It is near the KW Harbor so great restaurants & shops are a very easy walk. My visit was for diving and there were a multitude of shops that were again walking distance. It was also quiet (except for a few of the KW rooster crows) although the Duval street action was an easy walk

- Patrick (6/5): - The pool was being redone. Of course our balcony room, that we paid extra for, was right above that pool. Excessive noise, technically no view. Was not made aware ahead of time.Why would we want to sit on the balcony, with the noise and dust. Restaurant only open until 5:30pm this included room service. Staff was friendly. The concierge gave wrong information about excursions. Television was not a smart tv. No information in room for television. The refrigerator too small and unsure what the dial should be at to get it colder. Besides never got a cold temperature. The fan in the bathroom made noises didn't totally work. Only three towels and only one of the three would be considered a bath towel. Floors not totally vacuumed, only vacuumed what could be seen when the door was open.

Pools are always dirty because people eat their food while in the pool. Mattresses are flat but firm. Beautiful and convenient location

- Sarah (4/5): - The location was amazing. However, I had the worst 3 nights of sleep. The beds are rock hard and the pillows were terrible. For such a nice hotel it was a big let down to feel crappy during our trip from lack of sleep. The shampoo pumps didn't work well in the bathroom and I asked for extra and they just said no. On our last day there the pool was closed. Feel dissapointed to say the least. Would not stay there again. The concierge Reed was the brightest spot at the resort and very helpful.

- Matthew C (6/5): - The hotel was in a great location and convenient to a lot of places we wanted to go. The view from the balcony was great and looked over the water. The only issue we had was with the bed, as it seemed much smaller than a standard King Size bed. I inquired on this since we have a king bed at home and thought we may have been given a queen bed by mistake. I was told it was a "personalized king" and that is the side of the bed in all king rooms. I'm not blaming the staff on this one, but it was a bit surprising.

Lovely room with spacious bathroom, separate shower and bath. Could do with some shower gel in the bath, but nice touch for a bath bomb! Gorgeous pools and bar area. Right next to the marina for a wide range of bars and restaurants as well as trips. Walking distance to Duvall street and everything going on. Counting have asked for more! Would definitely return and recommend.

Even though I had to prove and did have the proof that I did. That was not a good start. I had booked one day early to surprise my wife With an extended vacation. - Christina (10/5): - Property was beautiful. While there are three pools, two were always filled with partygoers however there was never anyone in the serenity pool and it was clean and relaxing. Location of the hotel is huge as we walked to everything nearby. Check your final bill before you leave as we were charged an extra $100 a night due to a “system error” however once I pointed it out they fixed it quickly before our checkout. Would not recommend for kids as it does seem to have a livelier crowd. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We didn’t like that the room wasn’t made up until 5pm or so and several times had to postpone cleaning up at the end of a busy day doing things to allow housekeeping to make up the room. Also I think a hotel bar/restaurant should be available past 6pm.

Mattress were both very lumpy and uncomfortable. Pillows were hard as a rock. Walls are paper thin. Gets loud in late night when it’s close to closing time. This is more of a party hotel beat for ages 20 - 40 We have been to many hotels and resorts in Key West. Great location but there are several places to stay in the same area. Wasn’t horrible but won’t be staying here again.

The “conch”ierge service was great as well. We rented a golf cart to get around in from Rachel and yall were nice enough to give me free parking.
