- Lisa (9/5): we had a great stay for our daughters graduation. - The lay out and what it offered such as a small kitchen, washing machine and dryer if needed.
It was clean and tidy. Bed was a bit hard. and in the utensils it could do with a fish slice to turn the eggs.
- Dawn NZ (9/5): - We love staying here. The location and facilities are great. It's comfy and soundproofed and has everything we need. Nothing. It's great.
- Allie (10/5): A quiet and convenient stay for travelers. - Check in was easy and parking was convenient - right across the street. We loved the location, near the botanical park and not far from Mt Victoria. Our room was clean and quiet and we appreciated the ensuite washer and dryer. Early morning checkout was also very easy. No complaints.

Lamps for reading.
Great kitchen and cooking facilities. Washer/Dryer in bathroom.

- Sindiso (9/5): Good. I was comfortable although I wished for a room with harbour view. I understood there was none - Did not have breakfast. I didn’t know it was offered .
- HELEN (10/5): -
- Jordan (10/5): - Location to arena, location to thistle Inn
- Werner (9/5): Awesome stay at Quest - Super clean and tidy. Appliances were spotless. Good location, close to transport.
- Richard (7/5): handy comfortable stay, suited forth coming journey, no noise from Huricanes game across the road ev - handy location for early morning ferry and just around the corner from Mariluca Ristorio well worth a visit parking across the road could be a pain in wet weather and heavy traffic
- Helen (10/5): - Very nicely presented room and extremely clean. Great room facilities and friendly service. Nothing to dislike.

- Tanya (10/5): Second time staying - This was our second visit and it will definitely be our first choice from now on in when needing accommodation in the city.
Quest on Thorndon is Central to everything and with public transport a hop and a skip away what more could you need?
- Walter (10/5): - Your staff who went the extra mile to assist us in all areas. The room and facilities were clean Nothing will be back

- Heidi (8/5): - Good location as we were taking the ferry the next day.
- Dewi Yahya (9/5): I like Quest Thorndon because it provides free access to the City Fitness - It's the comfort of knowing and going into a familiar establishment that I find every time I enter a Quest property, how it maintains its standard and services throughout their properties in NZ (with exception to the other Wellington properties that need to be badly renovated and refurbished) and also in Melbourne, Australia (I stayed at Quest on Dorcas Street). I always book through booking.com and I wish it could be added to my Airnz Airpoints.
- Tea (7/5): - Pieces spacieuses Pas idéal pour les familles avec voiture
- Heather (10/5): Definately recommend - The staff were all very helpfl. A great location. Very comfortable room as i am slightly disabled N/a
- Catherine (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Quest Thorndon. We will definitely stay there again. - The apartment was very clean and well set out. It had all the equipment we needed to manage our meals; the extra tea and coffee sachets were lovely and so were the biscuits. We thought the location was excellent as it is not far from the train station, bus stops and a small walk to the supermarket. As an older person I found the important info about our stay at the Quest Thorndon was accessed through the tv screen, which I hadn't encountered before, we couldn't seem to access the movies listed on the tv screen. When using the oven, I needed help from the person at the front desk as there wasn't any printed instructions regarding the stove and microwave usage. Once we had mastered the appliances, we had a very good stay.

- Patti (10/5): Quest felt like a luxury hotel in a beautiful city. - The location was close to the downtown. The room was generous in size. The room was clean and comfortable with a kitchenette, dining area and washer and dryer in the bathroom. It was our first time staying in a room that required a room card or credit card to insert in a electric box to turn the lights on. that took us some time to figure out in the dark. If reception could have mentioned that it would have been helpful. After that it was great.
- Lynell (9/5): We found the location of your hotel was brilliant in terms of our appointment - Access was easy. The whole hotel was in a high standard in terms of cleanliness, location was very straight forward to find when coming to Wellington. We are from out of town I'm very curious as to why you advise clients not to open the doors to their rooms if the smoke detectors are activated in the rooms, and a charge to the room be passed on if the fire service is turned out and an evacuation has to take place. That is not normal practice in terms of your evacuation scheme for the property . I'd be really interested in your reply. It is also not normal practice to silence alarms yourselves either, which I'm assuming is what you do if a smoke alarm goes off. That is the responsibility of the Officer in charge of the responding fire appliance once the area indicated on your fire panel has been investigated, and there is no sign of smoke or fire. Your managers may need to be aware of the procedures and policies for your scheme. Yes I am a career firefighter. If i was given a bill for an evacuation, I'd be advising the brigade to investigate into the matter and obviously wouldn't pay either. There has been a fire not to far from the hospital there in wellington where lives were lost. You don't want a similar event happen to you.

- Harvey & Jodie (10/5): Apart from the 2 annoyances it was a great place to stay - It was perfect location for our 2 days. Compact but homely. The cheap noisy dryer in the bathroom. Its not externally vented so it filled the bathroom with moisture. The extraction fan came on every time bathroom light was turned on & it stayed going for 30minutes after, which was so noisy we resorted to using our phones for a light so fan wouldn’t keep us awake.

- Cathryn (8/5): Spacious apartment, clean and tidy. - Very spacious apartment and suited us for a one night stay. During the night I could hear other apartments toilets flushing and doors slamming shut!
- Jane (9/5): - Big 2 bedroom apartment with washing machine, dryer and full kitchen including dishwasher.

- Craig (9/5): Good apartment accomodation is good central Wellington location - Great location, good sized rooms that were functional. Car parking, was ok but exposed (advised prior though).
- John (9/5): Excellent property. - The room was a really good size. A small kitchenette and a washer and dryer. This would be an excellent place to stay if you were on business for a few days. Close to the railway station, the ferry terminal, Stadium and parliament. There are a few free parking spaces on site but a public carpark is only a few meters away. Plenty of food choices nearby. Very limited TV channels. No Sky or streaming services.
- William (5/5): Descent hotel with good location, but unfriendly staff made the hotel experience less than enjoyable. - Good location. Access to gym was best Very tight parking lot. Could hardly park with how tight it was. Very unfriendly staff. No welcome, very little info, no acknowledgement at all when coming and going.
- Jacqueline (9/5): Great facilities; great location - The apartment had great facilities; really appreciated the washing machine and dryer as well as the induction hob which meant we could have a break from eating out and enjoy some home cooked food! Location excellent if you are a tourist; walking distance into the interesting area of Thornden and parliament buildings etc. The other facility we enjoyed were the free streamed films available; the only place during our trip to New Zealand we had this.

- Andrew (10/5): great - kind staff
- Jennifer (9/5): - Great location and lots of space
- Graham (9/5): A great overnight stay - The room was very well presented and well equipped. It was clean, comfortable and spacious. We were only here for 1 night but it would have been ideal for a longer stay.
- Maggie (9/5): ticked all my boxes - Nice quiet location but close to rail and buses Information about where to eat breakfast on the Saturday morning
- Fiona & Rex (10/5): 74 th birthday present. - Warm welcome from receptionists, made us feel right at home. Very helpful with our parking facility. There was nothing that we didn't like.
Will definitely book there again. A wonderful experience, as it made the whole day so much more enjoyable, as it was hubby's birthday and we were there to watch the Hurricanes thrash the Reds..
- Denise (9/5): Fabulous stay will definitely stay again - Lovely staff, very clean, good location, quiet. Only 1 minor thing is that the bodywash dispenser in the shower wasn’t working properly
- Judy (9/5): -
- Lorretta (10/5): -
- Olivas (9/5): - Clean, spacious room. Amenities to cook. Good location - close to inter island ferries making for easy access. The entrance and parking wasn't super easy to find.
- Dawson (10/5): -
- Lynette (10/5): Perfect for a week in Wellington for work. - Was handy to town and supermarket - could do washing awesome place to stay for work Nothing
- Roshan (7/5): Spacious apartment - The apartment was very spacious. It had a good kitchen. The staff at the reception was cordial. The person booked a transit vehicle to take us with the luggage to the ferry terminal terminal.from where we hadcto get our car
But this cost us 3 times the zuber fare whi h we had paid a day before !! The location - it was far from the ferry terminal
- Aude (9/5): - Logement très confortable, calme et bien situé pour découvrir la ville.
- Anthony (10/5): Great room! - Very well equipped room with washing machine and dryer. No restaurant or bar
- Richard (8/5): -
- Julie (8/5): - Excellent facilities (full kitchen!) Real consideration given to the travellers needs. Lots of power points, plenty of space and all sparkly clean! Guy on reception was friendly and helpful too
- John (9/5): I picked the Quest on Thorndon from thousands of miles away and I'm glad I did, it was great. - Arrived in Wellington by ferry, and a local bus was on site that took us to the Wellington Station. The station was a short walk to the Quest on Thorndon. Well appointed apartment waited for our visit plus the City Centre is in easy walking. A great way to prepare for the Northern Express to Auckland.
- K (9/5): -
- Tanya (10/5): - Central to everything and everywhere we needed to be
- Jane (9/5): - Great location, close to restaurants, supermarket and ferry. Friendly staff at reception.
- jules (7/5): -
- Arnold (8/5): -
- LuAnne (10/5): Very nice one night stop over - Very nice amenities! Even a clothes washer and dryer! Close to the Thistle Inn for dinner. Close to ferry. A little confusing getting in after check in time but it worked
- David (10/5): Very happy with our stay - We liked the size and amount of space in the apartment . The bed was super comfortable. Having a washing machine/ dryer was a real bonus for us. The kitchen had every thing to do some home cooking
- Elaine (9/5): Good place to stay ! - Very well set up with everything we needed. Clean and quiet.
- Craig (9/5): Good apartment in central Wellington location. - Location, good size rooms and clean No onsite car park, it was available across road in open area but signalled well in advance.
- Megan (9/5): A solid option, will stay again - Size of room, plenty of seating, laundry facilities. Nothing
- Russell (8/5): -
- Grahame (9/5): -
- Stephen (7/5): - Good room and good bed. Reasonably quiet. Easy to get to location. The after hours check in is really really bad. The instructions are to buzz and wait but we had other people in front of us waiting and they had already buzzed and it had not been answered. The separate phone number eventually got through and they told me to hang up and the buzzer would be answered. If the weather had been bad it would not have been a really poor start to the stay. As it was it was a delay we could do without as we were rushing to get to a venue on time.
- PETER (10/5): Good location, friendly staff, and very comfortable. - Excellent facilities and extremely comfortable. No washing machine instructions.
- Hartley (10/5): Excellent stay in Wellington - Close to the train and bus station. Easy walk to the CBD. The room was very quiet. Receptionist helpful and friendly.
- Lynne (9/5): - Close to train station perfect for our trip on the Northern Explorer All good
- Sean (10/5): Very clean, tidy and well equipped -
- Deb (8/5): -
- Mandy Willy (10/5): - Everything Nothing
- Lisa (8/5): - Great facilities and close to ferry terminal when we arrived. Late arrival and had to get the manager to attend as no envelope left with our keys. Little noisy at night
