- Lilly (10/5): Excellent - Staff & facility
- Patricia (8/5): - It was in a safe neighborhood and we enjoyed walking through the shops. Food at the restaurant was good. Staff was super nice.
- Pamela (10/5): -
- Catherine (10/5): Lovely hotel - Walkable to all shops and restaurants downtown. Comfortable, clean, spacious rooms Pricey. Limited TV viewing options (no cooking or home improvement channels). Very limited breakfast included
- Robin (10/5): -
- Barbara (10/5): - Location, artwork, comfortable bed, beautiful garden The receptionists were barely pleasant and were not knowledgeable about Artfields
- Guest (8/5): -
- Lisa (8/5): I had to drop off artwork for Artfields. Nice place after a long drive. - Nice, large room. Comfy bed, nice bathroom. Lobby area is nice and outdoor area is nice. We ate at the restaurant and it was very good. The main floor bathroom toilets were dirty when we first arrived. At around midnight a group came in and was VERY loud. Perhaps reminding people of quiet hours would be a good thing? I asked for a room that was not close to the elevator, but the room I got was right next to it and as a result I got woken up at midnight because people were coming in late and talking very loud.
The outside dining area allows for smoking, which was very disappointing. I wanted to sit outside and get some fresh air and had to smell disgusting cigarette smoke while I ate. The smoking area needs to be moved away from the building or removed completely.
- Catherine (5/5): It was okay - Didn’t eat The fact I book a king and was given a queen at first then front desk lied until I told her I had my email to prove what I booked
- Anton (8/5): - Beautiful interior design and great atmosphere, super nice bistro Breakfast was quite basic
- Sharon (9/5): Not what I expected - The hotel was nice seems that the furniture was a little old. The bathroom had some water damage around certain areas. The music that came from downstairs. The price could be lower
- Monet (10/5): -
- Gary (10/5): Awesome - Location and the options for events No comp glass of wine this time… bring it back or a loyalty rewards for frequent visits

- James (9/5): -
- Danielle (10/5): I will be staying here again! - How clean and accommodating the site is. When I first got to the room it was 75 degrees but I don’t think that was the facilities fault.
- Cindy (10/5): Wonderful stay at a beautiful place. We enjoyed exploring the downtown area. - Location N/A

- Ingrid (10/5): -
- Tonya (4/5): - I love how nice the housecleaning staff were and cleanness of the room. Mrs. Wanda and Mrs. Doris were awesome!! Also, the food at the restaurant was delicious and the bartenders were on point!! Front desk staff was horrible! They were the worse! They had very bad attitude, rude, and just wasn’t friendly at all!! And to top it off we paid over $150 a night for this hotel just for myself and several family members to get stuck on an elevator that pretty much was out of order majority of our stay!! We had family members that were wheel chair bound and it was very difficult getting them up and down the stairs as well as carrying our luggage and personal items to the second and third floors!!
- Yvonne (9/5): -
- Roger (7/5): Good for a single night - Good ambience Walls paper thin
- Jeff (9/5): Convenient but overpriced - Clean, modern, well kept. No breakfast, priced too high
- Pamela (10/5): -
- Aaliyah (8/5): Overall it was a really nice stay - The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The room was really nice and clean. I wish the room a microwave where I can heat up my food. The restaurant inside the hotel could serve better food
- Cinnamon (9/5): - Great location and the room was nice and spacious and clean. If ever I am traveling through this area, this is a great place to stay.
- Michael (6/5): While this property is not a 5-star facility it is a decent property within the Lake City S.C. area. Quiet, reasonably p - Location in Lake City and surrounding areas. Not as far as Florence Continental breakfast should be replaced with a hot breakfast option
- Jessica (8/5): -
- Judy (10/5): - Convenient
- Tay (10/5): Professional staff and amazing set up for a pleasant stay. - Amazing stay. The rooms are well decorated and the cleaning details are noticeable and appreciated. Nothing to see here.
- Doreen (10/5): - The hospitality was the best. The young man was great all the way round from beginning to end will definitely stay there every time and were6already told family about the facility. There was nothing to dislike
- Selma V. (9/5): - Free breakfast, friendly staff, moved me to a better room at the same rate The rate is a bit expensive
- Guest (10/5): Awesome - There was noise above me early in the morning No meat for breakfast!!! I’ve had better continental breakfast

- Jim (9/5): -
- Singleton (10/5): The service was good and the hotel was clean. - Clean and quiet I thought the price was too high and they need more TV channels.
- Gerald (10/5): - Comfortable stay Everything was great 👍
- Keith (8/5): -
- Lillie (10/5): -
- Deborah (10/5): First time staying here … hotel was beautiful inside though - Rooms and decor Breakfast was just ok
- Burgess (7/5): - The bed was comfortable and clean. Everyone was nice. The restaurant was nice and my overall stay was ok. The bathroom had hair in the tub and on the floor. I just feel like the bathroom could have been cleaned better.
- Mary (10/5): - Clean room nice staff don’t drink nice parking area
- Carmelia (7/5): - The location of the hotel is great. However, the breakfast is subpar, and the fact that the hotel rooms odes not have a microwave in them is definitely a nonstarter. For the prices the commendations could be better. The rooms are dark, and there is no microwave in the room. No one wants to travel to the desk to heat their food. Additionally, the pricing is overrated; there are facilities that are on par with this accommodations in Florence that offers visitors more for their stay.
- nance (10/5): - A
- Russell (10/5): - We stay here every year on our way to the beach. The local galleries and shops are wonderful. The bakery is top notch. And the people are gracious and friendly.
- Rochelle (10/5): - This was my first stay and I enjoyed it. Very clean, quiet, nice staff. I would definitely return and recommend.
- April (10/5): - Clean,easy parking,Comfy beds and friendly staff.Def recommend 10/10
- Clyde (10/5): - Expia is a rip-off. The price is cheaper at the hotel. I don't like Expedia.
- Chase (10/5): - It was clean and well kept
- Paul (4/5): - The air conditioner in room 227 doesn't work properly. I called the front desk a little after 2am and nobody answered. By the time I checked out I had only 2 hours of sleep in a very hot room. The woman who checked me out told me that I must not have known how to operate the air conditioner, so it was my own fault I was hot. Wow. Condescending and rude. Do not recommend a stay here.
- George (10/5): - We really enjoyed the stay and would stay again. The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. They have a bar where you can get food. The bartender/server was great. Lake City is a quaint little town that is rebuilding itself and with beautiful people and places.
- Cierra (10/5): - The Inn was very cozy and comfortable. Rooms are very spacious. Elevator is a little scary as our first time it took a while to move and made a loud thump noise but good news is it’s only 3 floors so stairs are an option.
- Carol (10/5): - Beautiful rooms and quality accommodation
- Rob (10/5): - Fantastic restaurant on site, clean rooms and friendly staff. Very nice hotel.
- Towanda (10/5): - Cleanliness, courteous
- Keith (9/5): Mini Trip - Everything was convenient to my location. I really enjoyed the view from my room over looking the garden. I had check out and head back home.
- Tammy (10/5): - Love love
- Harry (10/5): - Bar was closed due to remodeling.
Not mentioned in online amenities

Elevator didn’t work, they did offer assistant to my room, for me and my daughter sh was 71/2 pregnant. Our room was on the second floor .
- Vanessa (10/5): - Excellent
- James (10/5): - Ratify property clean rooms and friendly ataff

- Jarvis (8/5): -
- Kamryn (8/5): - I love the art, the Inn’s lobby decor was beautiful. Yes it is by the train track, so be prepared to hear a train every couple hours in the night. I wish there was more of a hot breakfast. What you pay for the rooms, you’d think breakfast would include some hot options. But I would book again!
- John (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (8/5): - Like location . Elevator not working gave me a challenge
- Haimarat (8/5): - Elevator didn't work.
Vending machine didn't work.
Breakfast started early, which is great!!! but it was just very basic.
Not a quiet place! The train passes often just next to the back of the hotel, all day and night!
They have nice looking decoration all around the place.
They had live music and a nice restaurant open for dinner.
Nice bathroom.
The TV was set up to face the wall next to the bed 😕 which made it a little uncomfortable to see.
Overall it's a good place. Need the Elevator fixed though.
- d0eyj (2/5): Bamboozled - My stay was the ABSOLUTE horrible stay. I was bamboozled. I see why it’s a two star hotel. For me to told elevator to be out of order and damages in the hotel. It’s Absurd. The front end team is the worst except for the overachiever guy with the red or burgundy hair was trying to make a bad situation into good one. It was him and the white young hottie lad that was him did THEIR job. They need a raise or a higher position, or hell a paid vacation something because I NEVER seen them got mad once when assisting me n my family who was staying onto the elevator. I am an observant person. Yes it was very HOT to deal with very annoying guest. However them two handle with ease. Then the ditzy blonde bartender say I had to sit in the restaurant to have a drink. You mean I couldn’t sit and that bar for a drink due to flooding. If that didn’t tip me off. It was the breakfast. Not hot food. My friends paid $150 a NIGHT to stay in an elegant place with no hot food is absurd. I ask the red head overachiever why there no hot food. He stated: The ownership of the hotel. I know it was a lie but I know they trained the front end to watered the guests with lies and I know he didn’t want to lie. He seem like a very honest guy and the white young hottie maintenance guy.
To housekeeping: excellent job. I had no issue with the room. Perfecto. I told my friend to leave Connie a tip for hard work. Again need to promote her as well or a paid vacation if y’all do that. I met her during the early morning cleaning. She such a doll.
I hope and pray it would get better I really love the hotel. I’m just disappointed to see the only good hotel in lake city. The other three horrible.
- Kristen (10/5): Nice place - Clean and mostly quiet. The restaurant is great. Shopping is right around the corner. A wonderful bakery is a short walk away. The hotel is beautifully decorated.
- William (10/5): - The room was clean and quiet. Has a nice view of the courtyard. The only thing I didn’t like was the smoking at the tables outside where we are dinner. The food was really good
- Wesley (10/5): I had a great experience and would come back - Around restaurants, and looks safe The restaurant at hotel don’t serve breakfast
- Katina (10/5): - Beds were so comfortable.. I had the best night sleep
- Jenifer (8/5): Excellent, cute town and great hotel - The hotel was so stylish, clean, filled with great art, quiet, and the location was perfect. I think there’s a big opportunity there to make the hotel restaurant a lot better — they should be able to handle the people staying there and/or the hotel at max capacity— the Inn at the crossroads restaurant is probably the best place to have dinner in town at this time —(so please make it better!) Again, such a great opportunity to make it even a better destination. I felt like the restaurant could’ve handled the amount of people eating or and the food quality a little bit better.
- Williams (6/5): - Very nice convenient hotel in Lake city. Restaurant attached and close to downtown area. Only one elevator in building and it was broken. No concern from management to discount price of stay for the inconvenience… nothing. Either pay full price or cancel reservation
- Judy (10/5): Very nice rooms. Quiet atmosphere. - Safe None
- Emilia (10/5): - Very clean and friendly staff
- Arlington (10/5): - Great place to stay
- Atoinette (10/5): - Best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in.
