room service was v-e-r-y limited. while housekeepers were friendly, the trash was emptied only twice in the week we were there and the sheets changed once. there were next to no toiletries like lotions since Marriott now uses dispensers for soap, shampoo/conditioner in shower. there was 1 eye makeup remover towelette the entire week for 2 women, and 1 small hand soap -- no facial soap.
