• Krystel Jane (9/5): Comfortable stay! - The room size was comfortable for the two of us. We're glad that the bathroom is bigger. Obviously, not very big, but compared to the other hostels we stayed at, this was decent. They also provided the amenities. It was very funny because when we arrived at the hotel, the staff asked for our passport because he said we looked too young, no minors allowed. For a moment, we wondered what kind of place did we book, but it was all good! Comfortable and reasonable price! There's no elevator, so if you have big suitcases, you have to bring them upstairs by yourself.

Hôtel bien placé qui permet de se déplacer facilement. La personne à la réception (elle est rarement sur place) ne parle pas anglais. Ce n'est pas pratique.

• yuko (9/5): とてもリーズナブルな割に清潔で快適でした - 清潔で静かなのが良かった わずか2泊でしたが、タオルの交換とゴミの処理をしていただき、期待していなかったのでそれも有り難かったです 室内の電気が暗めで、デスクで色々出してメイクをしたかったのに、見えづらかった エレベーターがなかったので、重いスーツケースを運ぶのが大変だった

Our room was equipped with great facilities, like a tooth brush, hairbrush, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and even face wash & moisturiser!!! There was also a shared microwave. The bathroom and linen were very clean, but it was quite dusty in areas.

• 黃 (6/5): 只是短暫的住宿是ok的，對於經費有限的人可以選擇。 - 有地暖 房間床鋪也暖 Check in 時有點雞同鴨講搞不清楚員工要表達的意思（語言溝通不良）有點無奈不耐煩🙄，幸好最後雙方有理解就順利check in了（只是花費不少時間😅）

• Reira (9/5): - とてもお部屋が広く、チェックインはセルフですが、スタッフの対応がとてもよかったです。食べようと思って買った麺をベッドサイドに置いていたのですが、清掃時にそれに気づいたスタッフの方が横にケトルを置いていてくれました。 利便性もよく大満足でした。 暖房がなくて、私が寒がりなこともあり少し不便でした。
• chika (6/5): 西面でお得なホテル - お得に泊まれたこと。チェックイン前でも荷物を預けるスペースが用意されていたこと。新しくて綺麗なこと。 お風呂が外と同じくらいの気温で非常に寒かった。スタッフと会ったのはチェックインの時の一度きり。人が対応しないホテルで安いのならそれもありだが、カギを取らずにドアを閉めた時、トイレットペーパーの補充が必要な時などなどの対応が心配だった。エレベーターはないので、荷物が重い人はムリかも。

• Moana (9/5): オーナーさんがとてもやさしく、できることを全力でしてくれる。 - 自分が、部屋の暗さや雰囲気に少し敏感なところがあり、通された部屋が少し暗く、あまりよく眠れなかったことから、自分勝手なお願いと分かりつつ、オーナーに相談したところとても親切にお部屋を変更してくだささいました。ショートステイなら耐えたのですが、１週間以上の滞在だったため色々リクエストをしてしまいましたがとても丁寧にご対応いただき感謝しています。スタッフの方は日本語と英語は少ししか話せないですが、翻訳機を使ってすごくコミュニケーションをとろうとしてくださるので何も問題はありませんでした。階段がなく重い荷物を運ばなくてはいけない時も全部運んでくださいました。受付にスタッフがいないと口コミに書いている方がいますが、「チェックインの際に何かあれば予約サイトのメッセージから連絡してください」とあったので、お湯の出し方がわからない時や、ポッドが部屋になかった時などすぐに部屋からケータイで連絡ができ、すぐに返信対応してくださるのでとても便利で安心でした。ソミョンの繁華街の近くにあって、安くてこの値段は文句が言えません。毎日お水と新しいタオルもくれます。Wifiもすごく早かったです。 部屋の場所によってうるささが変わる。 この値段でこの立地と考えれば何も文句はありませんが、ショートステイなら問題はないと思います。 センシティブな人は長期滞在は向かないとおもいます。
• EFFROSYNI (7/5): Super clean but far away from sightseeing even travelling by metro - It was super clean. Comfortable bed. Not a good location (far from the sightseeing. You need at least 30 min plus, travelling by metro) and there was noise from the opposite parking everytime a car was coming out (something like a warning sound to other cars) . Usually all night.

• Isaac (4/5): - Ubicació relativament bona, a prop de metro i bus Hi ha un parking al costat amb una senyal acústica cada cop que surt un cotxe, ho escoltareu varies vegades per la nit i matí, inclús amb taps. No hi ha ascensor, no hi ha cortines i entra la llum del sol pel matí. Els llits són durs, la dutxa tarda molt en escalfar l'aigua.

• JOSE ANTONIO (10/5): Conociendo a Busan - El Hotel está en un barrio con mucha vida de Busan, con tiendas de conveniencia, restaurantes, tiendas, paradas de autobuses y el metro a 5 minutos andando que te llevan a recorrer Busan, que es muy grande.. La habitación cómoda y con todos los servicios. El Gente siempre pendiente por si me faltaba algo. Recomiendo el lugar y si vuelvo, me quedo de nuevo en el Hotel Mini... Creo que me faltaron días para seguir disfrutando de Busan.

• Takashi (8/5): - 基本的にスタッフもおらず、チェックインもチェックアウトもセルフですが、何の不便もありません。 3泊しましたがルームクリーンはありません。 トイレットペーパーの予備がなく不安になりますが、スタッフがいる時に声を掛ければくれます。 エアコンはありますが、この時期エアコンを掛けて寝ても、引いてあったベッドパッドが暑くてどうしても寝苦しくなりました。 何と言っても安くてきれいにしてあるので、良かったです。

• MITSUKO (6/5): - スタッフの方が親切でした。 チェックインなど基本セルフでしたが、荷物を置かせてもらいに行った時に、たまたまスタッフの方がいて、説明してくださいました。 預けていた荷物も、チェックインの時にすでに部屋まで運んでくださっていて、ありがたかったです！ シャワーとトイレが同じ空間。トイレは紙が流せないスタイルでした。でもトイレの水圧は強かったです。 部屋に、ドライヤーあり。ハンガーあり。アメニティも色々と置いてありました。 お箸を持ってなくて困っていたらスタッフの方にもらえました。 駅からは少し遠くて、真夏の移動は少し大変でしたが、Uberなどタクシーはすぐに来るので活用するのがいいと思います。 とにかくスタッフの方が優しかったです！

• ??? (8/5): - 4人で2泊しました。 ダブルベッドが4つ、さらにシアターまで付いていて寝室はとても贅沢な感じで良かったです。 不満な点としては ・ランドリー設備ありとなっていたのになかった(私は最も重要視しているのでこれは困った) ・エレベーターなしの階段5階までの往復はキツかった。 かなり重いキャリーケースは運んでくれた。 ・階段フロアに、押し入れのようにホテルの備品などが放置されていた ・階段フロアの電気が付かず暗くて怖かった ただ、スタッフは日本語はできなかったが、色々親切にしてくれたし、充電ケーブルもたくさん貸してくれた。

• Даниэла (8/5): Perfect value for its price - Although twin room was quite small, it had all necessities for a less than a week long stay. Towels were changed every day, wifi was good, smart tv and spacious bathroom. Beds were a tad rough, but still comfortable. Conditioner was working perfectly too There was no wardrobe, only a few hangers on the wall, but for back pack travel that was enough. Might not be comfortable for big suitcases though.
• Mui (4/5): I Was not satisfied. - The location is good! The bed was too firm , I had trouble sleeping due to the firm bed, woke up with a back pain! Water suddenly shut off while I was almost finished shower on the first day, try to go to the front desk to tell the problem but no one was there, lucky it was fixed by the time we get back to the hotel at night!

• kana (10/5): - とっても清潔で可愛いお部屋で、掃除も毎日していただき、床暖で温かくて快適で場所も良く値段以上のホテルでした。 ３時頃つくと誰もいなくて、レンジの上にある黄色のメモに名前を書き荷物に貼り受付裏の部屋に置き、夜戻ると受付に名前の書いたカードにカードキーが入っていて荷物も部屋に運ばれていました。 基本誰も居ないようですが、特に不便はありません。 場所は駅近ではありませんが、ロッテデパートから5分ぐらいなので、全く問題ないです。 西面駅からだと、上りのエスカレータがあるので5番出口を利用されるかロッテデパートまで地下通路を歩かれるのが良いと思います。 行きたい御飯屋さんも全て徒歩で行け、お散歩がてら釜田市場、田浦のカフェも徒歩で行け便利な立地です。 全てが値段以上で最高でした。またこのホテルを利用したいと思います。

Front desk situation is quite lacking, says open 5-12 but we never saw anyone there no matter what time we arrived back at the hotel.

• Kevin (6/5): - It's not a terrible place, but there are definetly some points for improvement. For one, the rooms smelled a bit which seemed to be coming from outside. The rooms themselves were clean, but very small for two persons. Also, the warm water in the shower was hit or miss.

• Masako (10/5): - 今回BTSの釜山コンサートのために利用させていただきました。 チェックインの際に、欲しいと思っていた釜山コンサートの新聞を頂き歓喜！フロントのBGMはずっとBTS。BTSのポスターも貼ってありました。スタッフさんはすごく気遣いしてくださいます。韓国の方ってこんなに優しいんだなあと感動しました！！ お部屋も浴室も広くてゆったり過ごせました。 コンサートから帰ってきた時に、フロントと同じポスターをプレゼントしてくださり嬉しかったです。 釜山に行った際はまた利用したいです。飲食店も周辺にたくさんあるので便利ですよ！お水も無料でいただけます！
• YUKA (10/5): - BTS釜山コンのために娘と2人で利用しました。 ホテルの方がとにかく親切で優しくて最高のお人柄で、それだけでもう大満足です。 フロントでもずっとBTSが流れてて嬉しかったです！ お部屋も広くはないですが、ほぼ寝るだけだったので特に不満はありません。 西面駅からは少しあるけど、ホテルの近くにはご飯屋さんやカフェやコンビニなどもたくさんあるし便利でした。
• young (2/5): - The property has limited desk service. The room was cold and there was a thin blanket. Also, no elevators, so I had to lug my luggage up three flights. As a woman, I felt unsafe there, so after my first night, I wanted to check out early. The manager said no, saying there is a two night minimum. I was not told of that and it was not listed on Expedia's website. i just left and gave up the loss.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - シャンプー等、ドライヤー、タオル必要なものは揃って、部屋、シャワールームも広く良かったです。地下はまだ内装工事中でしたが洗濯機と乾燥機が１回1000ウォンでいつでも使えます。が、洗濯機は脱水がいまいちで手で絞りました。今まで韓国で色々泊まった中では、スタッフの親切度はかなり高いですとてもいい人。悪い点としては、部屋がかなり暗めなので化粧の際に不便、ホテル前の道が人通りが少なく暗いので女性一人だと少し不安な点、それ以外はとても満足しました。
