- Stefan (8/5): Great for a family. - We had a family room and it was a good size. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Location was good, not too far from the old city.
- Nadav (10/5): First time in chiang mai - The staff is so great, everyone is super nice and help you with everything they can! The place is extremely clean, the bed is comfortable, the shower is clean and the water is hot. Me and my gf had our 8 year anniversary and both our bd are in January, so they made the bed with flowers and towel origami! There is a but of a weird smell out side the rooms and pool (does not get in side the room, and you get used to it quickly)

There is no where like a shelf or something to hold your shower gel or showering gels/shampoos. No mirror in the room and the mirror in the bathroom is so far away when stood next to it.

- berengere (4/5): Passez votre chemin - Rien Chambre donnant sur la station essence ouverte toute la nuit. Du passage donc et du bruit incessant. Obligé de demander à changer de chambre pour pouvoir fermer l'œil.... mais le lit était beaucoup moins bien on avait l'impression de dormir sur une planche de bois. Piscine de l'hôtel hs en arrivant. Disponible à nouveau le lendemain mais une odeur de chlore insoutenable qui piquer les yeux. On n'y a pas mis les pieds de notre séjour. Par ailleurs j'ai voulu faire une lessive car il était indiqué le prix. Le personnel m'a donné un sac. Et quand j'ai récupéré mon linge à ma surprise le tarif était au kilo..... je ne conseille pas cet hôtel

Ook was het fijn dat er een zwembad was voor na een warme dag in de stad. Het hotel ligt pal naast een tankstation, dit vonden wij zeer storend, want deze is echt altijd open en drukbezocht. En dit hoor je heel goed in de kamer. Om deze reden zou ik nooit meer hier slapen. Jammer want anders wel.

- Corentin (2/5): Hôtel très sale à fuir - Pire hôtel de Chiang Mai Chambre extrêmement sale, draps déchiré, tête de lit arraché avec clous qui dépasse, douche bouché, clim qui ne fonctionnais pas, ampoule grillé, murs taché et sale, vis rouillé dans la douche, lavabo cassé, aucune isolation on entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue alors qu’on était au 5eme étage, piscine à 10 degré et a l’ombre toute la journée. La chambre devais nous être donné à 13h comme indiquer ici mais finalement c’est 14h, on est arrivé dans la chambre rien n’avais été fait, pas de ménage ni de changement draps et serviette. Toutes les photos sont jointes pour vous faire votre avis. Le responsable et hôtel.com n’ont pas voulu nous rembourser. À fuir.

- Brian (10/5): Great value, centrally located hotel with spacious rooms and a pool. - Situated just outside the old city, this hotel is a real gem. Great service, lovely rooms and a nice breakfast too. The room was quite a size with a small balcony and en-suite, the bed was comfy and there was seating outside overlooking the pool. Really nice place, definitely stay here again. Nothing could have been better for me.

There’s even a pool – while it’s nothing fancy, it’s definitely a nice bonus considering how affordable the stay was. The rooms were decent and had everything I needed: working air conditioning, a kettle, a hairdryer, and hot water in the shower. Honestly, for this price, what more could you ask for? Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money!

- Lorraine (6/5): Proximity to Old town and China town and market was good but the 24/7 traffic noise was bad. - proximity to the old town. Staff was helpful. It is situated right next to a 24 hour Petrol Station/ Toilets and Lotus Shop. Traffic and noise was 24/7 I asked to change my room which they arranged. The room I got was a little better but the room was quite run down and the entire hotel looks like it needs upgrading. I didn't have a swim in the pool because I didn't like the high voltage electricity poles situated at either end and all the wires hanging above - (quite high above, so probably not dangerous - I just didn't like that and the photos didn't show that. I never say the cafe open at all during my stay and it was mentioned in the description.

The edges of the mattress you could feel the metal springs frame and it was poking through the mattress. Still got a good nights sleeps, just had to be careful when you sat on the side of the bed not to catch yourself on the side of the bed.

- Caoimhe (8/5): Good location and value for money! - The property was in a great location close walk to all night markets and shops. It had great aircon which was definitely needed! The staff were so kind and very attentive. The rooms were spacious and cleaned daily. It was quite noisey but it was bearable. If you are a light sleeper this would definitely be a problem. The water pressure wasn’t great in the shower. However for the price of the hotel you can’t go wrong. If you want 5 star pay for 5 star.
- Brandon Said (6/5): Breakfast time should be earlier - The breakfast is offered too late (from 8:00 am) that time is not convenient due to most plans in Chiang Mai start early morning (before 7:00 am) They provided us sandwiches and eggs for 7/11 but it’s not the same. we couldn’t eat their breakfast for that reason.

Not much option for breakfast, is not buffet. The girl that checked us in was not very happy to do it… for example when we said hello or bye she never answered …the rest of the staff very friendly

- S.sharar (8/5): Small Perfect Value For Money Boutique Hotel - It's a small but very clean and well managed hotel. I really like the room facilities, lots of charging options, very unique bathroom amenities even the free water bottle they provide are the premium ones. The view from my room is breathtaking. We really like the plants they have lots of plants and the swimming pool. All the staff are friendly and always smile back. Lots of brochures for different activities are available in the lobby. Very close to the convenience store. Only thing I don't like is the coffee shop in the lobby which was closed for maybe a long time. If it's there then I would say it's 100 out of 100. I don't like the early check in or late check out cost it's a bit high.

Great pool, good temperature and clean. Lovely garden, Room beautiful clean and spacious. Nice view over city as we were on top floor. Comfy bed. The only negative was we booked room for a couple and child, bed was totally big enough for us 3 but the night receptionist refused to give us an extra pillow, so we had only 2 clean pillows for three heads. Don’t understand why this was an issue for her to give us one more.

- Cynthia (5/5): Passable - The photos don't really match the hotel, there is no breakfast buffet, you ask at reception and they give you a prepared dish with options, very bad shower pressure, we didn't like the location, far from the main attractions and the pool It's not attractive at all.
- Adam (10/5): Exceptional - Nice location, outside of the main streets, 10 minutes walk there. Very close to China Town, it's an area I recommend. The pool looked nice, but I didn't use it. The room was clean. Trouble paying by card. I had card in Thai Baht and I was informed by the staff that payments from foreigners must be done in EUR (or USD, I don't remember exactly). So this is kinda bad that I have pay for whatever fee their provider wants, without actually know it, and to pay for currency conversion, three times. (CZK -> THB -> EUR -> THB). I ended up going to the ATM and paid cash.
