• Oliver (8/5): - Die Lage am Park ist sehr schön. Man kann am Abend noch schön spazieren gehen und es gibt auch ein paar Restaurants in Laufweite. Ich bin zu früh nagekommen und hätte wegen einer Stunde einen Früh check-in bezahlen sollen. Da dieser eine halbe Übernachtung gekostet hätte, habe ich halt gewartet.

• Ewa (9/5): Ein tolles Hotel - Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und hatte eine tolle Badewanne und große Betten. Wir fanden einen ruhigen Schlaf und genossen den Blick auf Songdo! Das Frühstück war fantastisch!!! Das Personal war hilfsbereit. Wir waren schlecht informiert was die Lage anbelangt, wir wollten unsere letzten beiden Tage vor der Abreise nach Deutschland dort verbringen, um nah am Flughafen zu verweilen. Der Central Park ist an sich ganz gut, aber das Hotel liegt fernab von Touristenattraktionen… dazu kann aber das Hotel nichts, an dem wir nichts auszusetzen hatten und und in dem wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.
• KONDO (3/5): 昔施設は豪華だったが綺麗ではない。 - 公園に近いのでランニングする人とかはいいかも シャワースタンドが壊れてヘッドを挿しても水圧で上に向いてしまう。 携帯充電する際、プラグがぐらつきあり。充電できず。 フロントに部屋変えてもらうように言うも電気が来て、ドライヤーが使えるのであれば充電器の問題がある可能性あるのでまた連絡してくださいと対応されず。 ジムも天井は雨漏れの跡があり放置。 エントランスは豪華な佇まいだが、昔はお金かけていたがあちこち老朽化が見られる印象。 ベッドの袖机は髪の毛が落ちていて油が落ちていたか、ベタベタしている。

Suitable for work. - 50-100m to the beautiful river and Lotte Mall where I might have done some shopping if given more free time. A few OCN channels to keep me entertained after work and dinner. 800m or so to some mid size family restaurants with decent prices. Breakfast was average. Sausages and bacon were dry and did not look fresh. Small selection of meat dishes.

• Joy (1/5): WAY TOO HOT! - The location is perfect. The hotel description does not accurately reflect the accommodations. The descriptions states that there is an AC unit in the room for guest accommodation. However, this description is fraudulent as it does not also include a statement explaining that the AC is only available for use during the summer. When we arrived at the property, the room was 25.5 C. The other spaces in the hotel were adequately ventilated and a comfortable temperature; however, the room was not able to be controlled. I spoke with the front desk and requested assistance to turn on the AC. They explained it was centrally controlled and not able to use at this time. So, they stated they AC but it’s unusable. They offered for me to open the window (a small 6” space at the top of the room). They did also offer a fan — but not until I spoke to the 4th person regarding the issue. This hotel is violating Korea’s fair and accurate marketing disclosure laws. So I decided the best solution was to leave. I requested the hotel refund my stay due to an fraudulent description. However, the hotel explained that they abide by all policies and they cannot cancel a reservation without charging the nights stay. So, while I made the request at the front desk, and followed up 3 times in the reservation platform, I was continually denied a refund because of the cancellation policy. I explained this was not a cancellation, this was an inadequate and inaccurate description refund. Nonetheless, my frustration is the inability of the property to govern justly. My daughter and I left this hotel and moved to another hotel— same AC description. The new location has working AC controlled in the guest accommodation space.
• Blake (1/5): Undisclosed Breakfast Limitations and Worst Customer Service Experience - Super clean, good location I booked a room at Central Park Hotel for two nights for two adults and one child, with prepaid breakfast included. However, I was only given four breakfast vouchers instead of six. The front desk clerk repeatedly stated that it was “hotel policy” without providing any explanation as to why this information had not been disclosed in my reservation. She explained that, according to Central Park Hotel policy, a deluxe family room includes only two breakfast vouchers, despite the reservation being made for three guests (I presented my reservation details) There was no indication at the time of booking that the number of breakfast vouchers would be limited. When I requested further clarification, she declined to provide any additional explanation and would not connect me to a manager or even provide the manager’s name. At 9:00 AM on April 4, she repeatedly told me that the manager had already left for the day and could not be contacted, there was no other manager available. She also refused every reasonable solution I suggested—using the next day’s voucher, adding one meal to the room or making any adjustment at all. I was left with no support. I told her I would report this directly to Central Park Hotel and Booking.com, but she didn’t even look at me, total disregard. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced at a hotel, and I will not be returning to Central Park Hotel.

• Albert (8/5): A great place to stay in Songdo for a business traveler. - Location. Cleanliness. Comfort. Space. TV channels. Housekeeping staff. Great views. Well maintained and managed building. Parking. Excellent check out time, and if needed, late checkout rates. Although the check-in staff member was professional, they did not convey hospitality or welcome. The experience was more so transactional, which probably works for some people. Notably, I have previously checked in and interacted with other staff of the hotel that were exceptional, hence my return. The housekeeping staff have always been excellent.
