Guest Reviews
- Kuldeep (10/5): Clean, comfortable specially the beds super comfortable. - Breakfast was good. Perfect parking for my big truck. Passing through I Wish could spend a little more time exploring the town.
- Rochelle (5/5): -
- Betty (9/5): - Bed was super comfortable,
Bartender was amazing
- Joselito (7/5): It was okay. - Its very close to the mall and the beds are good for a family of four. However, there was a problem on the fire alarm. The fore department came in right away to check for the problem. There was something unlikely smell on the hallway. Smell of a smoke.
- Wilson (8/5): -
- Richard (7/5): -
- James (4/5): Decent value but have had better for the same price - Beds were comfortable No king beds even though that’s what we reserved online. Small rooms and very basic breakfast just toast or waffles
- Slymason (7/5): Okay for one night. Good price. Quiet. - Sink in bedroom beside bed made using the sink awkward and it was a very small bathroom. No hair dryer.
- Ana (10/5): - Excellent costumer service I definitely back next time love it
- Owen (7/5): -
- Ana (10/5): - Very kind
- Christy Quam (1/5): -
- Teal (9/5): - Convenient cheap very clean Nothing to not like
- Adams (8/5): Great place for a great price. - We had to book here last minute due to an issue with our original booking and the staff here was extremely helpful and very friendly. Clean and comfy beds plus coffee in the morning! The only complaint I had was that the continental breakfast was minimal, it was mostly a waffle maker
- Reamer (8/5): -
- M (3/5): Sleepless - Absolutely nothing besides the friendly staff at the desk. Dirty sheets, pubes, rusty shower. Entire place smells funny.
- Teresa (5/5): -
- Kimberely (7/5): Hopeful. Needs Tweaking - Renovations. Young women at front desk was very nice. No breakfast, dirty floor, housekeeping coming to door at 8 even tho check-out isn't until 11.
- Donna (5/5): - Not much of anything there Wasn’t clean when checked in. Beds uncomfortable, sink plugged, fridge and microwave didn’t work.
- Garry (1/5): - No rooms ready After 1hr 30 minutes sent people to alternate hotel
Good next hotel

- dan (6/5): I’ll skip this place next to me. - Old facility. Quite a bit of hall noise. Very outdated furnishings
- Neil (9/5): Very nice room. Very courteous staff -
- Bergstad (9/5): -
- GARY (8/5): - Good Breakfast
- Charles (8/5): - I could not give an excellent rating due to dark entrance, not welcoming at sll. The staff was super accomodating and our room was completly remodeled and in excellant condition. Rooms are small but decorated nicely with new furniture.
- Mike (10/5): - I booked this for a friend and he said the guy at the desk was nice and the room was newly renovated. He said he was comfortable and slept well. Good room for the money.
- Ann Marie (2/5): - You only get room service once a week, there was no light over the bathroom sink which was in the corner of the bedroom, no Kleenex, no employee on the premises at night.I had to go to the front desk to get more towels. No hangers, no iron or ironing board. The pool is closed because the new owners don't want to be bothered with it.
Dont waste your time or money on this place.
- Kaushikkumar (1/5): - They don’t have any breakfast at 8:00 am. No staff to fill While I was in room and next room started construction work 7:45 in the morning
- Jacob (2/5): Hair was all over the floor, no TP - Location Very dirty
- Nordwall (6/5): -
- Michael (8/5): - Nice room, quiet. The property didn't have my reservation, luckily they had a room available. No cable TV, very poor selection of channels available.
- Jean (6/5): - The rooms were great, and clean. No kleenex, or shampoo, and the Breakfast was lacking in substance. No fruit, no eggs, or sausage, or bananas
- Jody (6/5): - Needs updating
- Nicole (2/5): Do not stay. - Bed was a full size not a queen bed as described. Bathtub had dark hair around it and a dirty film inside the entire bottom. We couldn’t shower for the two days we stayed. Sheets were also dirty and stained . We were not offered an upgrade & we appeared to be the only guests that weekend as the parking lot was empty. Pool is closed.
- Helen (10/5): - 👍
- Terri (8/5): - Soft beds. Good shower. Room needed to be cleaned better and barely any towels. I got some off the maid cart.
- Curtis (8/5): - .
- Dakota (4/5): - It was okay
- Michiel (8/5): Great low cost option. - No frills, easily accessible budget option. Friendly, helpful staff. Tiny bathroom. Clean and comfortable bed. Construction wasn’t bothersome. Will stay here again.
- KAREN (10/5): - Staff n room quality n clean, turn into the place was a bit high tech for me but loved it, very accommodating. Just the turn into the place from east
- Cheif26 (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jeffrey (8/5): No garbage can - The room was nice. The bathroom was ok could have been cleaned a little better. There was no garbage can in the room.
- Michael (10/5): Great stay - Was met with a smile from the clerk, easy check in. Room was very good. Will definitely stay there again
- Alejandra (8/5): - My stay was good . Limited options for breakfast such as only cereal
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Very rude front desk receptionist. We checked in an hour and a half late and the room still wasn't ready, clerk stated it wouldn’t be ready for another hour and a half which would put check in at around 6:30 pm. He then stated if you don’t like it he can cancel the room. Very rude response. Will not stay here again!
- Ginger (8/5): - Stated pet friendly but wasnt
- Dessie (9/5): Superb -
- Paula (5/5): Passable - We stayed there last weekend and the t.v. didn't work, well this weekend it didn't work either. We had to stand around for 2 hours before we were able to check in, then they were letting others check in before us. Come to find out because they paid $400 for a room was why they got to go before us and got sent to another hotel. They were over us because we only paid $130. Then we had no bath towels in our room so we had enough and left.
- Pamela (8/5): - Some renovations done, rooms are decent sized. Good enough for a nights stay at a decent price.
- David (2/5): - Tv was stuck on 1 channel and they didn't do anything about it as promised. No garbage cans in the room. Had to call for second bed in the room that was sold as 2 beds on your web site.
- Chris (8/5): - It was good
- Marisa (2/5): - Couldnt get in until 5pm. Check in was 3. There was a booger on the "clean sheets". Tub is gross and mold on shower curtain.
- Keat (2/5): - Condom found in bed
- Cory (8/5): - 0 out for breakfast the one morning. Another guest had.to ask for more food to be brought out anf she had to make the coffee
- cathy (8/5): - It’s good for the price rooms need some updating service was good very friendly and helpful no pool as advertised breakfast was very very limited no juice just water or horrible coffee had cereal toast muffins etc
- Verified traveler (4/5): Would never stay here again. - They didn’t even have a garbage can or a blanket in the hotel room. I had to bring in a garbage bag and a blanket. The room was clean enough. I would not take a bath in their tub and risk infections though. The WiFi pretty much did not work, which also made the tv not work because it’s only on internet. So I had brought in a portable dvd player to watch something before bed. At least the A/C worked. I booked a room elsewhere for the following days and was so glad I did!
- Galvin (10/5): - Easy quick check in. Would stay again. Rooms are real nice...
- Martha (4/5): - Property on the outside looked good. Lots of parking.
However had to ask for an ice bucket - plastic with a leak. No tissues/Kleenexes. Light switches on the wall but no lights came on. No light over sink to put on makeup. Bathroom and sink oddly located - next to bed. TV/WiFi didn't work - no WiFi - No TV. Breakfast - Orange juice dispenser didn't work. Coffee was bad. Only bagels and toast available. All round - a bad experience.
- Kacey (2/5): Terrible and overpriced!! - I booked for the pool, no pool there was a sign at the front counter that said pool out of order. The tv wasnt working due to high wifi usage. Phone was broken. Nothing to eat for the continental breakfast. Everything was out except cereal and sliced bread and bagels. No juices out of service. Out of waffle batter. To pay 229.00 for the said things this hotel should only charge 45.00 a room because all you're getting is a bed.
- Mary (4/5): - The rooms were really bad. The shower/tub had stains, no wastebasket, only one floor lamp, all hangers gone, beds and pillows were terrible. Definitely bare minimum everything. Breakfast was very very minimal. Absolutely not worth the $200 we had to pay.
- Paula (7/5): Good - It has been remodeled since the last time we stayed there. Looks nice. The t.v.'s did not work because of the internet being so slow. That was a bummer. I don't like the sinks right next to a bed. The bathroom was too small. The breakfast was a little skimmy. Juice machine did not work.
- Abdoulaye (10/5): - Need improvement on breakfast
- Fuzuli (3/5): Poor -
- Ricardo (8/5): - Clean and quiet room. Bathroom is small.
- Mark (8/5): - It was nice, they are going through renovations, but it was good, i wish they had a better breakfast selection.
- Sally (8/5): Very good - The updated rooms were nice. No glasses or ice bucket in the room. The juice machine was out of order.
- Janet (6/5): - Quick off highway location on a hill with excellent home style restaurant across the parking lot. Big room , but no light over vanity sink and a screen that rattled during much of the fiercely windy night kept me awake. Great bed tho, and staff was helpful elsewise.
- Laurie (7/5): Good - Staff is amazing. A little outdated but comfortable, clean and great staff .
- Clinton J (8/5): - Overall, I thought the stay there was okay. The complaint I have was that when it came to taking a shower, I couldn't adjust the water temperature. The water was purely hot only, and the faucet wouldn't allow me to adjust temperature, thus I wound up not taking as complete of a shower as I would have otherwise because of the water being excessively hot.
- Corie (2/5): Disgusting!! - This was a horrible experience! Got to the room and didn’t stay because it was disgusting! Pillows were used in air condition unit to prevent cold weather! Mattress were very old and the smell was horrible in the room! Mold on the walls in the bathroom!!
- Crystal (9/5): If I had to do it over again I’ll come here - It was nice and convenient Great place to stay
- Pablo (10/5): - Good
- Leona (6/5): - The hotel room is old so it needs to be updated.
- Laura (1/5): Bad -
- Baker (10/5): Exceptional -
- henrygaynor (2/5): Worse than terrible - We have traveled a lot nationally and internationally, we have never been in such an unspeakably vile hotel. Torn window screens should have been a clue. Filthy stained mattresses. Dodgy wiring. Wonky a/c. Disgusting fridge. Chairs with a hi knows what on them. We left. We told them way and asked for our money back. They said no. We are pursuing that. We didn’t use the room. The finally straw was the bug crawling across the filthy carpet. DO NOT GO. Just sleep in your car, or on a bench. Gross. And they don’t care!
- Arthur (4/5): - Rooms were just average clean. Shower only hot water that would scald you, so couldn't take a shower. When I reported to the front desk it was like oh well, we are working on that. If shower not working properly don't rent the room. Breakfast was not impressive at all, coffee so strong it was undrinkable. Won't we going back there. The price of the room as good.
- Tim (1/5): Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary - Nothing We arrived at 5 pm (check in is 3 pm), and were told our room wasn’t cleaned yet and would be ready in an hour. When we went to the room, there were red stains all over the carpet, the chair was filthy, stains on the box spring, brown slimy growth in the toilet bowl, the bottom of the shower curtain looked moody, a red blob of something on the wall, and the doorknob on the bathroom door was falling off. We asked for a new room and were told they were fully booked. The guy from the front desk came and cleaned the red blob off the wall and wiped the stains on the box spring and left. He later came back and said if we call booking with our concerns he wouldn’t charge us for the room. When we checked out, my husband told the lady that we were not happy cause the room was filthy and that to start with we weren’t allowed in the room until 6 pm when checkin is at 3 pm. She got very defensive and told him housekeeping doesn’t even start until 3 pm, so that’s not their problem and that he doesn’t need to yell at her. (???). He hadn’t even raised his voice…lol. She then proceeded to tell us to call booking to do a refund. I told her I had sent a message as per the night attendant’s request and that there is no number to call booking. We didn’t pay thru booking it was at the hotel at check in. She then said we’d be refunded in 20-30 days. I later got a reply to my earlier message thru booking saying they were sorry we didn’t enjoy our stay but they are in the middle of renovating ( there was no indication of any reno’s happening), and they hoped we come back when they are done. This hotel is absolutely disgusting and unsanitary and the fact they think it’s okay to charge people or even allow people to stay there speaks volumes! Avoid at all costs. You would be better off sleeping in your car in the Walmart parking lot.
- Crystal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ronald (2/5): - I showed up at 4:30pm to check in and was told my room was not ready. I was finally able to get into my room at 5:30. I booked a queen bed single and got put in a double twin room with no asking if that was ok. The pool was not working which after reading reviews has been down for many months. The "breakfast" was some bread and bagels. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Definitely won't be back.
- Crystal (10/5): This was a great stay and I’ll definitely come again. - Peaceful and employees are nice NA
- Darryl (7/5): Good - Bed was quite firm did not sleep well. Pool wasn't open.
- Elaine (3/5): The staff were friendly and helpful. - Location Noisy fan in bathroom, noisy air conditioner, needs updating. Broken ice machine on third floor.
- Linda (3/5): I wouldn’t recommend. Sorry. - Not good. Bread for toast was stale. All three bananas were old and badly bruised. Two juice options. Waffles that i didn’t try. Dry cereal that i also didn’t try as it looked pretty stale. Coffee was not very good. We dumped it in the sink. Staff mentioned the restaurant next door had a very nice breakfast so guess where we went. I don’t think floors had been cleaned in at least a week or more. I e machines out of order. Laundry facility out of order. Swimming pool out of order. Hot tub out of order. Two of the three washroom cubicles were out of order. I didn’t check the men’s washrooms.
- Rupert (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mathew (8/5): Very good -
- Carlos (6/5): Prepare to smell curry on the 3rd floor all your stay, the smell sometimes is in your room, other than that it was ok - Smell
- Janet (5/5): Main reason we booked was for a pool - Staff was nice No pool
- Nancy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jody (2/5): Wouldn’t recommend - Location Room had smears of something all over the walls.
- Jason (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nancy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Deana (7/5): Good -
- Pamela (8/5): Good place to spend the night. - Good for a night's stay. Had some breakfast options good enough to get something in your belly to start the day. Staff was friendly. Other guests were also friendly I couldn't get my microwave to work but didn't need it nor did I mention it as it didn't affect Me. Beds were kind of squeaky but had a great sleep.
- Lynne (7/5): Good -
