Além disso, solicitei a troca de geleia por cream cheese do meu pedido e fui informado que só seria feita a troca se eu pagasse. Detalhe mínimo mas que não visa a boa experiência do cliente.

• Takima (4/5): - The pictures are very misleading! The blue was represented in the rooms as advertised! None of the toiletries as advertised are there. Not even the blue bed linen are on the beds. The 1st room was unpleasant and I asked to be moved..I thought the room was not properly cleaned with a very evident greasy glass shower, nor did the door close! The night Receptionists was rude along with a guest...I asked the 1st night to be moved (I was told no manager on staff to accommodate my request). As I was still talking, another guest walked in I was immediately ignored while he serviced the guest! The guest as well ignored that I was talking already with the Receptionists. I was accommodated with a better room the next morning when the manager arrived.

The Internet wifi connection in the room is poor. The shower doesn’t drain properly and you ando up showering in a mini pool . Some of the furniture needs replacement . Staff was friendly.

• Rodrigo (6/5): - The location and the room size in general worked great for me. Glad to have air conditioning and a safebox in the room. The elevator is under construction, but it was not a problem for me. The pool fit perfectly for its purpose and breakfast is quite good and well served.

Jesus at front desk provided very good customer service. Will definitely be returning next time staying in Cartagena.

• Rachel (6/5): an amazing hotel… unless you get room 101 - We had our first night in what seemed to be the worst room of the hotel (room 101) and thankfully were able to change into a much better room the next day thanks to the very helpful staff. That first room shouldn’t exist especially for this price and it is a shame that they dare put customers in it, especially when the rest of the hotel is so nice. The pool is perfect, the breakfast is delicious, staff is very kind and helpful, hotel is in a very convenient area, the only minus would be how the noise gets inside the rooms easily from early morning. I think I would recommend this hotel if i didn’t have the experience of being put in room 101 the first day, for without that, it was great.

• Aaliyah (6/5): - This property is photographed well, however the rooms are very small, the bed was uncomfortable and old, the pool was nice, but it closes at 6, the check in staff (Sebastian) was very unhelpful and a bit rude. The rest of the staff was pretty nice, the cleaning staff was especially kind and did an excellent cleaning job on the room. The maintenance staff was also good as my ac went out a few times as well as the water. The area has lots of stores, buses, taxis and traffic, so if you are looking for a quiet area this is not it. The beach is a close walk so that helps, but be ready for many peddlers selling you everything, every second and for an added annoyance, you have to pay for chairs to sit in at the beach. The food at TAC downstairs was delicious and the service was great. I would never stay at this hotel again.

• Patrick (2/5): - I have stayed in Bocagrande 6 times and great community. First time staying at Blue Concept. Do not stay here. They will not provide clean linen daily. There free breakfast is the restaurant making the portions and refusing to give more and it was all inclusive. The hotel is having construction done and did not inform on the site or during check in. Lastly they refused to give ice and wanted to charge for it. Possibly worse hotel in Bocagrande

• RON (4/5): - Let me begin with the wonderful staff and service. Exemplary. Now, what was the failure was twofold. The first was there are no elevators. Very difficult to maneuver for elderly and disabled. Next was the restaurant in the lobby. Terrible staff..service food. Avoid all cost. Hygenically challenged. I had to check out after 2 hrs.

• Marko (6/5): - This hotel has revolved mixed emotions. The room given (premium double) was not corresponding to any pictures provided by Expedia as was way smaller, did not have any desk as shown on pictures nor chair etc. Surprisingly there was no glass in the room and when telling that to reception, the person just basically said that I can go and get my glass from the bar. Typical for this hotel was that whilst some of the staff was fairly distant and ignorant, some were also very friendly. Next morning I noticed to the staff that I was not given room I have bookes and without any issue, they changed that to bigger one according to room pictures provided by Expedia. Breakfast is not a buffet but served full breakfast, remarkably when I have asked extra slice of cheese, I was told that it will not be for free. Undoubtfully the hotel is in great area, 5 min walk to the beach and with loads of lunch and dinner options just few steps out of hotel. Not a bad hotel overall but somehow it feels like not properly managed.
• Alejandro (8/5): NICE LITTLE HOTEL, I WAS POSITIVELY SURPRISED - It was actually good. Only thing I didi not like was the lack of an elevator, and the fact that in room 305 whenever I opened the faucet, the shower would function. No hot water BTW, Great breakfast, I was not offered wifi, although I did not need it. The room was good, a little bit unkept here and there, but a great bed. This hotel is very well located, it does have 5 or 6 parking spots. The AC was not cold enough, but it worked.

• Rock (8/5): Rude front desk lady - The room was comfortable, biggest issue I had was the front desk clerk when I went there in the evening he said he had rooms available for the following 3 nights Which we’re not showing up on Hotels.com he said he could give to me for the same rate as the first night. I didn’t have my wallet on me and he said not to worry come down the next morning to pay and he would block it off. The next morning when I went to the front desk to pay there was a lady working and she was very rude and said they had no reservation and I would have to pay 30% more. I decided to get a hotel in the walled city which I am glad I did. The area is amazing and so much better than BocaGrand. So glad I ended up with a rude front desk lady as this forced me to change.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Where to start, I stayed at the Blue concept For three weeks. The service was beyond excellent. The entire staff was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Room was cleaned immaculate each day. It’s in an excellent & safe part or Cartagena. One block away from the beach. The restaurant Tacna located on premises was delicious. I purchased the meal plan we’re i was able to choose breakfast, lunch & dinner including snacks, food was always fresh and cooked to order. Staff and chefs make sure you are completely satisfied. The pool area is an amazing place to lay back and relax. It won’t be the last time I will be staying, looking forward to going back .

• Verified traveler (6/5): - From the photos on the site, we do not expect this property is a small 3 floors building. The location is kind of hidden, quite a few taxi drivers cannot find the hotel. Allow more time when travelling to or from the hotel. The room is ok. Our room is as shown on the site, but on the small side. Our daughters room is not as the photo shown on the site, very small and not too clean, they cannot get wifi in their room. No elevator in the building, and very noisy. We can hear people talking, walking up and down the stairs, cleaning ladies cart rolling by, all noises happening in our room. For the price we paid, we feel that we can get a better stay elsewhere.
• FrankPos (8/5): - I liked this hotel. I got the upgraded room with the king size bed and it rocked . Very comfortable. In general beds in Colombia seem to be on the hard side. But this place was great. I love the room decor. Does not feel like a hotel room. The staff are very good. Good AC and WiFi. Free breakfast is decent. There is construction on the street now but did not affect my stay. Overall good experience. Place is central to everything and close to the beach. Water is warm not hot.

The WiFi stopped working in the rooms for one day but worked in the lobby. I switched hotels because of this. I need WiFi in my room. Overall I would stay again . No hot water but warm.

It’s quiet even if it’ on a busy street. The pool is nice, it needs fans to circle the air a bit, specially when the sun hits the pool! But it will be nice to have some air circulating the the pool is in the shade too!

I could not see myself staying there for a week. I called and asked them if they had a room with windows, and they said yes, but those rooms were considered superior and I had to pay the difference in price. I asked to see the superior room, which was in fact much nicer, and so I opted to go with that. Over all the hotel is nice, not super fancy. The pool is great. Service was good.

Guests and hotel management should note the following: -safe is not fixed / bolted which means contents are not truly secure -toilets tend to clog after doing #2 - our solution was to use the bathroom outside the pool area -shower does not have hot water. Given that Cartagena has a tropical climate this is not so bad but my solution was to enter the shower like a pool - stick an arm under the water, then a leg, etc slowly as the body gets used to the room temperature water.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Great location near both the Olimpica and Carrulla supermarkets as well as numerous restaurants and souvenir shopping markets in Bocagrande. For those wanting some exercise there is a two-story gym about 100 meters away from Carrulla supermarket as well as a three-mile walking / running / cycling path a few blocks away down to the end of Castillogrande. Breakfast includes an ample selection of fruits as well as eggs prepared to order. Taxis to the Centro Historico are about 7-8 thousand pesos (less than $3). The staff is helpful. The only two areas for potential improvement would be that the safes should be bolted and the showers were not hot - so I had to adjust to the water temperature kind of like one would to a pool.

• Eric (4/5): - This hotel was clean but both times my wife and i stayed here we had issues. We stayed seperate nights about a week apart. The first time there our AC unit made a annoying clicking noise all night. If it was not for us being so exhausted from traveling we would of had trouble falling asleep. Also there was complimentary candy for guests on one night stand. Well it was full of ants. The candy and night stand. The breakfast was ok at best. The 2nd time there which i had already had prepaid and was unrefundable before our first night there to get a better deal, we thought it would be a better experience. Well we checked in late since our flight came in late. Our room had the toilet seat very loose and the cover was snapped off. So i put it together and went to wash my hands. Only to realize there was no soap or shampoos for us. We also had a lot of noise from outside. We asked for another room and were told there was no other rooms available. Also there is no elevator so have fun with your luggage up and down. Sadly there was street construction starting at 7am. Probaly why they are giving out deals. I do not reccomend this hotel no matter the price. My wife and i travel through Cartagena a lot and have stayed at many hotels and apartments there. Many better options for the same price.

The room was nice and clean, but it was very noisy. If you are a light sleeper you will not sleep well in a room near the front. The party buses are honking and alarms are going off all night.

• aileen (6/5): Fair price for location but needs fine tuning. - This hotel was close to the beach and restaurants. After reading reviews about noise coming from the street we paid a few dollars more to get a room on the interior overlooking the pool. When we arrived they showed us to our room and discovered our room was on the street side and it was really noisy. We went to the front desk showed them our reservation for a pool side room and they quickly moved us to another room on the interior and the room was silent. We had also paid extra for a breakfast buffet. When we arrived to breakfast the buffet consisted of bread, more bread and bread,.... along with fruit, yogurt and cereal and jars of candy to fill the gaps. We saw the waiter bringing eggs to someone in there room perhaps, there was no one else but us. So we asked if eggs were included. They asked what room we were in to confirm we paid for breakfast and then said yes it is included.We ordered 3 scrambled eggs. We sat and waited for about a half hour. The egg delivery guy came to deliver eggs at the front door. We thought maybe it was taking so long because they ran out of eggs. We waited another 10 minutes.They never said anything about our scrambled eggs so we just left. Cant complain about the room itself except that there were stains on the white duvet so it made me question whether or not they wash the duvet in between guests. Also the headboard had a residue of dirt. The shower had a slow drain so it filled up with a few inches of water as you showered.

• Tony (10/5): Very good hotel for the price - This hotel is pretty good for the overall price. It’s located two blocks from the beach and 1 block from the major shopping area, as well as a mall and casino. It’s has access to a grocery store and a lot of decent restaurants. The staff was friendly. Breakfast buffet was decent. You get a choice of eggs with ham and cheese made to order. As well a range of fresh fruit, cereal, and usually a Spanish Quesada. I split my time between this hotel and another hotel 3 block away. I def enjoyed this one more. It’s quaint and quiet with a small pool and cabanas along the edge of the pool. The rooms are pretty modern with a blue theme that gave it a nice look. I would stay there again if I ever head back to Cartegena.

• Antonio (8/5): Nice location in Bocagrande. - I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Blue Concept. The location in Bocagrande is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and an artesan market. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
• Erick B (8/5): Great Location and Nice Pool - Loved this Hotel. Right next to 24 hr store, 2 blocks from Beach, plenty of Restaurants within 5 mins walk. Friendly staff, clean rooms with great A/C and space. Pool area was my Favorite as it was chill with some nice music and great vibe. Breakfast could have been better but for a basic it's what's expected. NOTE: Request room at rear AWAY from super Noisy road. I am a heavy sleeper and was still awakened by chaos throughout night and early morning. Otherwise a great spot.

• Lisa (8/5): Comfortable Hotel Close to the Strip - Pictures are very true to hotel, very comfortable stay. Amenities are very nice, the pool gets plenty of sun during the day. Buffet breakfast is misleading, it's more of a selective list of items (1 serving of eggs per person and additional costs extra) unlimited fruits cereal coffee and drinks. Overall was a great experience in cartagena.

Unfortunately bed linen had some stains and even when they got changed still given new ones with stain. otherwise hotel recommended, safe walkable area, taxi service minimum 6,000COP
• Doris (10/5): Excellent quality - Was an a excellent place to stay very clean an also with a very good quality and location
• Marian (10/5): Good value! - Everything great including super friendly staff. The pool is nice with a few cabanas surrounding it. Impeccably clean throughout! Only complaint was the noise outside our room from the street. We had to use earplugs. Recommend getting a room overlooking pool. Pool closes at 8pm and it was never raucous or loud.
