• Quentin (9/5): Séjour très agréable - Hôtel très agréable, loin de l’agitation de Hoi an dans un environnement très joli. Bien placé à 10 minutes en scooter ou 30 minutes à vélo de la mer ou de la ville. Chambre silencieuse et très confortable. L’endroit est parfait pour se reposer, plusieurs restaurants sont disponible à pied à côté de l’hôtel. Bon petit déjeuner et l’équipe de l’hôtel est réactif et très gentil. Propose des locations de scooter à 150 000 VND et des transferts à l’aéroport de Da Nang à 350 000 VND. Attention l’appareil de paiement par carte est très capricieux. L’eau chaude est un peu aléatoire. À noter la présence de deux chambres familiales, il peut y avoir des familles et des enfants bruyants le matin. (Vraiment beaucoup de bruit des 6h pour nous) Petit couac au Check in, on nous a mis dans une autre chambre pour une nuit avant de récupérer notre chambre le lendemain. Après demande nous avons eut finalement notre chambre le 1er jour mais sans réelle explication.

Præcis det vi søgte i Hoi An. Kort køretur til den gamle by, ikke langt fra stranden og i meget roligt omgivelser. Poolen er rigtig skøn og Vy og hans kone er super rare og tager sig godt af gæsterne. En kæmpe anbefaling herfra :-) Alt var godt. Poolen stor og dejlig, værelset meget rummeligt, rengøringen i top, morgenmaden var lækker.

• Emma (10/5): Perfect peaceful stay - Absolutely incredible place to stay. It is so peaceful and not far from Hoi An at all with a motorbike or Grab. The owners are absolutely wonderful, with great hospitality and kindness. The pool is big enough to do a proper swim which is definitely a plus! It’s a small place so very quiet, but the rooms are huge and each room has a terrace with chairs and a small table. There is also a pagoda on the lake for further relaxation! The breakfast is incredible and made fresh every morning. We will definitely be going back if in Hoi An again!

A l'écart de l'effervescence de Hoi An mais pas trop loin. Tout est fait pour vous faire plaisir. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours. C'est très propre. La piscine est superbe. Tout est conforme aux photos. Nous recommandons! C'est un minuscule détail mais nous dormions dans la chambre du bas, et nous entendions un peu les chaises glisser dans la chambre au dessus. Peut etre envisager des petits patins sous les pieds de chaises.

• Kyu Seong (10/5): 감동적이고 진정한 휴식이었던 시간. - 이곳에 도착한 순간 부터 이 곳 빌라의 주인인 부부는 친절하고 상세히 안내했으며 숙소는 넓고 청결했다. 수영장도 항상 깨끗했다. 아침은 너무 훌륭했고 두쨋날 2026년 1월 1일 오전 11시에 돌아가신 아버지의 1년을 기념하는 큰 가족 행사를 했는데 객실 손님들도 초대해주셨다. 우리에게 삼일간 준비한 음식을 먹으며 그들과 함께한 일은 잊을 수 없는 시간이었다. 다시 여행을 간다면 호이안의 포멜로 가든 부티크 빌라를 찾을 것이다. 없음.

• Joy (10/5): A perfect convenient alternative away from the chaotic old town - It was amazing how owner Hoi appeared exactly at the gate of the lovely 6-room villa to welcome us when we arrived after sunset. That was a good start to our very short one night stay. The guesthouse was beautiful and peaceful which was wonderful after spending time at the chaotic and somewhat touristy old town. Rooms were spacious with a relaxing balcony facing the pool and pond. Breakfast was made fresh from an ala carte menu. The bread was warm and perfect with butter and the homemade passionfruit jam. I wished we had stayed longer to explore the area. This lodging would be perfect for those who wished to experience Hoi An beyond the old town. It is still easy to get into the old town via Grab but one should take this chance to explore the villa surrounding with good restaurants nearby especially tok. Bar and Restaurant. Hoi also spoke good English and shared with us how his and his wife started this place about 10 years ago after quitting their job at hotels. It was thus no surprise this hidden gem could offer high-end hotel feel beyond the price with their experience.

Daarnaast is de familie die accommodatie runt super gastvrij en behulpzaam. Ik heb me zeer thuis gevoeld. Alles beviel mij. De ligging is wat afgelegen. Maar als je scooters huurt (kan heel goed via de accommodatie) dan ben je met 10/15 min midden in de oude stad.

• Amy (10/5): - A true home away from home Pomelo Garden Boutique Villa was one of the most memorable stays of our one-month trip through Vietnam. We travelle from the south to the north as a family and ended up loving this place so much, we returned for another two nights at the end of our Hue stay. Hoi and Vy were the warmest, most accommodating hosts we encountered. They went above and beyond to cater to our vegan diet, and Hoi was incredibly helpful in organizing tours and giving local tips. When our flight to Da Nang was delayed by 7 hours and we arrived at 2am, they still welcomed us with such kindness and understanding. The villa itself is beautiful—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and peaceful. Our kids especially loved the pool. It’s just a 10-minute taxi ride to Hoi An Old Town, and the locals were always happy to help if we needed directions. What truly made this stay special was the personal care. On our way to Hue, Hoi gave us such great advice on what to see that we ended up deciding to return to Pomelo instead of staying in Da Nang. Hoi arranged a private driver to pick us up from Hue with scenic stops at Lap An Lagoon, Lang Co Beach, Hai Van Pass, and Marble Mountain—at a very reasonable price. She even organized a private tour to Mỹ Sơn the next day. When we returned, my daughters were overjoyed. It felt like coming home. I can’t recommend this place enough—the comfort, the hospitality, and the genuine warmth of Hoi and Vy made Hoi An unforgettable.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und die ganze Anlage wunderschön und gepflegt! Man konnte sehr gut entspannen! Es war etwa 15 Minuten mit dem Rad vom Zentrum entfernt also super. Die Räder konnte man direkt an der Unterkunft ausleihen gratis. Ich würde sofort wieder kommen! Nichts

• Hannah (10/5): Relaxing, easy, and beautiful home stay - Pomelo was perfect! My fiancé and I sincerely enjoyed our peaceful and beautiful stay with Vy and Hoi. Room - We had a spacious king room on the second floor that had a beautiful view with a balcony and a comfy bed. Mini fridge, hot water kettle, table, rain shower, tub. Property/location- The atmosphere encouraged relaxation. We enjoyed that the property was outside of the main, busy part of hồi an - it was so easy and cheap (<$4 USD) to call a grab to the main part of town. We also borrowed their bicycles and rode about 15 minutes through the nearby rice paddies to Của Đại beach which was beautiful! Hosts - The hosts were very kind and helpful, making everything easy. Helped us book a car back to Da Nang airport. They also did our laundry for a reasonable price. Treats! - The breakfast was delicious with fresh eggs and fruit. The pool was amazing! The plants! This was the best place we stayed in Vietnam, no regrets.

The bed is firmer than we liked although the hosts did try to soften it for us. Location is a bit further out than we thought . Grab helped.
• Anisse (10/5): A peaceful stay in a dream location - Quiet location, beautiful surrounding, fantastic pool. Great amenities, it was perfect for our little family. We had a little kitchen and they even added a micro wave free of charge to help us with reheating food for our daughter. You can book here without second thoughts, they are welcoming hosts and it’s just beautiful here. Nothing to be honest. Some might dislike the distance to old town but I see it as an asset. Old town is great but too busy and full of stores and people trying to sell you stuff.

Hoy is de most generous and lovely host you can wish for, she does everything to make your stay comfortable. We loved the breakfast, it's generous and very fresh and healthy with different things to choose from. Pomelo Garden is located a bit outside Hoi An, which we really enjoyed. It's quiet and peacefull and you get a glimps of rural Vietnam. You can use the bikes provides by Hoy and easily ride to town or get a Grab. Beds are comfy, wifi is stable (we worked from there) and everything is very clean. I can't recommend Pomelo Garden enough. It really contributed to our memories of Vietnam. Lots of love for Hoy!
• Simon (10/5): Exceptional - We loved Pomelo. It was a refreshing change from the noisy bustling towns and cities. We had a two bed family room which was lovely and spacious, light and tastefully furnished and even with a TV the kids could watch. The pool and gardens are lovely. The breakfast made to order was also plentiful and enjoyable by the pool. There are very few rooms at the hotel, so it almost seems like having a holiday home. Surprisingly there are some good little restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

A small property with only six rooms, well-furnished, clean, and comfortable, overlooking a beautiful tropical garden with a stunning pool. However, the owners might be the biggest surprise of the place: kind and helpful, they know how to find a solution to any need. The hotel is located in the countryside of Hoi An, but reaching the center with a Grab or a scooter is not difficult at all. The breakfast is delicious.

It is very cheap to get a taxi to the Old town but lots of great places to eat near the villa which we prefer. It is nice to have the peace and quiet and the busy area of Hoi An is just be a short taxi ride away. The hosts at Pomelo are very helpful and friendly and if I visit Hoi An again I will come back and stay here.

We were glad that the location was tucked a little bit further from old town because we wanted a quiet and calm place to unwind before we fly out of Vietnam. It's family-run business and we loved the fact that there is only 6 rooms, meaning not too crowded and it's very peaceful. The garden and the pool area is maintained well and beautiful. Our room was very spacious, cleaned on a daily basis and it had everything we needed during our stay. I will surely come back whenever I'm in Hoi An again! Nothing

• David (10/5): We had a great stay thank you 👍 - What a great place to unwind and enjoy your time in Hoi An. We had 9 nights with only 6 units it felt like it was all your own. Easy to get to town and surrounding spots. We cannot say enough about Vy and Hoai as hosts the breakfast was an excellent start to each day after a dip in the pool. Guys need a fan in each room to help with the air conditioning in the hottest months

• David (10/5): Excellent customer service - The rooms were very clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful whenever we had any questions. It was easy to organise day tours with the staff. Hoi An Old town was only 6-8 minutes with Grab service. The location was fantastic,away from the hustle and bustle of Hoi An. Good location if you want some peace and quiet time after touring. Breakfast was very good and simple,fresh fruit and juice available and a few westernised options available. I would personally prefer a couple more Vietnamese breakfast options ( my opinion ). The noodle soup was fantastic!

• Peter (10/5): Flawless - Fantastic stay here in HoiAn. Staff were very pleasant and did all they could to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty and filling, beds were comfortable, AC worked well. Staff gave us a stovetop and saucepan once we requested it. Mini bar in room. A short 10 minute grab taxi from HoiAn old town. Pool was lovely too! Genuinely a faultless stay, literally nothing could have been improved!

When we first got there we got welcomed with some big smiles and a a glass of juice , When we arrived at our room we all were so happy about how pretty everything was and how kind everyone were. The days we spent at Pomelo, will always be remembered as a very special place with a lot of memories. The hotel is worked by a family which was one of the best hosts in my life, and I would definitely speak for the rest of the family as well. And we can definitely recommend it for you, for the people who wants to live in a quiet area and a 6 minute drive from Hoi an, quiet and pieceful with kindly hosts. 🩷
• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay at Pomelo Garden was very nice. We got a free transport from the airport Da Nang. When arriving, the Check in with Vy and Hoi was super easy. They offer breakfast, laundry, scooter and may other options. For breakfast we ate the vegetarian pho soup with egg and tofu almost every day. Also every morning we got a fresh fruit plate served. Very delicious. Super friendly and professional staff which helped us in any situation. Highly recommended.

• Karen (8/5): Very hospitable - The hosts were incredibly nice and welcoming. We had an unexpected upgrade to a suite for free. The rooms are tidy and spacious. Breakfast is a la carte. The hosts get a big 10 for their hospitality. Be aware that google maps takes you to the wrong place! You need to type in pomelo garden and not pomelo garden boutique! Our driver had to ask for direction a couple of times. Bring your own showergel/bath soap as there were just 2 small half full bottles which we finished in one day. The mattress is quite hard. The first night we heard loud music from a distance, we were not pleased with that, there is karaoke everywhere. The next two nights were quieter. Of course these are small details, overall the accommodation was top!

• Lise (10/5): Best stay in Vietnam! - Amazing homestay! The best place we've been in Vietnam. The owners are just the sweetest people. Very big room and bathroom. Lovely room with view on a pretty garden. Very nice swimming Pool. Quiet location which is in reach of both the city center of Hoi An and the beach by bike. They have bikes for free at the homestay. Wifi was good. Airconditioning was good. Breakfast was great. Very helpfull hosts, they booked us a snorkeling tour and asked if we needed taxi to get to the airport, which they then arranged. Just loved it! Nothing!

• Sally (10/5): Outstanding - This is a little oasis on the outskirts of a beautiful city. The owners could not do enough for their guests. The food is wonderful - breakfasts are outstanding and they also cooked lunch and dinner on request. The pool is fabulously clean and the gardens were beautiful. We booked trips through them. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. We all loved our stay and were very sorry to leave.

• Emma (10/5): I would definitely stay at Pomelo again. - Vee and Hoi met us on arrival like they we were family coming to visit. The property is between the town and beach, both can be reached easily by bike or grab. The location is quiet, the pool is great, you can relax in the garden and even fish in the pond. Breakfast is great and Hoi went out of her way to prepare food for my fussy son. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to families or people who don't want to be in the hustle of the town.

The hosts were very kind, organized our tours and booked the bus ticket to our next destination. The morning we departed they even got up earlier to prepare breakfast for us. We were sad to leave after 4 days and would come back any time.

• Catherina (10/5): Paradise - Pomelo garden was the best hôtel I've stayed in vietnam. The rooms are Big, clean and so confortable. The tropical garden is Amazing with a great pool. Located in a quiet area 15 mn from old Town by bike. You Can have free bikes at the hôtel or rent a motorbike with them or grab. The owners were so nice they made me feel like family. They will do anything to answer your needs. Definitely the highlight of my trip in Vietnam.

The hotel is nicely built and well maintained, and what made our stay really special was the care and attention from Mr and Mrs Vy. They really went out of their way to make our stay special. Breakfast was great and we loved the coffee. Many thanks! Tiny detail only - the switch in the shower, to switch from rainshower to handheld shower, was hard to use.

• Pawel (10/5): Exceptional - We have been travelling a lot across Vietnam and that was the best stay we had. The place is managed by a lovely and super friendly couple that will help you with everything to make your holiday perfect. We strongly recommend to stay there longer than just for 2-3 days. Although it is not exactly in the Hoi An old town part it is a perfect place to rest from the tourists crowd and enjoy the beauty of Vietnam. After a long day of different activities (they helped us to arrange all) we were enjoying the time in the pool, trying out new food and delicious fruits. It has been an enormous pleasure to be there and when we are again in Vietnam we will surely visit Pomelo Garden again.
• Josaphine (10/5): Exceptional - Friendliest and most helpful staff we could have asked for. Facilities were clean, spacious and charming with gardens and a pool. Food on offer included breakfast cooked to order with fruit, the best homemade passionfruit jam I've ever eaten and coffee. Additionally when we missed breakfast one morning they brought us some fruit later in the day. The staff also organised a small group tour to my son for us so we could beat the crowd and enjoy it in peace, as well as helped us with airport transfers by car. Overall they made us feel so welcome to their beautiful property. Would go back in a heartbeat. About 4km from the main streets of hoi an so you can't just pop in on a whim. However with the good bikes provided this isn't too onerous.

There are bicycles that can be borrowed free of charge and the center of Hoi An can be reached within 15-20 minutes of cycling.

We had a warm greeting from our hosts who where always welcoming and happy to help. Comfortable beds and a very clean and nice bathroom. Lovely balcony where you can sit in the evenings and admire the surroundings. The owners are so kind and very helpful and they really did everything to make the stay as good as possible. Location is a bit outside of the city with magnificent nature - during the day we went by bike to Hoi An which was a lovely 15 min bike ride. During the evenings we took a taxi or a moped. Very easy!
