From the moment I arrived, the staff were absolutely wonderful, always friendly, welcoming, and happy to help. The room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious with plenty of great options. Short, sweet, and highly recommended!

Uma ótima opção para quem vai a Kathmandu Barulho vindo da rua e dos corredores do hotel. Água quente acaba rápido no quarto que me hospedei porém a quartos onde o aquecedor é central e melhor. Internet no primeiro dia quase não funcionou, depois troquei de quarto e ficou ótimo. Tem aquecedor de água nos quartos mas não tem café nem chá
- Ayako (9/5): 清潔 - ロケーション。タメルの中でもオススメの立地。部屋が清潔。お湯が出たし、フロントでドライヤーを借りられた。隣のホテルの中庭に面していたので景色も悪くない。 立地が良い分、夜中も交通騒音。ホテルのせいではないが、運転マナーの差なのか、やたらクラクション鳴らす。日中もそうだが、寝ているときに何か事件かと思った。また、階段しかないので荷物が重い人は手伝ってもらったほうがいいかも。5階までひたすら階段で登った。連泊したが、清掃は入らず。水も初日の一本だけ。言えばやってもらえるかもしれないが。

- Ute (8/5): Wunderbar und bis aufs Internet sehr zufrieden - Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen und alles war in Ordnung. Es war sauber, das Personal war nett und die Lage gut. Als das Internet ausfiel, ließ man mich unten im ersten Stock im Büro des Hotelmanagers arbeiten. Das fand ich toll. Als ich mich im Zimmer 304 nicht wohlfühle, durfte ich in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen. Das Internet fiel ständig aus und man musst auf den Balkon gehen, damit man eine Verbindung hatte. Das ist ärgerlich, wenn man arbeiten muss. Das Zimmer 304 ist laut, das würde ich nicht buchen. Danach hatte ich 403 und das war wunderbar leise und alles bestens.

- Sarah (4/5): Good value for money but not a long-term stay - The staff was very kind and responsive to anything we needed. The location is excellent! Even if you have to wait a while, hot water is available. The airport pick-up was really smooth and a big help after a long flight. The first room we were allocated smelled completely like cigarette smoke. When we reported this to staff we were allocated another room, which smelled slightly musty and was a little dated. The walls are paper thin (and windows and doors are not extremely sealed) and there is significant noise outside, so we found it almost impossible to sleep.

There is no Exhaust in the bathroom, it gets fogy and need to open the windows in the bathroom, and since the mirror is only in the bathroom, need to clear the mirror after bath due to no Exhaust and we had visitors as well, Cockroach

- Artem (10/5): Great hotel in the heart of Thamel. - Karma is great! It's in the middle of Thamel, so everything is walking distance: restaurants, coffee shops, laundry. Property is spotless, water is hot, and WIFI is fast. My room had a balcony with a nice view of the neighborhood. And the building itself has nice outdoor sitting areas on each floor. Rooms are bright and really feel like home rather than a hotel. I'll be coming back to Kathmandu in a few months, and I WILL NOT be looking for another accommodation option. I love this place.

Не помогли с покупкой билета на автобус онлайн, вместо этого предложили такси туда-обратно на автовокзал за 1000 рупий (предложением не воспользовались, билеты купили самостоятельно в приложении).

- Keshav (10/5): - Everything about this hotel was good. In the beginning, I had an issue. But, the owner of this hotel sorted out the issue in an amicable and patient manner. He also helped me convert 10USD into its equivalent NPR without me having to go to any currency exchange company. The staff members were pleasant to talk to. The location is close to LOD (Kathmandu's top night club) and everything else you might need. There is nothing to dislike.

Staffs are really kind and helpful, they helped me to carry my big suitcase to the forth floor. The manager picked me up at the airport and covered the costs, great service. The inside of the pillow inserts smell. I had to put some of my clothes on it to isolate the smell. They need to check and change the pillow inserts regularly not only the pillow cases.

Early check-ins and late nights coming back to the stay are not a problem here. Nice clean rooms, Great staff and a very Safe location. Couldn't have asked for more. They even helped me with the bus booking to Pokhara and were okay with staying until the bus timings for a nominal charge. Definitely coming back here again.
- Alexander (10/5): Ver helpful and friendly staff, comfortable rooms - There are multiple reasons we stayed twice at this hotel 🙂: This hotel is located in a quieter road but with all the shops and travel agencies one might need or look for in your holiday. At the same time, all the hustle and bustle of Thamel is in an easily walkable distance, as well as the sights of Kathmandu. The rooms are very comfortable. Warm water is provided safely throughout the day and the heating gives a cosy atmosphere. Thank you for that! This might be difficult to find anywhere else in Nepal even at pricier hotels. Additionally, the hotel offers airport pick up free of charge and (chargeable) taxis rides within the city and Kathmandu Valley. We enjoyed the warm welcome in this hotel. Finally, the hotel staff is very helpful, friendly and assists with useful information. The only negative aspect is that the hotel does not have an elevator - which would be only useful if you have a room on the top floor.

- Natacha (10/5): Parfait - C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel lors d'un voyage au Népal. Il est idéalement placé au cœur de Thamel. Personnel gentil et aidant si besoin, ils sont toujours disponibles. La chambre et la salle de bain sont grandes et propres Chambre et salle de bain un peu humide dû à la météo quand nous y étions (mais ça, c'est indépendant de l'hôtel 😉)
