• john (6/5): - The place is ok ,rooms large enough and clean.Thats the PLUS side now the other. Wifi basically unusable Stairs a Mountain goat would have trouble getting up unsafe bordering on. Noise starting from building sites either side of Hotel,this will get worse over next 12 months. After using toilet , the paper could not be flushed had to put in bin.Yes no2 paper as well..(or use the clacker washer mounted on wall.No Thankyou.. Served the purpose and right opposite Kathathani Resort where we spent most daylight hours.
• Richard Charles (10/5): Clean and comfortable room with nice location - The staff was friendly and provided towels to use at the beach. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the wifi worked well. The location was great for walking to Kata Noi beach and to many restaurants. I will stay here again next time I visit Phuket!
• playfulw (6/5): If you desperately need a place ... - If you are solo-ing on a budget, this place is okay. It's not too far of a walk to Kata Noi Beach. You just have to walk around the resort that's taking up the beach side, till you get to the public access path. The location itself is fairly isolated. If you want to go to Kata Beach, you would have to either walk up and down a big hill, motor bike, or take a taxi. I did the walk several times because I need the exercise, but did sweat a lot. The hotel room itself was not impressive, but provided what was needed. Unfortunately, the bed linings and towels were dirty (not washed thoroughly) and the replacements weren't any better. The soap and shampoo were not the best and I ended up using my own. My room overlooked the parking lot of the hotel across the street, and I was surely reminded of that throughout the day and night. At the end of the day, as a guy, I just need a bed and a bathroom.
• elvishkate (8/5): Small and cozy hotel - We spent there about 8 nights! It’s a small, cozy hotel, very clean. The service was impeccable. The cleaning lady knows her job. The staff were helpful and reacted immediately upon our requests (for example, to get rid of the ants). They also kindly agreed to store our suitcases for 2 days, when we left to Phi Phi. The location is also good, just a 5 minutes walk to the Kata Noi beach. All the salons, cafes and laundries are at hand, just around the corners. If we ever come back to Kata Noi - we will stay here :)

• Andycoast (8/5): Great location, Villa - Stayed four nights here with two kids. Stayed in 2 bedroom villa, Clean, good aircon in bedrooms, good fridge, did a shop at tesco so we could use the basic cooking facilities. Pool not that nice , needs a pool vacuum. Staff limited English. Restaurant very close and mini marts. Walk straight through to main resort and use perfect beach for families.

Так, за 4 месяца до заезда в отель, я связался с ресепшн по емейл и указал, что мне необходим поздний выезд, на что последние ответили мне согласием и написали, что общая сумма за проживание остаётся такой же. По факту пришлось заплатить за 4 часа стоимость следующих полсуток. Персоналу показывал свой емейл и их ответ, на что они просто подимали плечами. Кроме того, я проживал на вилле, в которой также проживает огромная колония муравьёв (они повсюду в доме). Территория отеля не обрабатывается от комаров, ребенка всего искусали. В целом отель не советую из-за такого отношения со стороны персонала!

• Candice (8/5): Great location & value - We spent 4 nights at Kata Noi Resort. We had a standard room with a king bed and balcony on the first floor. The room was spacious and the bed was huge. However, the sheets/pillow cases were visibly dirty and there was sand within the sheets. This was disappointing and clear that it wasn't properly cleaned before we checked in. The rest of the room was in good condition and the bathroom was spacious. Having a balcony was nice as well. The hotel itself is situated across the street from a 5-star resort that owns the entire beach. The resort allows Kata Noi guests to enter as long as you sign into a book with the security guard. This is the best aspect of staying at this hotel. Kata Noi beach is extremely quiet, which is a rarity for this area of Phuket. The pool at the resort is very small and only good for a quick swim. There is a poolside bar, but the drinks are much more expensive than the surrounding restaurants. The staff was extremely friendly and accessible during our stay. They even arranged for us to rent motorbikes. I would recommend this hotel to people that are looking for an affordable place to stay that has less amenities than a hotel, but is in a great location.

The room was far from quite ....this is a good location ..staff need retraining,,,,,,this area is over all dominated by Russian guests
• Verified traveler (8/5): Overall good stay but air cond need fix - Overall hotel was clean. Just a few minutes walk to Kata Noi resort. Breakfast offering restaurant no much. A problem from the air cond and need change room. Another room with a bit better cool temperature but still not good and a notice mentioned if you adjust below 25C it will freeze so I just leave it unchanged. 2nd room water was weak. Overall staff was friendly and enjoy staying here.
• Jere (8/5): Well run, good value - Kara Not Resort is extremely well cared for, perfectly clean and comfortable. It seems new. Staff were all most helpful. And, although not right on the beach (1 block walk), it is good value. The area is quiet, best suited for couples or family.
• Verified traveler (6/5): カタノイビーチまで徒歩5分 - Although we stayed in apartment building, we do not have kitchen, range, etc. Meals used restaurants and convenience stores along the street. About 15 minutes on foot to Kata beach, that massage etc is cheap there. There is a feeling of cleanliness in the room, a large balcony is open, there is an ashtray, and smoking can be done only in the open air. Cleaning is done every day, mineral water 1 day / 1 person per person, with replenishment of coffee kind and toiletries. Hairdryer was rented at reception.

• honeybmissg (10/5): Fantastic Affordable Accommodation Close to Kata Noi Beach - This place is great for what it is. Cheap/affordable accommodation that allows you access to the somewhat private and small beach of Kata Noi.You actually have special access to the beach via Katathani Phuket Beach Resort. Service is wonderful. It is lovated 100m up a small road from the main road and so you do not get beach views from any of the apartments. They waited for me to arrive (around 8.30pm) and the staff was still there til about 11pm. All issues I had on arrival (e.g. how to work the safe & faulty TV remote) were swiftly attended to to ensure that I was a happy client. Flat screen TV with wide selection of channels in English, Thai, Russian, Mandarin and I believe Spanish. Channels show lifestyle shows, news and movies. The 1 bedroom apartment is huge and serviced by a queen sized bed. Bar fridge is available together with effective air conditioning unit, which is very necessary in Phuket. The bathroom (toilet, spacious sink and huge shower) are separate and can be closed off via sliding door. Bedside lamps also in working condition and spacious balcony with a clothes hanging line. There's a mini mart on the street, and a 7-11 200m down, a fantastic restaurant also at the main street and several others towards the 7-11. I would say definitely stay here and still get the benefits of the beach and you can always try out the local cuisine at any one of the restaurants along the main road instead of staying at Katathani Beach Resort. The staff are also accommodating with regards to housekeeping. I would leave my apartment between 12-1pm and they understood this and made a plan to come back and clean once I'd left.

• Deb3John (2/5): Do Not Trust Anyone - My nephew had a problem with hiring a motor bike, the people tried to hide his passport, he went to leave and realized that he did not have his passport, he turned to find it hidden, any way he got it back (they were trying to sting him for money for its return). He returned to these apartments( the barman did not see him return). He was quite shaken up and was watching out the window and yes he had been followed. He watched as the person talked to the barman for a while. Nest minute the barman is breaking into the apartment and begins going through everyone's things. My nephew came out the room and asked him what he was doing he said just looking. My nephew yelled at him to get out and not come back. So this upset everyone's holiday - do not trust these people. In regards to the apartment itself - it is budget, there is no air conditioning in the lounge area and the seats are rock hard. Bathroom facility very basic and beds just as hard as the wooden seats. I do not recommend these apartments.
• Michael (8/5): 5 min walk to the beach!! - Upon arriving we were greeted by the friendly staff. They showed us to our room. It was relatively clean and had a balcony. The air con worked okay but not great. The bed was hard, like most beds in Thailand. We slept alright. The best feature of this hotel is that it is literally 5 mins walk to the beach! And it is a clean beach. When we were there not too many people. This hotel also has a swimming pool and bar. We didn't use either of them but I saw others using it. I didn't see an elevator we only used the stairs. Overall, this is a basic hotel that is close to the beach. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

• JasonC7231 (10/5): Recommend!! - Worth the amount of money paid for thus resort. It is close to all the restaurants nearby, and is 3 mins away from the kata noi beach. If you need a ride, there's a gathering of chartered taxi's & tuk tuk nearby.

Рядом два магазина, где можно купить продуктов и хозяйственные принадлежности, есть аптека. Снимали виллу на 4 человек. Есть кухня, плита, чайник, тостер, микроволновка и кухонная утварь.

Något som var otroligt störande var att det låg ett otroligt stort hotellkomplex precis vid stranden där man varken fick äta eller dricka om man inte var gäst där?! Det förstörde den annars perfekta stranden.
• mspioneer (8/5): Amazing Beach! - We spent 1 night in Kata Noi Resort and its a good value for money. Kata Noi is a dead end in Phuket which means it really quiet. Pros: The staff was very friendly and speaks ok English. The beach is about 2 min walk and the street is full with good massage salons. Just before the entrance of the beach there is a very clean restaurant which offers pizzas, pastas which is also perfect for kids. There is a supermarket just on the corner. From the balcony (on the 2nd floor) there is a good view to the jungle. The area is very looked after a huge five star resort (Katathani) so the beach is patrolled and very clean. In the streets in every 20 metres there are guards/staff belonging to Katathani but they are also very friendly and helpful. Cons: Our room had a very loud A/C, one of our towels didn't seen and smelled clean not even the pillows which is quite poor but luckily the beach towels were clean. In the shower the water pressure was really low. The bathroom's glass door is pretty weird but at least it a curtain. The wifi was poor.
• Wilfredo (10/5): Peaceful place close to the beach and amenities - Nice stay at this small resort. Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and English conversant. Reception was always staffed. WiFi always available at reception and rooms. Around the place you can find nice small restaurants, tailors, massage parlors, 7-11 shop and mini markets, souvenirs shops with reasonable prices, taxi point at front of the hotel. If you are looking for a place to rest it is the perfect one. At walking distance from the busy Kata Beach and Karon Beach, at 10 minutes drive from the busy and noisy Patong Beach. Value for money!!!
• MK (8/5): Great for the price - We were in Villa 1. It was a 2BR with king size beds, a living & kitchen area. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. They gave us whatever we needed including a hair dryer & corkscrew. They were very generous with towels & bathroom items. There was a store in front that had the essentials. The travel counter in front offered good prices on excursions. For the price it was quite nice!
• Robert (8/5): Hotel close to Katathani Beach Resort - We stayed at Kata Noi hotel as it was close to Katathani Beach Resort where we were getting married (and couldnt afford to stay for the whole time). Kata Noi was perfect for our short stay as it let us pop in and out of Katathani as we wished. Had we not needed Katathani Beach resort, it maybe on the quiet end of town as there wasnt too much to do without Katathanis facilities.

• cwpuff (10/5): Loved this place - Awesome spotless apartment. Quality furnishings with everything you need as a home away from home. Lovely helpful staff, handy bar right by pool (pool is quite small but great for family with small kids). We were really surprised how great this place was at such good value, even serviced daily. Fantastic location, Kata Noi was perfect for us with a few restaurants, massage places and shops and a lovely quieter beach. Kata is just a short taxi ride overvthe hill and had loads of shopping and dining.

There is app. 400m to the beach. Our room looked fine but smelled of mold and our toilet had overfloated the whole bathroom.

• crownroyal1704 (8/5): Nice pleasant hotel - I stayed there for 3 nights 1.staff extremely helpful and friendly 2.rooms are big and well decorated,shower as well. 3.nice pool next to the reception. 4. Around 4 minutes walk from the beach,you can't go straight from the hotel to the beach there is a private land between them. Not getting full score because: 1.Mosquitoes in the room I had to buy an anti mosquitoes spray. 2.Mattress extremely hard. 3.ask for a room on the upper floor at the bottom it's a little bit noisy(cleaners room is next and a noise from the upper floor) 4.cleaner forget to wash glasses,and didn't stock coffee,cream and face towels. Overall worth the price I payed 2300 baht per night. Enjoy it........
• chellemaree88 (8/5): A place to rest your head. - We decided to book into this hotel as we were attending a wedding at the exclusive Kathatani resort across the road from this resort and the bride and groom had booked the whole hotel out for friends and family of the bridal party. On arrival at 11pm at night, check in was easy unlike other places we stayed around Thailand. We stayed with another couple of friends of ours, in a two bedroom villa. First impressions of the room it seemed nice and adequate. We were quick to notice there was no air-conditioning in the living area and it was quite hot in the bathroom also. However take note if you turn on the aircon too low it will spit out ice! There was a king bed in one room and two singles in the other. With the couple we were sharing with, tossed a coin to see who would get the king bed. We lost out and decided to push the two single beds together. House keeping caught on to what we were doing and without asking made out bed up like a king bed, which made it much more comfortable! Another not so positive note on the beds, they are as hard as a rock! If there was one thing this hotel needs to invest in, its new mattresses. The rooms were clean and towels and linen refreshed daily, which was wonderful. The staff were very accommodating in all circumstances, they certainly put up with a lot of partying from all the wedding guest. The pool was the cleanest of any pool I used in Thailand. The bar by the pool was well stocked and they were willing to help you whenever you needed. The area of Kata Noi is much like any other small resort town however is dominated by the large resort Kathatini. There is a small amount of restaurants, massage places and the obligatory suit shops. However we discovered if you want to go to any of the restaurants or bars at the hotel, you cant. If you are not staying there you are not even allowed on the grounds, which is the main path to the public beach from the hotel. Whilst the beach is beautiful, it is worth getting a 100 baht taxi to kata for more variety in restaurants and shopping. All in all, a great place to stay if you want a nice area in Thailand but do not want to pay stupid resort prices. This is the place to stay!
• Anna (10/5): Потрясающий отель в тихой и уютной бухте Ката-ной - Путешествуя по Тайланду и побывав на многих пляжах, мы решили последнюю неделю провести в тихом и уединенном пляже Ката-ной. На этом пляже всего 3 отеля - два из которых отпали сразу из-за очень высокой цены. Katanoi resort находится за одним из отелей (получается вторая береговая линия), но идти до моря всего 2 минуты. Особого внимания заслуживает чистота в отеле и персонал, который всегда очень вежливо разрешает любые вопросы. Нет завтраков, но рядом хорошее и недорогое кафе (если идти от отеля к дороге, оно будет справа). Очень рекомендуем этот отель: комфорт и качество за очень приятную цену!

• Verified traveler (8/5): Great little hotel - Not as fancy as the resort across the road, but it was perfectly adequate for us who prefer to spend time at the beach or exploring Phuket. No complaints about it!
• Svetlana (10/5): Милый и уютный - Это наш любимый отель на Пхукете. Хотя мы останавливались и в нескольких 5* и 4*. Маленький уютный семейный отель, 12 номеров и несколько вилл. Есть маленький бассейн. Но через дорогу прекрасный пляж Катаной, нужен ли бассейн? Ну может для детей. Номера просторные и удобные, с балконом, огромная кровать. Есть все необходимое кроме фена, его можно взять на ресепшн. Единственный недостаток: некрасивый вид. Хотя смотря как относиться: он естественный и необлагороженный, такая изнанка открыточного Пхукета. Соотношение цена-качество оптимальное. А, вспомнила еще один "недостаток": трудно забукать, почти всегда полностью заполнен. Иначе мы останавливались бы только в нем.

No breakfast, however the staff were friendly and cleaned our room every morning. If you are looking for clean and cheap then this is the hotel for you.If you want luxury, then stay across the road for double the price.
