• Patrick (6/5): - The property is quite outdated and in dire need of renovation. The shower was rather improvised and the wash basin cracked. Also expect some patches on the walls. I did have a private bathroom in my standard room. However the price is very cheap, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable with good, fresh linen. The staff was friendly and the included breakfast good for a hotel in this price class. Good to know in terms of accessibility is that there is an elevator but it only goes in between the floors.
• Linus (2/5): - Checked in - Checked out withing 20 minutes. We don't need any high standard at a hotel but this was one of the worst places we ever visited. Nice lady in the reception, until we wanted to cancel our reservation then she suddenly struggled with speaking English. Room was really hot, mold all over the place, smelled really bad and everything felt very dirty. Also padded door to the room gave us the creeps. Felt directly taken from Saw movie. 0/5. Would not recommend.

• Alice (9/5): Best value for cheap prices. - The location is perfect, 1/2 a km from the City Center. The place is ver cheap, clean, breakfast pretty good for the price. Freshly made. One of the receptionists is grumpy. But this is understandable, as thecreception is open 24/7 (!), she is sitting there all night. I kmow it, because I arrived back at three in the morning. Whilst the other is helpful and shiny Star.. she has deserved a much better job :-)
• Anjar (4/5): Disappointing - The power socket in the room is unstable and has damaged my charger. the internet connection is also slow, plus the smell of dust in the room. The facilities are mostly old, like the communist era. The breakfast is standard. The location of the hotel is still a bit far from the city center, so it still requires a tram. The door handle to my room was also broken. The toilet and bathroom are not comfortable because they are separated from the room.

No deben alojar en ese tipo de condiciones en esa habitación. Me cambiaron sin problema. Personal amable. Falta espejo en la habitación. Instalaciones muy antiguas. Mal olor de la cortina de la ducha.

• Marta (2/5): Very poor - The staff was very nice. The room was old, furniture was bruesed and not even a backrest of the bed. Doors were squeaky and locking was hard. Bathroom was at the hall and very old. Breakfast was poor.

• Bogdan (5/5): if you just want a roof over your head, it works and they have breakfast - this building has literally not been refurbished in the last 40 years. everything is very old and rundown, they do clean it, but not deep clean. paint was falling off in the bathroom, wardrobe was full of dust, everything squeaked. Girls at the reception were friendly. It's fairly central as a location and they offer a basic breakfast. they have parking as well but it's first come first served. it is cheap but you could get better value somewhere else i would say.

• Katarzyna (7/5): I recommend this hotel for not so expensive stay - The personel was very nice, and helpful, it was near the city centrum (20 min of walking), on the next street was a bus stop. on the breakfast was little but enough to feed, for me was ok and everything I needed. you need to know that the hotel is quite old, and maybe require renovation, but the worse is that the hotel's room require very good cleaning in corners, under the bed, the matrass and in the shower. The toilet was outside the room, there was no electric kettle in the room. the dust in a room, the room and shower need cleaning.

• Michael (8/5): There is a nice family feel to the hotel and the price is very reasonable. It's quiet which is nice. - Staff are very friendly and available Breakfast service can be a bit disorganised but the staff are very busy then.
• Ivet2408 (3/5): Very old dormitory - Definitely not worth for the price, i felt like i came back at least 30 years ago. Furniture, doors and especially windows need to be changed. It looks there like in very old broken dormitory. Dinning room for breakfest was even more “interesting”…

• Emerson (1/5): Bad - My shirt was stolen at the time of my stay. I complained to the receptionist and she sarcastically answered me if I brought it with me. When leaving the hotel, I had to leave my keys and collect them when I'm back. I asked for her to check the video feed for her to confirm and she refused.

• Rami (1/5): MAY BE THE UGLIEST HOTEL IN BRNO - DO NOT GO THERE - what an ugly place. stinky room, worn out furniture, decaying tiles in the tiny repulsive bathroom, and the hardest most uncomfortable and torturing bed we have met. spent one night and left although we paid for three. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS UGLY HOTEL
• Sokol (1/5): Bad - Worst hotel I have ever been. The bathroom was old and dirty, very dirty. The bed was not a bed with mattress, but and old and dirty sofa 🤢🤮 Unfortunately was the only place available in Brno during my staying there due to an international exhibition.

• Jason (9/5): Superb - Excellent value for money, was not expecting a little sweet for what I paid, friendly check in staff, check in was quick and easy, room was clean and very comfortable, nice quiet location, It's quite a way from town centre about 40 mins walk, so you need to get a taxi, it's next to a train station but it doesn't have a very good service, this is only a minor issue

• David (8/5): The vicinity of the hotel was very conveniently served by a couple of trams towards the city centre. - A nice little compact bedroom with shower and wash basin. Toilet was on the landing showing bedroom number on the door. No comment. As above a nice little bedroom.

• Jimmy (3/5): Won’t recommend as a place to stay - Apart from staff nothing better in this hotel. Stay away from this hotel. There is better hotels in Brno than this one. Staff are amazing though. Rooms are just the most basic antique setting with no facilities at all. Essentially a junk yard. Breakfast is so basic that the juice provided is the cheapest soft drink in the market. Despite the heat there is no refrigerator in the room. Table lamp in the room didn’t work as well.

Having the bathroom and toilet outside the hotel room and having to drag my keys with me everytime I went to one of them felt a little odd. I had to leave the hotel at 7 am due to my appointment but could not get the breakfast earlier. So I missed it, and there was "nothing to do about it."

• Vladimir (4/5): Hotel needs some serious fixing - The staff was ok, and location as well: quite close to the city center Everything else was just terrible. Even for this kind of money. Just pay some more and get yourself a more decent place. Everything is old and in a very bad shape: walls, windows, floor, ceiling.... Ok, I don't remember the ceiling, maybe it was ok. The smell in the room. The toilet somewhere on the other part of the floor....
• Kenneth (10/5): I'd stay here again - Well run, clean and secure establishment. Well situated for the city centre and likely to benefit from the seeming gentrification going on in the neighbourhood. Great buffet breakfast too. Not sure if the lift is working. Okay for me as I was on the first floor but maybe of use if you have a room further up.
