• Maya (6/5): - Staff is really nice, everything was clean and location was good. One single Shared bathroom and shower for all rooms. Shared kitchen and people ate from our food. Breakfast wasn’t actually served but just some yogurts and bread that were put in the fridge the day before.

Had alleen zelf even over het hoofd gezien dat de badkamer een gedeelde ruimte was. Maar aangezien het zo netjes schoon was en ook schoon werd gehouden, is me dat alsnog erg meegevallen.

Muffiger Geruch und überall deutlich in die Jahre gekommene Ausstattung, dazu ein ''Frühstück' aus in Plastik eingeschweißten Croissants, etc. Hier passen Preis und Leistung einfach nicht zusammen.

• Christopher (10/5): Great B&B in an awesome location. - The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me with a very late check-in (note their check-in hours when you book). The room was spacious and had its own air conditioner. The kitchen was fully stocked and each room has its own shelf in the refrigerator. There is a lift up to the third floor which was a savior for getting my bags up and down. The best part might the location. You’re almost a straight line walk to the number 8 tram which will get you to Trastevere train station or Piazza Venezia. The neighborhood is lively with plenty of restaurants and gelaterie and caffe.
• Katerina (9/5): Superb - The location was superb. In the heart of Trastevere with lots of restaurants, cafes, stores and everything you might need, We feel like living in our home. Transport was mainly tram and bus but there is a very good transportation network, tourist friendly in Rome. Our host Serena had taken care everything for our breakfast. The room was clean, and comfortable and she was very informative and always willing to assist us. Thanks for the very pleasant stay, I recommend this place without any doubt!

Sweet Italian breakfast, coffee from a capsule machine. If you are used to eggs for breakfast, this might be a bit disappointing. Not far from the place there is a bar called Big Star, where we found fresh savory options for breakfast - nice pastrami and panini.

• Elena (10/5): I enjoyed staying at an&b lost in Trastevere and certainly i d go back again. - The location was excellent but also overall the stay was very pleasant and Serena made sure I had everything I needed . The room was clean and so where the other spaces of the place! It was a good choice to stay at! Overall I liked everything but the room could be a bit bigger.
• barbara (6/5): - I booked hastily and did not realize there was a shared bathroom. Fortunately after 2 (of my 8) nights, i could upgrade to the only room of the 4 with its own bathroom. I would describe this bnb like staying at your elderly grandmother's home. Comfortable but worn and tired..plastic flowers, frilly seat cushions, old mismatched towels. Great location; the bed was fine and shower hot. The tiles were in need of a good scrub down tho. Yucky black grime/mold. The heat in the room does not go on until 530 pm. On the colder days i was wrapped in every blanket trying to get warm in the late afternoon. And...note checkout is 10am. The cleaning woman started banging on my door at 9:40am. When i opened it, dressed and packed but struggling to pull the final details together, at 9:57 she ordered me out. Wet head and all. Never had a 10am checkout before (my fault..assumed it was 11) and never ever have been treated like this anywhere in the world. (It would have been nicer to ask me to finish up in the shared bathroom...the inn was empty except the couple upgrading to my room for the bathroom. They too had not realized they had to share.) I'm back and forth to Rome almost monthly. Will never stay here again.

• Verified traveler (6/5): a little disappointed - We thought that every room has a private bathroom, but just one room has. We need to use the common one, and because there are other guests it is hard to find bathroom clean. The cleaning time was not enough to me. It would be good to clean twice a day. And in the bathroom the towels on the floor was not renewed everyday. It was all stained, wet and looked dirty. In the kitchen there was no air conditioner, there was a little fan. But some guests took it to their room, and this kind of things makes me feel negative to the accommodation. The location was good, near to the bus stops. There are good places to eat nearby.
• Ann (8/5): - A great spot to launch walking trips to all the sites or take transit off the main street. This is a residential with a more quiet vibe within blocks of a large dining area. In the mornings we enjoyed the small piazza around the corner where we bought fresh fruit and a glorious coffee and pastry (try the cream filled croissants as the locals says it is wonderful). This isn't your traditional B&B - no staff cooking a breakfast. They offer use of a Nespresso coffee machine / tea, juice, and individual packaged toast, pastry snacks, yogurt, milk. Staff clean the kitchen and bathroom well. Linens were changed after day 4. Unfortunately the electrical system isn't designed for the extra draw by portable air conditioners, phones and laptops. The breaker kept flipping throughout the night depending on use. It made for disrupted sleep, getting up to reset the breaker. Once we unplugged all but the air conditioners in two of our rooms the power seemed to stay on. Air conditioning was a joy as it drowned out street noise and made sleeping pleasant. Greeting staff are responsive to changes in itinerary via Whatsapp (delays at airport, etc.); however, any issues in the suite you have to communicate with the owner of the apartment, i.e. electrical problems. PS - Taxi from airport is 50 Euros

• Teresa (8/5): Very nice room in a great location, super quiet!! - Great location walking distance to the heart of Rome! Very very quiet!! We liked the location and the room, which had a private bath, with the exception of the comments below. If we were to go back to Rome, we would seriously consider this room again. The air conditioning unit wasn't really enough for the room. I have seen better units mounted high on a wall that might be more efficient and better suited for the size of the room. Surprisingly, there were few wall electrical outlets available for use in charging the electronics that are part of life anymore.

Feels like you get to leave the busy area and hide when you need a break. I would say that there are no fans in the room. That would help when it was warm. Everything else was great. The room could use a fan or two to cool it off.
• Barbara (8/5): I’d stay here again - location is good with plenty of restaurants nearby. we found the location good for walking to sites in Ancient Rome and the Vatican. we ate the breakfast every day which was self serve cereal, coffee/tea/juice/milk, yogurt, toast, small pastries. very secure and clean. nice there is an elevator as located on 3rd floor some street noise on weekends but that is probably true most places.

Staff was extremely friendly, easy to reach, and helped with everything from early check ins to arranging transportation. Bathroom is shared and apartment is up four flights of stairs, but there is an elevator available. Neighborhood is excellent, close to all trastevere has to offer and walking distance to all big attractions. 10/10 recommend!

Great restaurants and bars are a very short walk away in the amazing location of Trastevere which we adored. Then most of the main sights are within a 20-30 minute walk away. The room was perfect, clean, comfortable and there was a lovely selection of breakfast items to start the day off. Arianna was so helpful in setting us up and informing us on the area and the main sights to see in Rome. We will hope to return!

The staff was excellent. It is on the fourth floor but there is a very good elevator. Nothing, all better than I expected and it was good value.

• Tracey (10/5): Don’t hesitate ! Great - There are many reviews here about Serena and for good reason, she’s a gem! She is always available and better than any concierge I’ve ever experienced. Her recommendations were so helpful! I traveled solo for the first time in decades and Serena felt like a guardian angel. She scheduled a shuttle pick up last minute when it seemed impossible, her demeanor was so comforting. My stress melted away as every issue became “tranquilla!” She handled it all immediately. The location is fantastic, the rooms are bright & quaintly decorated, the bathroom is shared but it wasn’t a big issue. I saved a lot of money because of all the food Serena & company provided as part of the included breakfast (breads, muffins, yogurt, toast, coffee, milk, juice, tea, candy, butter, etc.) The weather was very warm but windows are operable, there is air conditioning, my room had a compressor unit that cycled on and off but I sleep with ear plugs so it wasn’t an issue. Comfortable bed (I like stiff mattress) room cleaned everyday. I wouldn’t stay any other place!

Fanns inget pålägg utan fick köra på någon form av marmelad varje dag. Toalettdörren som var ett stort minus då det var en skjutdörr med en kedja på insidan dörren som enda låsalternativ. Man delade badrum med tre andra rum. En man försökte ta sig in igenom toalettdörren när jag satt på toa. Vilket inte kändes speciellt kul. Duscha fick man göra på eftermiddagen då det var många som ville använda den morgon och kväll. Huvudentrédörren var hopplös att låsa/låsa upp. Det tog en dag innan man förstod sig på den. Hade inte heller fattat av boendet låg i ett vanligt hyreshus. Det fanns AC på rummet med tveksam funktion
• Julie (10/5): Séjour à Rome juin 2019 - Avons séjourné dans le b & b en juin 2019. Super logement, chambre très propre, salle de bain a partager propre et au final pas derangeant de partager les lieux communs. Sommaire mais pratique d'avoir le petit déjeuner compris avant de partir pour la journée. Les hôtes sont très gentilles, ont pris le temps de nous expliquer les lieux a voir dans Rome etc et sont disponibles. Merci! Je recommande vivement ce b&b !!

• Maria (10/5): Fint och lugnt boende i charmiga Trastevere - Lost in Trastevere ligger lugnt och fint i området Trastevere, i ett fint gammalt hus med en charmig innergård "som på film". Rummet i lägenheten var rent och fräscht, likaså kök och badrum. Vi uppskattade verkligen self-service-frukosten med gott kaffe! Personalen var jättetrevlig och hjälpte oss med de frågor vi hade. Läget var perfekt och vi promenerade mycket i stan. Wi-fi:et var superbra och kuddarna perfekta! Dock var det lite lyhört ut mot korridoren men inget vi stördes av.

• Patricia G. (8/5): First experience and I would do it again - This was my first experience with VRBO. Location was great, convenient to everything. lots of great places to eat. Breakfast was provided (juice, yogurt, milk, Coffee, and assorted breads and cookies). I hadn't noticed it was a shared bathroom when I booked it, but I have to say it wasn't a problem. We never saw the other tenants other than when we first checked in. The place is clean and easy to locate
• Diana (8/5): Friendly helpful host, great location - Serena was so lovely and gave us all the info about the area and reccomended places to see. The location is great, close to the center of Trastevere. The bathroom is shared, so more suited to young travellers. We paid a bit less when we stayed in B&B in Via Cavour, near Termini station and had a beautiful, clean room with an ensuite in fresly renovated appartemenr, so I guess it is a bit overpriced, unless you are interested in staying specificaly in Trastavere. Trastevere is lovely to stay in for couple of nights if you are staying longer than a week in Rome.

Salle de bain wc partagés peut être un inconvénient quand les personnes ne jouent pas le jeu en restant très longtemps. Climatisation uniquement dans la chambre et très bruyante. Der var heller ikke plads til mere.... -Aircondition larmede MEGET og kunne kun holde temperaturen nogenlunde nede (35+ i Rom i dagtimerne, så nok forståeligt) -Morgenmad er plastikindpakkede kiks, toastbrød og lignende. Kapselkaffe og thebreve er muligt. -Kun et badeværelse til 3 værelser, hvilket kunne give problemer om morgenen. -Kun aircondition i de 3 værelser og ikke i gang og køkken -Alt forekom noget slidt.....

It was clean, calm and comfortable and we could use the kitchen to cook in. It was small with only 3-4 rooms which made it more personal and you got to know the other visitors a bit. It was a bit like living in an appartment together.
• jose (10/5): Perfecte locatie, gemoedelijke b&b - Wij hebben een fantastische tijd gehad bij B&B Lost in Trastevere. De locatie is helemaal perfect, middenin het bruisende Trastevere met haar vele restaurants, bars en gezelligheid. Elke ochtend een simpel, maar prima ontbijt. Kamers en badkamer worden elke dag schoon gemaakt. Ziet er prima uit. Airco, WiFi allemaal prima! Leuk contact met andere gasten in de gezamenlijke keuken
• gaby (8/5): - Buen lugar, limpio cómodo con gente agradable y dispuesta a ayudarte. Lo unico que critico es el colchon de la cama. Para mi fue incomodo. Estuve en la habitación "Un americano en Roma"
• Brian (10/5): Perfect place to stay in Trastevere! - Excellent accommodations in the middle of Trastevere with helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and everything you could ask for, for a stay in Rome. Very close to all of the action and public transportation, yet quiet at night. Tons of great food and drink, art and architecture, and culture within sort walking distance. Trastevere is probably the best are to stay in Rome, and this is probably the best place to stay in Trastevere!
• Verified traveler (10/5): Come sempre una garanzia! - Questo B&B si trova a Trastevere, notoriamente uno dei quartieri più caratteristici di Roma, dove si può respirare quel poco che resta della Roma di un tempo raccontata dai film di Sordi. La struttura è comodamente raggiungibile a piedi da V.le Trastevere e offre tutte le comodità di un b&b. Camere spaziose, bagno in comune sempre pulito e provvisto di tutte le necessità, cucina in comune per la colazione. Nei dintorni dell'hotel ci sono molti posticini dove poter mangiare bene. Oltre a Trastevere la zona del Ghetto ebraico, al di là dell'Isola Tiberina, offre molta scelta per pranzi e cene: qualità garantita!
