- Altynay (8/5): Good option for its price - Very good location, very close to the beach and the night market. The staff is very polite and helpful. They provided additional towels when necessary and helped to resolve some issues. You cannot see it from the picture but the shower is not separated (just for you to know) At night we could hear some noises from outside even if the windows were closed. A little bit old building, and the room was fine in general but with some dirts on the bed, the mattress wasn’t very comfortable

Приятный персонал, с которым общались только через гуглпереводчик. В номере убирали каждый день вполне приемлемо. Балкон выходит в тихий переулок, всегда тихо и нет солнца, что приятно. Номер очень маленький и темный. В отеле плохой Wi-Fi, вообще не тянет, все зависает.

- VALERII (9/5): Для отдыха с проживанием в апартаментах вариант очень даже привлекательный. - Всё было замечательно.Расположение трудно найти лучше. Соотношение цена/качество полностью соответствует ожиданиям. Персонал - предупредительный, всегда отзывается на возникшие проблемы. Надо отметить, что все возникшие вопросы были решены (не буду их перечислять, но вопросы возникли не по вине сотрудников данного отеля). В номере имеется почти всё, что необходимо для комфортного отдыха. 1. Постельное бельё можно бы менять и без напоминания, хотя бы раз в неделю. 2. Полы протирали с моющим, но не достаточно аккуратно. Может мы мешали, потому что персонал приходил делать уборку, когда мы отдыхали в номере.

Ежедневно меняли полотенца, даже лишние приносили, мыли полы, давали воду в бутылках, иногда приносили кофе в пакетиках. От моря рукой подать, всё очень близко и удобно. Персонал вежливый. Рекомендую.

- VALERII (9/5): В целом отношение персонала к отдыхающим в отеле можно оценить как очень позитивное. - Внимание персонала и быстрота оформления всех документов. свежесть постельного белья и полотенец. Соотношение цена - сервис. Всё оборудование в номере исправно работало. Отель расположен близко от пляжа, что очень удобно. В номере имеются почти все необходимые условия для длительного комфортного проживания. К нашему приезду не оттаяли и не подготовили холодильник (морозильник был сильно покрыт изморозью) В номере слышен сильный шум во время проведений массовых мероприятий на площади перед "лотосом". Неоднократно высказывались пожелания проживающих обеспечить в номерах наличие микроволновки вместо минипечи, но администрация так и не нашла возможность реализовать их.

WI (6/5): Gute Lage aber schlechtes Preis / Leistungsverhältnis - Gute Lage mitten im Geschehen, kurzer Weg zum Strand, große Betten, Standventilator, nettes Personal Die beschriebenen beiden Balkone waren ein Witz. Ein Balkon war gerade für 2 Stühlchen groß genug, das Klimagerät auf dem Minibalkon blies die warme Luft auf uns. Der zweite "Balkon" 😂 war ein Minipodest der Fluchttreppe und nicht richtig nutzbar. Das Innenklimagerät war völlig verdreckt und hatten Bedenken wegen der sicherlich vorhandenen Verleimung einzuschalten. Der ebenfalls völlig verdreckte Rauchmelder hing an seinen drei Leitungen von der Decke. Die Vorhänge waren verklebt und verschmiert. Die beiden Türelemente an den "Balkonen" 😭 konnten nicht dicht schließen und der laute Straßenlârm der permanent hupenden Autos nervte ordentlich. Im Bad und auf einem Nachttisch lebten Ameisen.

Аппараты находятся в другом здании в тишине и уюте, в номере всегда прохладно на той стороне что мы жили даже кондиционер не включали даже в жару прохладно Очень приятная постель, приятный персонал на ресепшен и хорошая уборка) Можно пользоваться бассейном на 7 этаже в здании регистрации заселения. В целом с удовольствием вернусь сюда снова! Слышимость высокая очень. Запах канализации, но решаемо если заткнуть все сливы, почему трубы не чистят совершенно не понятно( На кухне нет плиты не предусмотрено ни где. Если бы была плита и стиральная машина я бы приехала сюда месяца на 3 точно. Нам достался 2 этаж, вида ни какого хотелось бы повыше, но есть плюс прохладно тк закрыто деревом красивым ❤️( Что ещё удивляет в Нячанге во многих отелях отбитые черные пятна стен, удивительно что это не закрашивают краской

- Sandra (7/5): Gut und günstig - Nahe am Strand gelegen, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in der nahen Umgebung, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, von denen allerdings nicht jeder Englisch spricht. Das Zimmer war sehr groß - ich hatte ein Familienzimmer gebucht, da es das einzig noch verfügbare war. Kein heißes Wasser in der Dusche, und an der Decke und in den Zimmerecken hingen sehr viele Insektenkokons.

- Ekaterina (3/5): - Понравилось месторасположение, возле ночного рынка, возле Лотоса, возле отеля Панорама. Рядом остановка автобуса. Персонал был очень вежливый. Фото номеров не соответствует, номер был в плохом состоянии, дверь на балкон не закрывалась, поселили на 4 этаже из окон вид в окна массажного салона, можно было рукой дотянуться, розетки возле кровати нет, мебель потертая, старая, в ванне затирка с плесенью(черная), кондиционер напротив кровати, дует в голову, весь грязный, фильтры не чистили давно.

- Nguyễn (10/5): - Phòng đẹp như hình ,decor dễ thương vô cùng,nhân viên lễ tân nhiệt tình đặc biệt là bạn lễ tân nam rất vui vẻ và nhiệt tình với khách hàng luôn, trước kia mình chỉ ở panorama nhưng do một lần lỡ chuyến mình đã chọn thay thế ở đây và mê đến tận bây giờ ,lần nào vào nha trang mình cũng chọn ở đây 10 điểm không có nhưng Không có gì để chê luôn tuyệt vời

- Galina (10/5): Отличный отель!!! - Отличный уютный отель, чувствуешь себя как дома. Расположение супер, рядом магазины, кафе и 5 минут до пляжа. Персонал очень приветливый и отзывчивый. Предоставляют кофе, воду каждый день. Смена полотенец, не успевали их пачкать. Останавливаюсь в этом отеле уже второй раз и думаю что не последний! Заглядывайте пожалуйста во время уборки под кровать! Рассмотрите пожалуйста возможность раннего заселения, пусть и с доплатой.

- Damien (8/5): Great 3 star hotel in top location - Great location in an alleyway so it’s quiet. Big room with smart TV so can access Netflix. Great bathroom with good shower pressure and hot water (not always the case for hotels in SEA). Fabulous location with beach on your doorstep. Lots of shops, spas and restaurants around. Value for money Housekeeping was not the best. Had to ask for bed sheets to be changed on day 4

- Tuyet (10/5): Quá tuyệt vời , phòng sạch sẽ - thoáng mát 🥰 - Nhân viên nhiệt tình , hộ trợ tốt mọi thứ cho khách 🥰 có dịp đến thì vẫn sẽ chọn Pavillon 🥰 em đi chơi book 2 ngày nhưng con em bệnh nên em về sớm , em thuê 1 ngày em trả phòng , khách sạn vẫn hỗ trợ hoàn 1 ngày tiền phòng cho em 🥰 nhiều nơi sẽ không hỗ trợ khi đã thanh toán hết đâu ạ 🥰 sạch sẽ , tiện nghi , gần quảng trường và chợ đêm , có máy sấy tóc và bình đun nước siêu tốc luôn ạ 🥰 Không có gì để phàn nàn vì quá tuyệt vời ạ 🥰
- Jasmin (4/5): A practical stay. - I appreciated the central location of this hotel. It was close to the beach and the city centre so most things were walking distance. The housekeepers were lovely and stocked up the water everyday for us and they were generous, giving 4 bottles of water. Unfortunately, when I had booked this stay it was advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment. When I got here, it was a single bedroom with a second bed in a space that would be considered a raised lounging area with an entrance to the balcony. It had no door and not even a curtain to partition the room off. A couple of days into our stay, the entrance to the lobby of the rooms was rented out to a spa business and we were told we could not enter through this space and had to use the basement lift which had issues closing and moving on 3/5 days we were there.
- Louise (7/5): It was good for a few nights. - Location was great Air conditioning didn’t work, door didn’t lock properly. Swimming pool felt grubby.
- Mr (5/5): Value for money but uncomfortable to stay because of narrow room and noise. - Only good thing is near the Nhà Trang center. Walking distance to the beach and night attractions. If you choose a low budget hotel, you can book with them. Nothing to say but you must check out hotel rooms before booking with them. I have not found enough info about room on booking. Rooms are narrow and cannot see any city view from the balcony. I stayed for 2 nights but I hardly had time to stay at the hotel during day time because I went sightseeing. The room is noisy because it has no sound proof wall.

- Vladislav (6/5): Noisy center of Nha Trang - The location is close to the central square, with a view of it from the balcony or the fire stairs. Honestly, there’s not much else to mention as a plus. There is a pool, but it’s small and not as clean as we would have preferred. On the bright side, my wife did enjoy the spa on the first floor. Noisy location 24/7, as it’s right in the very center of Nha Trang. There was also an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The beds were quite hard, but still comfortable enough — especially if you prefer a firm mattress, as I do. Overall, the room felt a bit dated and could use a refresh.

- Liudmila (9/5): - Отличные апартаменты для семьи с детьми. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления еды. Удачное расположение. Единственный минус это стройка в соседнем здании. Начинают работать в 6-7 утра.
