Guest Reviews
- YOUNG MIN (8/5): -
- Wimonpayome (4/5): - Room was smelly and dusty. Service is good. Location is good.
- TMABKK (10/5): Can't tks enough !! - I thought, “If I am going to take the time to send a note, why not write one that really stands out?” Why not take the time to really show how much customer service quality matters to me? Special thanks to Ohm a bartender guy, Pang n Beam they did a great job during my time on 31.01.25" Keep going thought I'll be back ofenly for sure.
- Barbara (8/5): - Great location. Good service. Good value for the money. Had a nice stay. Thank you!
- Barbara (8/5): - Great value. Nice and helpful staff. Great convenient area. No complaints.
- heatht2016 (4/5): A disappointment. - What a disappointment. Lots of corridors and lots of shops. Nothing spectacular about any of it. Nothing to wow about, no seats anywhere but in small places to eat. I saw one bench and it was full, everyone else had to sit on the floor. Ikon Siam is much more spectacular and nicer to look at and around. Bangkok One felt cramped in comparison.
- Ivy (8/5): - Food is good and ver affordable.
- Samrawit Assefa (10/5): - It is a beautiful hotel
- JSirithunyanont (10/5): Stay - The Pom is very nice and well decorated with well stocked supplies and food, also the service is very good and Wilson is very friendly.I recommend Salil hotel with beautiful and clean room .Thank you for all the staff that helped me
- BrianGruber (10/5): Wonderful Comfortable Hotel - I love staying in Thonglor and my client booked me here for four days. Perfect. Very comfortable bed and room. Highly professional and kind staff. Koi at the front desk made me feel at home and well cared for. I will stay here again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): -
- HO (8/5): An updated modern hotel - really good for 3.5* - Was reasonably impressed. My advice is to avoid room 411 as the pressure of the shower was really bad. Hot water wasn't working so asked to change room and it made my stay better. Location is good if you're familiar with Thonglo. It's a long walk from the BTS but there's a 24 hour tuktuk service. It's located on a main road and traffic wasn't noisy. Staff are friendly and very helpful.
- Addis (10/5): - It’s a very convininent place to stay specially the breaksfast it’s awesome Asian western many kind of avaliabelities on the table but the second building enterance has a very bad smell I think the tube which is flow from the road it seems the joint of the Sanitery’s are linked on the main gate it smells bad until they changed it better to stay on the main building the rest of the hotel is very great.
- Verified traveler (10/5):
- Verified traveler (8/5): -
- Verified traveler (6/5):
- Apoorv (10/5): Hospitality at it’s best - The staff and service is amazing!
I stayed here for over 3 weeks and during my entire duration of stay, I was provided the best service. I highly recommend the food here
- Aleksey (10/5): - This hotel is worth every baht. The rooms are big and clean. Great bathroom, complimentary tooth brushes and 2 waters per day. You get a free tuk tuk ride to the BTS. It is located in a very fancy area of Bangkok with plenty to do. This is my second time staying here and I was not disappointed. Service is top notch. Hotel staff are very helpful and aided me without any issue when I forgot my hotel key. So far this is the best hotel I stayed at in thong lor. Will do it again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): -
- Verified traveler (8/5): -
- Verified traveler (8/5): -
- Jeerapong (8/5): One one - The window in the room should have for every room in the hotel building
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Wi-Fi
- Stan (10/5): - It was my first time staying at OneOne via friend's recommendation, which in my opinion, value for money. Room is clean, air conditioning working fine as that was my priority in view of Bangkok's hot weather. It was also of a good size with two single beds, twin sharing.
Food was easily available within vicinity of hotel, along with mini markets, of which one was 24hrs.
Though I didnt take BST or MRT throughout my three days stay, its still easily available as hotel provides FOC tuk-tuk service to station as an added service to hotel guests.
In short, I would recommend my friends to stay here at OneOne for the convenience it offers, but depending on where you would prefer to shop or enjoy the night life.
Thank you OneOne Hotel, see you soon on my next Bangkok trip.
Petit parking disponible.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - A very nice hotel in an amazing area, a very good staff and helped us in everything we needed
- Andre (8/5): Gute Location im hippen Thong Lor Viertel - Location im hippen Thong Lor Viertel. Sauberes Hotel mit tollem Personal.
- Verified traveler (4/5): -
- BennyNg (8/5): - The checking in was smooth except that we need to fill in all our particulars ourselves instead of just signing the check in card and details filled by the reception later like all other hotels that we used to stay at. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The dishes at their 24 hour café were great as well. The hotel also provides free shuttle to the nearest BTS.
- Verified traveler (8/5): -
- Verified traveler (6/5): -
- Verified traveler (6/5): -
- Lee (8/5): - Location is good. Counter staff courteous , smiling and helpful. Doorman helpful and friendly. coffee house staff good. Only breakfast with limited choices. Improve more items.
Only comments is that the air-con was not so cold. technician immediate came to rectify and adjust and was better.
- Verified traveler (8/5):
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice place. Only stayed one night before leaving Bangkok
- Verified traveler (6/5):
- Verified traveler (8/5): - far from bts
- Sanchan (6/5): - BTS
- Verified traveler (8/5): -
- Hiro (10/5): - Cost-effectiveness is high
- Verified traveler (10/5):
- Verified traveler (8/5):
- Earthen (4/5): - There is no hot water, and can’t watch tv program except news Asia.
- Christopher (8/5): Great Reception Staff. - Hotel receptionist went out of her way to help me with booking of a river cruise. Was treated with respect. And staff were very courteous.
My only complaint. It could really do with a nice bar.
- Kelvin (8/5): Nice hotel, 15 mins walk to the nearby BTS station - Room is clean and bed is comfortable. It's a small hotel, so choice of breakfast is limited.
- Laurent (10/5): Great hotel for Business or leisure - Great hotel, very well located. However a little far from metro station.
Fantastic service
- naomip775 (2/5): Incredibly disappointing...deceiving pictures on website! - I booked this hotel for the last night of our two week visit to Thailand and was extremely disappointed with it. The website makes the hotel look, clean, bright and quirky. However, in reality it does not live up to this. The entrance and reception are nice and have some of the colourful features I was expecting like a multi-coloured horse sculpture and colourful walls but the picture on the website is definitely taken using a wide-angle lens as the reception is no way near that large and the rooms are incredibly basic and tired.
We booked two rooms, one for my parents and one for myself, but on arrival the hotel insisted that we had only booked one room. Perhaps there was some confusion as the rooms were both booked under the same name, but this made our arrival stressful. Once the hotel finally found our second reservation, they agreed to upgrade one of our rooms. Whilst the room we were upgraded too was huge, it had no windows as it was in the middle of the hotel and stunk of stale cigarette smoke. It was far too big and sparse for two people and reminded me of a cheap club we have in the UK called Oceana. The carpets were stained and the furniture looked dated, in stark contrast to the pictures I'd seen. We were also told that we hadn't paid for our rooms (which we had!) so overall, the welcome and customer service was pretty poor.
The smaller room which I stayed in had a view out onto the street, but anyone who's been to Bangkok will know how loud the traffic can be, so noise is a major factor to bear in mind when booking this hotel. We also stayed on a Friday night, so this made it even louder as there were several bars, including a roof bar across the street, open quite late into the night.
The room was also very hot and the air conditioning was broken and making a very loud sound but producing no air. I had no choice but to have the window open, but as it was still very humid outside as well as noisy, I found it impossible to get to sleep.
The shower was also faulty and was dripping throughout the night and the bed was so hard and uncomfortable it was like sleeping on a stone slab. Overall I would not recommend staying here. It is definitely a budget hotel but I thought it would be more special and quirky because of the pictures I'd seen. In hindsight, I would pay extra to stay somewhere like a chain hotel so that at least I know that it'll be nice and that I can get a restful night's sleep!
- Gerald K W (8/5): Good experience - Overall a very good hotel in a prime location. A little far from the BTS station but you can still walk about 20mins. Lots of restaurants and pubs in the area.
- LAI MING (6/5): Bad shower water. Glass table with sharp corners - Have stayed this hotel 4 times. Half of the visits the shower water was either too weak, or suddenly hot and cold. The shower water condition varies from different guest room. I also wrote a review about the glass table which have very very sharp corners. It hurt me twice. Good side: Spacious and good location with many restaurants, upscale shopping mall, and super market which is the reason why I stay here 4 times.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Good place in descent area. - Lovely staff, location has many good restaurants. Cabs, motorbike taxis easily available. No seedy places.
Only complaints:
Bits stuck on carpet, furniture not removed ( need specialist cleaning)
Horrible smell on entering the room. Put the ac fan on full blast and gone in 5 mins,
but shouldn't be there to start with.
- Mary (10/5): Family trip to Bangkok - We got a great deal from Hotels.com . The rooms were great and perfect for a family, especially the junior suite. The standard room was great as well for a couple. They were very clean and modern. The neighborhood is very safe and an easy walk to the metro. However, it is a long way from all the tourist activities. The staff was very pleasant and helpful when you approached them but they were a little standoffish or appeared to be. I would recommend this hotel especially if you had business in that part of town.
- jodier590 (8/5): Great value and location! - We always stay here when we visited BK for a weekend due the location and value. You can generally get two nights for $100. The location is within walking distance of many great eats, especially the commons and a few bars. We don't get breakfast as again, there is a good selection of places outside the hotel. There are no windows in the room, but they are big, comfy and good value. It's a great place to get your head down, if you are going to spend most of your time outside of the hotel.
- pmk (6/5): Convenience and save budget - Pity good location right in the center of Thonglor. Convenience to travel.
- 182tanelp (8/5): Great location in the heart of Thonglor - I stayed in the One One Hotel for a bit more than a month during my business.
Pros:
*Great location with variety of restaurants, cafés and nightlife options nearby.
*Friendly staff who speaks acceptable English (not the cleaning staff, though). PS! Remember the "do not disturb" button besides the door.
*Beakfast available for 200THB - food was ok.
*Laundry service at acceptable price (takes two days).
*No traffic noise (my room was not facing Sukhumvit 55).
Cons:
*10+ min walk to/from the BTS
*Room cleaning a bit inconsistent at times. Not a big issue, though.
*The plumbing in the building is noisy and not well isolated. Every time somebody flushed their toilets above my floor (I lived on the 5th out of 7) it made a loud noise of water falling down through the system and there was smell of sewage after the neighbors had flushed (probably from floor traps). Flushing my own toilet seemed to help to get rid of the smell.
*The sink was sutck, so I needed to remove the sink trap to get the water to go away.
*Hot water pressure and temperature were low during my whole stay.
*Hearing the bing-sound of elevators arriving to your floor was annoying in the beginning, but I got used to it after a while.
*Power stoppages once in a while (lastning 1min)
*The restaurant burger was overpriced and not tasty.
*Be patient when checking out and paying the bills.
All in all I would recommend the hotel. It's probably hard to find a similar quality hotel for this price in Thonglor.

- gee_em_see (10/5): Little Gem - Stayed 4 nights. Room was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast enjoyable. The hotel is well located near J Avenue and other hip cafes and eateries. The staff are pleasant, courteous and greet you on the way out and back. Will definitely come back as it is a great value for money proposition plus it's next to where I have to work, making it one of the easiest commutes. However, going to the BTS is a very long walk (20 mins) or a 3 min motorcycle taxi ride Baht 20 each way - if you can, take the motorcycle taxi.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - To get to the hotel, it is better to take a taxi. You need to take the bus to get to the closest metro station.
- TraveMate (6/5): Good and Clean - Nice hotel, friendly staff and great location.
This was a pleasant surprise and I found it hard to see any deals for this hotel as it's still quite new on the scene.
Breakfast was included and it's basic but can always hit the streets and find something local or a coffee place with exceptional coffee.
My only gripe! I did check in late and they offered me a cheaper room rate and it may have been lost in language translation but the room wasn't great. No windows so I felt a little like being in a coffin with Air-conditioning. My colleague however had an amazing room with lots of windows - just avoid room 601. It maybe all rooms 01 on each floor so ask ahead when booking.
All round clean and well maintained hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - location is very good. service is slow and not provide enough showergel etc...
- BBdesu (8/5): Perfect location for work/outings in Thonglor - Perfect location for a business trip in Thonglor. The venue and hotel were only 5 minutes on foot from each other.
Reserved a deluxe room (king-sized bed) with a street view on the 2nd floor (if street noise bothers you, then there are other room options without windows or try a higher floor). The room was spacious and clean with enough bottled water and coffee capsules (Nescafe) to get me through early morning meetings. Sleeping in the middle of a king-sized bed is a glorious feeling! However, bathroom amenities leave something to be desired (conditioning shampoo is the WORST).
The staff are helpful, but the language gap is sometimes tough. The staff did happily arrange taxi service and hold luggage when needed.
Personally, having spicy Jasmine fried rice or congee for breakfast is delightful (and wow. filling). I enjoyed the breakfast sets when I hadn't eaten WAY too much the night before. There are three choices, all of which come with juice, coffee/tea, and fruit: American breakfast (eggs, toast, sausage); Jasmine pork fried rice; pork or chicken congee. Quite tasty and a good start to the day.
This is my second stay at One One Bangkok. If you're working in the area, this is a convenient and reasonable hotel. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area along with massage parlors to take the stress of the day away.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Convenient for Thonglor Area Outings/Work - With business meetings and seminars literally a five-minute walk from the hotel, One One Bangkok was the place to stay for my trip. I had a Deluxe room with a window overlooking the street. My colleague had a Junior Suite, but no window. He said that the lighting made it ok, but being one who enjoys waking up to sunlight on my face, I don't know if I could've done five nights in his suite.
The staff is friendly, although, English is not always the easiest communication method. Early (before 08:00) check-in is not done, but late-late-late (after 05:00) check-ins are OK. If your flight arrives in the wee hours, just book for an extra night so you can take a nap.
The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the linens are always freshly washed and scented. The Nescafe coffee maker in the room (along with the complimentary Unfortunately, due to hard water residue, the rainfall shower head wasn't useable (there were two shower heads, the other one was fine).
Breakfast is a choice of three different sets (all served with juice, coffee/tea, and fruit): American breakfast (toast, eggs, potatoes), Jasmine fried rice, or Congee. I didn't try the American breakfast, but the other two were delicious.
All in all, I enjoyed my stay at One One Bangkok, and if you need to be based in the area, it's perfect and quite reasonable.
- Norbi (8/5): Nice hotel in Thong lo - The room was spacious and the facilities are all new. 10 out of 10 from the cost-effective view.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Its alright - Booked this room for a relative who travelled with me. He didn't mind the price range of the hotel I picked, so for our 4th night we moved from a more upscale hotel down the street to this one. It was much cheaper in comparison to our first hotel as I felt bad I was making him spend so much for hotels alone. I noticed this hotel is relatively new (the photos online looked nice/clean/new), so I booked it. For the price, it is good. However, we concluded at the end of the trip that it was worth it to pay more for the first hotel we stayed in. If you need a hotel just to rest at night (as most tourists are out all day anyway), this would be a good choice. One negative is both times we had the hotel get us a taxi, they ended up being not so positive. In the 1st case, we asked to go to a specific night market, and the taxi dropped us off at another night market. Probably not the hotel's fault but it is important for hotels to hail quality taxi that gets their customers to their destination. 2nd case was when my relative had to go to the airport before me, and I was unable to send him off at the lobby. The hotel got him a taxi which demanded 500 bhat (no meter) to get to the hotel. This is unacceptable. Again, the hotel needs to ensure they are getting taxis that are not ripping its customers off. If I was there this wouldn't have happened. I am not 100% local but having lived here for years I am practically Thai. I didn't know this until he got back to his country.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Pros and cons - For what I paid, it is a good hotel. It did its job as a cheaper place to crash for the night (compared to the hotel I stayed in the previous few nights). I booked it because it is right next to J-Ave, and we could easily carry the groceries (beer) back from there. I thought it was somewhat of a newer hotel, but now I'm not so sure. Room service is 24 hours, and was a positive experience. It was not too overpriced (by hotel standards) and was delicious. The only two negatives were 1) The towels are really old/grey looking. It looks like towels you would get from an older hotel that has been in operation for years. When I checked in to the room there were no towels to be found. I asked housekeeping and she said they hadn't arrived yet and would give them to me later. I didn't mind the wait but they really should get a newer set of towels since their hotel is relatively new? From the reviews, it looks like I am not the first who mentioned these old towels. 2) When I looked up at the AC vent, I saw these black things surrounding the vent. My eyesight is not great so I couldn't see in detail if it is the dust that gets collected on the AC or if it is mold. It looked like the AC vents had never been cleaned. I'd understand if it was just on the inside of the vent but the black stuff were all along the outside of the vent as well. That left a bad impression for my stay because I know how harmful those things are to the body. Hope they notice and gets it cleaned soon.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good location - The hotel is located in Thonglor area, very convenient to access to shops and bars.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice neighborhood - Nice hotel very well located. I got a room without windows which I would not have tolerated for more than one night but the price was cheaper and hopefully other rooms are better
- wil (10/5): 5 out of 5 - Very satisfied again. Room was clean and spacious. Service was great. Staff were courteous and very helpful. Will stay here again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): perfect location - the room is perfect if you are just wanted to enjoy places in Thong Lor and Ekamai. Walking distance to many places. The workers are really nice and helpful Plenty of late night food and bars you wont be bored in this area.
- lookeatsleep (6/5): Basic Hotel - Colourful reception area. Booked a standard room with attached bathroom. Room have a safe, fridge, hairdryer, kettle with tea & coffee. Housekeepers can do a better job scrabbling the edge of shower stall and basin. Lots of black stains around the edge. Shower mixer doesn't work, u either get hot or cold water or VERY hot water. Have complained to management, still not fixed on 2nd day. Good location for food and mini market. About 20 mins walk to BTS Thong Lor station or catch one of the local bus to station. Value for money accommodation. Apart from shower temperature, everything was good.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel staff very helpful in flagging cabs. Hotel provides little slips with its address in Thai for its guests and this is very helpful in returning by cabs.
- Gail14UK (6/5): Just ok - I recently stayed here on a business trip, booked as very close to where I was working.
Hotel is ok, rooms decent size. Unfortunately I found the plumbing from neighbouring rooms very noisy and I didn't manage one decent nights sleep all week.
They don't have many of the things you'd expect, I couldn't get an iron from them......there's no bar area ...menu v limited...
Having said that there are plenty of other places nearby to eat/drink.
The staff are friendly and helpful within the limitations of the hotel.
- nguyend447 (8/5): Good location - We have been here for 2 nights and It was good. Clean room, nice decoration & good soundproof room.
Breakfast was good but not buffet.
The neighbors are a lot of restaurants, coffee shops & bars.
Friendly staffs with English speaking.
- andy_from_oz1 (8/5): A great find in an amazing location - Stayed there recently for a week visiting expat family
The hotel is new and vibrantly decorated
It is probably a three and half star hotel - no fancy facilities (no pool) but perfectly adequate for a great location, comfortable and clean bed - all at a very reasonable price
The location is great being in the heart of vibrant Thong Lo and all its restaurants and bars - opposite Iron Fairies - and only a quick walk (15 mins ?) to the BTS - or a very short taxi ride
The rooms are spacious and quiet and are well maintained daily
Breakfast is limited to choice of 3 Sets - but adequate when it is included in the already low room price
Staff were all very helpful and polite
Overall highly recommended for its location, price and comfortable facilities
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice hotel but I'm not impressed with a staff - First time i have stayed at the one one hotel i have no complaints about the room or the hotel itself everything looks newly renovated but not overly impressed with the staff didn't seem very polite especially when I first checked in receptionist didnt even break a smile
- MARK (4/5): - bad odor, poor lobby design. wifi keeps logging you out every 15 min, need to enter password again
- Wil Santos or Maria Cecilia B. (10/5): One one again - Nice hotel. Will stay here again on my next trip to BKK.
Room is clean and spacious. Great service from hotel staff, very accommodating.
- Tony (6/5): Wrong room - Paid for a suite but was assigned a standard room. Since it was only for one night and I had other things to do, I didn't quibble. No one at the hotel spoke English.
If you are in a rental car be aware that parking is non-existent.
- MARK (6/5): bad smell, poor wifi - horrible smell from aircon. lobby look like grandma house, too many colors/furniture/flowers.
- KaganA_12 (8/5): Good bargain - I found one one hotel via booking and stayed for 2 nights. It highly covers my expectations. Good location on Thong Lo, many restaurants, coffes and attractions nearby with many choices of transportation. Clean rooms and friendly staff.
- MARK (6/5): convenient, but smelly and goofy decor - Hotel lobby decor is horrible. Way too many goofy furniture pieces, all colorful but completely without any taste (the pictures here are actually old). Please do something about the room smell! Every time you leave your AC on, and come back, it is a funky weird musky smelly room. Seems to be a problem in every room. Rooms are decorated nicely, except again for the silly colorful carpet that doesn't go with anything else.
- ArtesianAdelaide (8/5): Good value for money - Recently I stayed at the one one on a business trip to Bangkok. It was booked last minute and I wasn't sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it is a clean modern hotel that was perfect for an overnight stay. Breakfast wasn't a big deal, but the fried eggs, bacon, toast and tea was more than enough to get me going for the day. I highly recommend the one one for people looking for something simple but in a great location.
