- Lolwa (2/5): - I didn’t have a good experience in this hotel and I would not recommend it for anyone who cares about their health. I booked to stay for five days and was barely able to sleep through the first night due the mold issues in the AC vents. I had a sensitivity reaction and couldn’t breath properly, so I had to check out if the hotel earlier than the end of my stay. The receptionist was trying to convince me that black mold is a normal AC condition that did not affect health in any way. I have requested a refund for the rest of my stay and the receptionist told me that I had to contact Expedia and talk to them about the refund. When Expedia agents spoke with the hotel they refused the refund. This hotel doesn’t care about their guests nor do they understand the effects of mold on health. Not recommended at all, there are better hotels in Beirut that are new and clean and will not cause any respiratory issues.

- NEERA (10/5): Superb - I had a wonderful stay at Saifi Suites, Beirut. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. An added bonus is the balcony. The staff is friendly. The location is in the downtown area and there are restaurants and shops close by.

Only issue I encountered was the heating system was turned on for winter during my stay, but the weather was mild outside, so the room got stuffy so when I talk to the hotel they said to just turn the vent off because the heating system with the one in the hotel, so the air conditioner would not work, so I opened the patio and got air in , I heard some traffic noise but actually it wasn’t even that bad with the window open. I would recommend this hotel due to location, comfort and value.

The room was large, comfortable and had a good bathroom with a big shower and excellent water pressure. Breakfast was included and was very good, Wi-Fi service was good and reliable. A short ride from the airport should cost just $25.

- Amanda (10/5): Great location, Very Helpful Staff! - This was our 1st trip to Lebanon and we was really nervous about everything, especially since we don't speak Arabic.Prior to our arrival, the hotel staff helped schedule a pick-up for us at the airport, proving to be very helpful as later we learned there are certain taxis to take and certain taxis to avoid. We had booked a suite and it was quite lovely! Everything was very clean and we felt very comfortable there. This hotel is in a great location, you can walk to Gemmayze, Mar Mikhael, Downtown Beirut and Central Beirut. This hotel had an AMAZING staff, specifically Abdo, Mahmoud, and Giorgio at the front desk. They were VERY helpful and answered all of our questions. They were very professional and helped give us some lessons on how to adapt to the Lebanese culture. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and just in general places to see during our stay. All of them spoke really good English as well (I wasn't expecting that) and they helped us translate a lot of things from Arabic to English so we could understand. They had great personalities, always made us laugh, and made us feel very welcome. We had a fantastic time in Lebanon and honestly, our experience there wouldn't have been the same without them.

They were able to easily accommodate our delayed check-in, as well as offered suggestions for food, and arranged a tour. Amazingly clean room with a large balcony. Overall, wonderful experience and the location is amazing! Not as good as we would've liked: The breakfast was just ok, and we desired something a bit more Lebanese. There is a restaurant around the corner to go to for a traditional AMAZING breakfast.

- Tawfiq (10/5): Great hotel close to Downtown Beirut in Gemmayze - We were a small group staying at a suite here. The layout was perfect, and the guest bathroom was a nice touch. The kitchenette proved useful for storing food/drinks. The bed was comfortable, and the couches were great when just kicking back and hanging out with the crew. Downtown Beirut is just a few minutes away (walking), so everything you need is in close proximity. Since you're near Gemmayze, your nightlife is pretty much defined. The hotel is far enough to be quiet, but close enough that you can walk there. Tons of food options, too. There is a Medco gas station right next to the hotel with a small supermarket, so you can buy whatever you need/forgot from there.

- Tareq (10/5): Great Hotel - Second time I stay at this hotel in 2 months, this time I took the Business Suite, the room was great but in my opinion it should have a balcony like the deluxe rooms and yeah you have an espresso machine in the suite but they charge you for using it which I think should be free! again the breakfast should be have more variety,nothing else to really complaint from. In general an excellent hotel to stay at and I would recommend it for business stays.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Value for money - Just a small boutique hotel, good location, good staff however i dont feel coming back again! Many options around. Linens and towels are very old.
