- Brian (4/5): You get a room, minimal instruction, breakfast, and the beach. That - The breakfast was pretty standard but the food was always hot and ready on time. The bed in my room was pretty comfortable. AC unit was top tier and quiet. Location right on the beach is great. The shower was really nice with glass doors and lots of hot water. The staff gave me a lot of weird vibes. I have never felt more unwelcome without anyone being blatantly rude to me. You have to go into an elevator and blindly find the front desk with minimal instruction. I was given my key, time for breakfast, pool hours, and that was basically it. They did not give me any information about the area, the hotel, local restaurants, etc. I had to ask which area of the hotel I was staying. They would also be hanging around the breakfast area while watching the guests and talking. One of the two elevators was broken during my stay. At the end of my stay, there was a basket at the front desk for the keys. No thank you, no asking how my stay was, just nothing but a basket. There was never a welcoming feeling from start to finish.

- Brittney (2/5): Find a better place - I liked the access to the beach There is limited parking. There is no balconies even though you’re facing the ocean in a few rooms. I booked a king suite, was called 2 hours prior to arriving and was told that room was unavailable and that I would be upgraded. We were “upgraded” to 2 full/queen size beds! Hardly an upgrade! The bed was small and very uncomfortable. The staff was not helpful at all! The property also sits back from the other properties so our window was eye level with the party next door and they could see us when standing at our window

- Kelly (10/5): - The bed was so comfortable. It was clean and quiet. The ocean was right at the back of the building, so it was easy to get to the water. Breakfast had a variety of foods. The staff were nice and friendly. I don't like how I felt lost when pulling into the building and not knowing where to go to check in. I had to look for an opening and a sign on the elevator that says lobby on the 1st floor. But once I found it it was fine. Telling the guests before arrival would have been better.

- Katheryn (5/5): Moderate stay after inconvenience would not recommend for non refundable stays. - The room was nice sized and clean. It also had a very nice breakfast selection that was included. When I arrived a day late for my none refundable stay I had booked. The property told me my reservation had been canceled as I did not check in on the initial day of arrival. I would have to book another room at an additional charge for the night. The employee was unwavering and told me I had to contact booking to work it out. Their policy was that I would not be accommodated and would have to pay for a room through them. It took 45 mins to get into our room after a 12 hour drive. Also the elevator continued to move after the doors opened.

No actual view of the ocean. The breakfast was just ok, but they do have coffee out 24 hours a day. Which is good, because I never got any coffee for the room coffee maker.

The variety was there, you could have just a muffin or prepare your own waffles and everything in between is pretty much available. Access to the beach is just a few feet away once you exit the elevator.
