Colleen (7/5): It was good. - Location was perfect, beds comfy. This time was good. I stayed there 7 years ago with my grandaughter who was 10 at the time. We didn't book or pay for breakfast. However she unknowingly got a glass of orange juice, the staff on the desk brought it to my attention. They then took the full amount out of my credit card for a breakfast, hence taking 7 years to return and try again.

Fiona (5/5): Not plesent, poor design room for Disability - That it was close to the Airport and on a bus route. I booked a disable room with a queen bed. I asked for the top floor. Went in at 9.30am to drop of the bags and was told I didnt have the disable room. I said to the staff memeber I need a disable room as I'm on a wheelwalker and I email this to you. I ended up on second floor in which I was woken twice by kids screaming in the hallway. The second night I was on the 6th floor which I had no noise, but again I had booked a queen bed and due to your Hotel policy I was given two single beds. This made it difficult for me to sleep. I dont know who redesigned the room but it was not set up correctly for disability. I had to move the bed to be able to sit on be to watch the TV. Where the coathangers were was poor when there was a wall by the entrence door that could have been used to hang clothes. There was not enough space to get around where fridge was, no bench to put anythig on. No power plug by bed and whose idea was it for those stupid bedside tables. People with disability wouldnt be able to reach around to use them and you would keep hitting them. All in all very poor design, it is clear who did the design didnt know anything about disabily. Just no room betwen the beds. No table or chair to use, I found that the fridge was to low and that stupid bench which was meant to be a seat was too narrow its not safe to sit on. You could have put the fridge there with a better bench and that would have given you more room between beds. The TV shuld have been on the wall by the bathroom not above the fridge. All poor design. Again its clear that the person who designed it didnt know what they were doing for disabilities. I'd think twice before staying again

El bus al aeropuerto sale de la puerta del hotel y los tickets del bus se compran de expendedora en la Recepcion. Ademas esta al lado de centro comercial y lugares para desayunar y cenar.

Walking down to International departure in the morning was easy. The room is rather cramped. Some wall hooks and shelves would help.
