Our only complaint is that the hotel generally does not answer emails. 5 stars for Tony at the front desk; he was super helpful and always cordial and made our stay extra pleasant. Merci beaucoup!

We had to be given the emergency room as the room we had ordered was given to someone else, as we were given the key and to our surprise someone was already there, don’t know who got the biggest fright, we were then given another room but didn’t have a terrace which is what we ordered, finally we were given the Emerson and free breakfast for the three days we were there, breakfast was lovely.. shower was dire and toilet spend all night filling up, which was very noisy, altogether not a good experience
• manuela (4/5): No volvería por error muy grave de la recepción - Nosotros hicimos el check in tardío, ya que nuestro avión llegaba de noche; en la recepción no había nadie así que nos dejaron un sobre con un número de habitación que no se correspondía con la tarjeta que abría la habitación, lo que ocasionó que a las 7 de la mañana otro huésped abrió nuestra habitación, error muy grave, que según mi punto de vista debería haber sido subsanado con la devolución de la estancia. La habitación solamente disponía de un trapo de cocina, con lo cual no podíamos limpiar bien y no había cubo para limpiar suelo, teníamos que utilizar las toallas de baño si de repente algo caía al suelo…faltaban productos de limpieza. La cama era muy cómoda.

The appartment was well equipped, although for an overnight stay we only used the coffee machine. Spotlessly clean, quiet. This is where we will stay on future trips to Toulouse.

• Linda (8/5): Ok overall - Dirty floor in our appartment and carpet in the hallway. Kitchen lacks a lot of basic equipment like a cloth, eggcups and lids. Cofeemashine doesnt work properly. Pan is to large to fit a tiny stowe. No daily cleaning and by the end of your stay you have to clean the kitchenette yourself.

The room was very spacious and the kitchen well equipped, bed comfortable, and the location was good...walkable to sights, but quiet. Staff was very friendly, welcoming and helpful, and we appreciated the luggage storage they provided.
• Jenna (6/5): Rough - Cutains with large tears, cracked tiles in the floor, shower doesn't drain properly, chips in the paint/drywall throughout, the carpets out in the halls were stained and bleached, it was just in rough shape overall. The bed was super comfortable, and it did have a kitchen, but otherwise there was nothing really NICE about this place.

A few minor maintenance issues...the toilet kept running unless you jiggled the buttons a few times. The door hit the floor tiles when opened more than halfway, so couldn't easily open fully. Overall, a very good place to stay.

You can walk easily to any of the big sites and if you are in town for a conference at MEETT like I was, the tram is in walking distance to the hotel and goes directly to the conference center. It does take 1 hour, though, but better than paying 60 euros at peak times in an Uber. Breakfast was simple but sufficient.

• Maxime (10/5): - Super séjour dans la résidence. L’emplacement est très avantageux, très proche de tout et surtout de la rivière. L’appartement était très propre, la déco n'est pas moderne mais on s’en fou, car tout est fonctionnel et est en bon état. Le personnel est adorable.
• Marylene (4/5): Passer à un autre appel - L'accueil à notre arrivée laissait à désirer. On a appelé pour savoir où stationner la voiture, la dame ne savait pas quoi nous répondre. Elle nous a accueilli comme si elle était très lasse, pas de sourire, aucune chaleur. C'était pénible pour elle de nous donner des informations. Au moment de nous coucher qu'elle ne fût pas notre surprise de découvrir la tête de lit toute tachée de liquide blanc.... Nous en avons tout de suite avisé la réception, on nous a dit que le lendemain ça serait ok mais ce ne fût pas le cas. Le reste de la chambre laissait à désirer sur la propreté. De plus la connexion internet était pratiquement inexistante. On nous a dit à la réception qu'ils étaient en train de réparer le tout, mais en 3 jours rien ne fonctionnait. À part 2 employées les autres avaient tous l'air bête et répondait en soupirant à nos demandes. Enfin bref, à par la location où se trouvait l'hôtel je n'ai rien de bon à dire sur cet endroit.

• Yoliana (10/5): Good location and facilities apartment - Good location apartment within walking distance of most city centre attractions, we liked the coffee pods machine in the apartment option as well as all kitchen facilities provided, although we used only the fridge. Would definitely recommend and stay in their other apartments seeing they have in another 9 locations throughout France.

Nous sommes proches de tout: musee de Toulouse, quai des savoirs, jardins japonais, la Garonne et le centre ville est a quelques minutes a pieds. Accueil tres sympathique et personnel disponible. Point négatif, laverie hors service mais a 1km tout au plus a pieds.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses et propres. Cuisine propre et bien équipée (mais il faut tout acheter, même le café). Meubles simples mais adéquats. Malheureusement pas de prise de courant près de la table où on est censé utiliser son ordinateur, il fallait débrancher le four à microondes et faire le câble de l'ordinateur traverser le sol pour l'y brancher (et ensuite faire attention pour ne pas trébucher). D'ailleurs, la table était instable.
• SERGIO (6/5): - The location is ok, however, there is a significant homeless issue around the property. The room itself was large but the couch had multiple stains and bathroom had multiple cigarette burns on sink and ledges. Large stain in hallway carpet.

The only thing that is short of (my) expectation is that service people refused give me two (more) packs of instant coffee. When I checked in, I found there are two packets of instant coffee on the table. Since I stayed two nights, I asked if I could get two more packets of instant coffee.
