- Ann (9/5): Enjoyable stay in a lovely historic home. Lovely town with some quirky shops. - Clean, comfortable, great breakfast, great host. Nothing, a few narrow stairs to climb up to room but otherwise can’t fault this place.

- Judy (9/5): Olde worlde elegance close to all amenities with friendly host - Great breakfast with choice of cereals, breads, juice, and Fiona was on hand for hot drinks and to cook up delicious hot breakfasts to individual requirements. We enjoyed talking to other guests over breakfast and sharing travel tips. Fiona was knowledgeable about Latrobe and told us about a handy foot path into town which we probably wouldn't have found by ourselves. It was a gorgeous walk through the houses and trees. The property is set in spacious grounds with plenty of parking and was quiet due to being in a residential area out of the main town (about 15 minutes walk). It's an elegant old house with character, and was a lovely place to stay. I have a bad back and found the bed a bit soft, but I'm used to a firm bed and for most people this is probably not an issue.
- Nigel (10/5): Was there for nine days, trouble free, easy, great surroundings - Lovely host, great old world atmosphere Nothing

- Ian (10/5): - Fiona is a great host, lovely personality. This BnB is located in a great spot, close to everything you need. The property itself is beautiful, rooms look like a time capsule, whilst the area outdoors is filled with amazing wildlife and plants.
Rooms and facilities are slightly dated, though this adds to the charm, and clean with all the necessary accessories.
Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked.
A steal, great value for money, highly recommend a stay.

- Kim (10/5): - Fiona is a sensational host. We were late arriving due to delays on the Spirit of Tasmania, and it was not an issue. She was very welcoming and provided a fantastic breakfast in the morning. There was plenty of parking and only a small number of guests on site at a time. We loved the short drive to Latrobe after a long day on the boat from Geelong.

- Prodanovic (9/5): Peaceful and tranquil place to test with old works charm - It was very peaceful and clean. Safe place TP park my car. Ambience around the property very green and tranquiil A little difficult to find the location in the dark
- Frances (10/5): Wonderful, very quiet and relaxing. - I specifically came to Tasmania to see a platypus in nature. My favorite animal. The location, Latrobe, was recommended by my son's friend. My son lives and works in Canberra, so we visit every year to site see parts of Australia.
When we arrived the manager greeted us. She was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. When she recommended Mersey River in the preserve. I was so excited to finally see a platypus up close.
Breakfast was great and the room was wonderful. Nothing. Everything was great. I recommended this Bed & Breakfast to a friend who wants to visit Tasmania.
- Katrina (9/5): -
- Stuart Blundell (8/5): - Beautifully maintained historic building. Friendly service. While the building was located on a hill overlooking the town, the town itself doesn't have much to offer. At least it's only 12 mins from Davenport.
- Jane (8/5): My stay was very enjoyable and I would stay at Lucinda B&B again. - The breakfast was very good. The coffee was especially good. The location was also very good - quiet and easy to find. Fiona could not have been more welcoming. The only complaint I have is that the rooms are upstairs and I have bad knees and it takes me a while to navigate them.
- Joan (10/5): I'd stay there again if I ever go back to Tasmania. - Fiona was lovely, couldn't do enough to help me. Her cooked breakfast was great. A very relaxing stay.

- Paturzo (9/5): Lovely old heritage building Plenty of character and charm Overall a very enjoyable ,restful stay. - The location was great .I had a funeral to attend in Ulverstone and it was very direct on the Bass highway. The owner Fiona was very helpful with information and suggestions for the tourist locations that I was interested in. I like a very firm mattress and I had chosen to use the single bed as that is what I am used to . I was cosy and warm but the mattress was softer than I am used to..

The rooms are always clean and comfortable and Fiona, our host is always very welcoming and friendly and can' t do enough for you. And as for the breakfast, it is exceptional, with cereals, yoghurt, fruit, lovely cooked farm eggs, bacon and tomato, toast and home made jams, and with just about every variety of milk you can think of. All gluten free, dairy free, vegans etc. are catered for. We highly recommend this bed and breakfast as one of the best in Tassie. It is in a beautiful old house with a lot of history and is tucked away in a beautiful tranquil setting which just adds to the experience. Not a thing.

- Sinclair (10/5): Exceptional - Charming heritage style house with beautiful gardens. Secure off street parking.
Walking distance to town. Spacious room with smart TV. Yummy cooked breakfast.
- Elizabeth (9/5): An easy bike ride from Devonport. Welcoming out-of-the-ordinary accommodation in historic Latrobe. - Fiona is friendly and helpful, an excellent host. I needed a place out of the weather to recharge my electric bike and she let me bring it inside to a room near the door, which was perfect. I thought a small group of bike riders would enjoy the place. My bedroom upstairs was huge with a high ceiling and multicolour Victorian cornice, the bathroom also spacious. Breakfast was generous and it was hard to leave the travellers’ conversation in the breakfast room. The house has an extraordinary history. “Faded grandeur” I thought as I rode back down the winding drive.
- Leanne (9/5): The host Fiona was very helpful and friendly and she made us a lovely hot breakfast. Good value for money! - Old world charm
