• Silvia (10/5): Paradisisches Hotel - Das Hotel ist ein Geheimtipp an einem traumhaften Strand, weit weg von typischen Touristenzielen. In diese Gegend gehen fast nur lokale Touristen, aber im Hotel wird auf Ruhe und Sauberkeit geachtet. Nebst Fleisch, Fisch, Meeresfrüchte gibt eine eine tolle spezielle Vegetarische Karte (einfach danach Fragen). Wir hatten immer einen riesen (wirklich riesig) Sonnenschirm für uns. Die ganze Anlage ist sehr gelungen im Layout und wird gut unterhalten. Das Meer war super warm, weil es eine Bucht ist und hat wenig Wellen. Wir waren 4 Tage dort, aber im empfehle mehr.

• Marta (4/5): Deben cuidar los detalles - El hotel es bonito y la zona preciosa Las habitaciones con camas pequeñas y no tienen terraza. Fumigan y te avisan media hora antes para que te metas en la habitación 1 hora, deberían hacerlo en la madrugada con una máquina insonorizada. Revisar la puerta de los baños, nos quedamos encerrados.
• Elodie (10/5): Un paradis caché extraordinaire ! - L'hôtel etait un vrai petit paradis sur terre. Tout était parfait. L'endroit somptueux, calme, magnifique. Tout est très pensé. La piscine est magnifique avec une vue sur l'océan extraordinaire. La plage privée ne peut pas etre plus privée, on se sent seul au monde. Tout est tres bien entretenu. Ce qui nous a le plus marqué est le service extraordinaire. D'une gentillesse remarquable, toujours à etre à l'attention du moindre détail et faire tout pour que notre petite fille de 2 ans et demi soit bien. Mention spéciale à Joahnny, Cécilia et Ruth qui ont ete incroyables du debut à la fin. Bravo pour ce service incroyable. Le restaurant est délicieux. Les coktails sont vraiment dun super rapport qualité prix ainsi que les plats, tres variés et d'une belle qualité. Nous avons pu manger tous les jours au restaurant pendant une semaine sans s'ennuyer. Gros + sur l'excursion proposée par l'hôtel également. Tout était parfait ! On recommande à 1000% N/A car tout etait super. Un rapport qualité prix que nous conseillons pour tout ce qui aime les boutiques hôtels dans un paradis loin de la foule

• Lain (10/5): Estancia tranquila, disfrutable ideal para descansar - El alojamiento tiene una excelente ubicación en un entorno natural, tranquilo para descansar. La playa es espectacular de aguas tranquilas y muy limpia. El alojamiento es cómodo, amplio y funcional con independencia de las demás cabañas. La cama es muy cómoda, el aire funcionaba correctamente al igual que el internet. La pasamos muy bien y lo recomiendo totalmente Lo único que podrían mejorar es el desayuno que lo consideramos muy acotado, básico y con pocas opciones. En cuanto al restaurante los platos son abundantes, Gourmet muy rica!

From the warm and welcoming reception staff to the delicious restaurant—special thanks to Alex and Jonny—the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The massages by Serandy were incredible, and the boat trip with the team was truly unforgettable. And of course, the setting speaks for itself: stunning turquoise-blue water and a calm, peaceful beach that feels like paradise. Everything was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay—highly recommended.

• Rotem (5/5): נחמד - המלון ממוקם במקום מאוד מבודד מאוד קשה לצאת מהמלון ללא רכב, המקום יפה מאוד החוף ים של המלון מדהים ויפה מאוד, החדר של המלון לא מתוחזק ונראה לא טוב, המחירים בבריכת/מסעדת המלון לא זולים בכלל! להזמין מהמלון סיור חופים שיש כאן עולה כפול מבחוץ, בהליכה פשוטה על החוף לכיוון איזור הסירות אפשר למצוא מחירים אחרים.. המקום באמת יפה חייב להצטייד עם ספריי נגד יתושים לשעות הערב מיטה קשה, יש בעיה של מים חמים במקלחת.. הכי חבל זאת ארוחת הבוקר ההזמנה היא מתפריט ואפשר להזמין מנה אחת בנוסף מגיע סלסלת לחם ופירות ובשביל לקבל עוד לחם או כל דבר נוסף צריך לשלם כסף. לגבי הקפה בשביל לקבל קפוצ׳ינו צריך להוסיף כסף שזה ממש לא ברור אני מקבל בארוחת הבוקר קפה פילטר + חלב מוקצף מה הבעיה לעשות קפוצ׳ינו ? ואם אלו ההגבלות שירשמו את זה לפני שנותנים להזמין מראש ארוחת בוקר. השטחים הציבורים במלון מתוחזקים היטב ותמיד נראים טוב.! לסיכום החוף של המלון מושלם הבריכה במלון כיפית ונעימה

• Serenella (10/5): Man fühlt sich einfach wohl und wie zuhause. - Super tolle und äusserst freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeitende. Feines Essen, am Abend direkt am romantisch beleuchteten Pool. Wunderschöne Gartenanlage, grosser Abstand zu den Nachbarn. Schöner Strand und genügend Liegestühle. Schön grosses Zimmer mit einmaligem Blick in den Garten und das Meer. Da komme ich sehr gerne wieder.

I paid for an ocean view room and they put me in one that was way back, almost in the parking, when I paid for an ocean view, which would be one of the first ones up front, in my case it was garden view.
• FaisalJawad (3/5): Way overpriced. Combative front desk. Disappointing. - It's on the beach. Many of the staff were friendly. Hotel is super overpriced. Front desk staff was rude, unhelpful, and combative when we tried to resolve a problem with the bill that the hotel made and eventually corrected. The rooms were in poor condition, air conditioner and other items in the room did not work properly, beach at the lodge is washed out.

• Karla (6/5): Dissapointing place with amazing food and service - The staff was really attentive, kind and fast. Alexander at the restaurant and Randy at the Lobby made the stay much more pleasant. The food was really good and tasty. The amenities and the room were not worth the value. Prices are similar to 5 star hotels in the capital but minus the luxuries. It is not a Glamping place either. The rooms are smaller than advertised and they do look dated and run down. There were mosquitoes in the bathroom, the shower floor was dirty with mold, and the water never completely drains because the shower floor is uneven and slopes away from the drain hole.

• Petra (8/5): Die Lage entschädigt alles 😁 - Komfortable Bungalows in traumhafter Lage! Kommunikation mit dem Staff war zu Beginn sehr holprig, zudem ging jeden Tag irgendetwas von der Speise- , oder Getränkekarte aus. Mitarbeiter waren dann aber sehr bemüht. Danke Alexander, dass du uns so gut betreut hast 👍. Sehr schwierig ein Taxi zu bekommen!

• Edouard (10/5): Un endroit fantastique pour une lune de miel fantastique - Un cadre magnifique avec des installations magnifiques. Une mention particulière pour le personnel super aimable, accueillant et arrangeant, Alexander, Ruth et tout les autres. Le Dirigeant un expatrié Français est d’une rare gentillesse et à participé à rendre notre séjour inoubliable par le biais de petites attentions. Les bungalows sont spacieux et très bien équipés, profitent d’une vue à couper le souffle à seulement quelques mètres de l’eau. Nous avons pu profiter de toutes les facilitations pour aller à Cayo Arena tout comme naviguer à travers la mangrove avoisinante. Le petit nombre de bungalow permet d’être très peu nombreux ce qui rend l’expérience plus qu’agréable (avoir sa table en front de mer dressé tout les soir, les équipes qui prennent en comptent vos préférence ou encore un calme certain à tout moment de la journée )

• Martina (9/5): Mare stupendo - L’elemento vincente di questo albergo è la loro spiaggia. Il mare è spettacolare, sembra finto dai colori pazzeschi che ha. C’è una bellissima passerella con un’altalena, amache in mezzo al mare, i posti in spiaggia sono spaziosi ed è molto comodo che si possa ordinare da bere e mangiare senza doversi recare al bar, e che ci siano delle docce per l’acqua dolce. Ho apprezzato molto che la musica fosse limitata all’area bar, comunque a volume moderato, che invece è spesso presente ad alto volume nelle spiagge, qui c’è stato solo il rumore delle onde e delle foglie delle palme mosse dal vento e dalla spiaggia si vede un tramonto stupendo. Il cibo è ottimo, sia per qualità e freschezza dei prodotti che per la bravura dei cuochi, Luis ad esempio è bravissimo con la carne. Cecilia e Harrison della sala si sono presi cura di noi. Una sera si è anche mangiato a bordo piscina e l’atmosfera era bellissima e romantica. La mattina a colazione c’è una tale pace e tranquillità. Lo stile degli Chalet è molto carino. Dovessi mai tornare in questa zona del paese tornerei al Punta Rucia Lodge senza pensarci due volte. Nel pomeriggio accade che vadano avanti e indietro delle moto d’acqua (non dell’albergo) che disturbano, se si potesse fare qualcosa per farle transitare più lontano si proteggerebbe di più la tranquillità degli ospiti. Delle amenity in camera come piccolo benvenuto (anche qualcosa di semplice come della frutta e una card personalizzata) fanno la differenza nella prima impressione, che è quella di cui maggiormente ci si ricorda.

Everybody was very nice , the staff was super accommodating, they even upgraded my room to an ocean view and decorated it for our honeymoon. Alexander the server at the restaurant was also exceptional The bathroom shower head needs to be updated it’s a little uncomfortable and there’s a lot of mosquitoes outside be warned

• Jacques (10/5): Un coin de paradis à taille humaine, bravo pour le concept de cet établissement - Quelques bungalows polynésiens confortables espacés sous les arbres, une grande piscine débordante face à la mer et à un ponton jeté au large, un coin de rêve dans une région encore peu connue du tourisme de masse Des efforts méritoires sont faits sur la nourriture, ce n'est pas de la haute gastronomie, mais ça change des plats standards dominicains et internationaux Personnel à l'écoute, depuis l'accueil jusqu'aux jardiniers, mention spéciale pour les dames souriantes du restaurant Notre bungalow 40 était soi disant vue mer, mais de la mer on ne voyait pas grand chose vu qu'il était très en retrait du rivage
• VANESSA (9/5): TOP: ALLEZ Y LES YEUX FERMES - Implanté dans un petit village, loin du tourisme de masse. Quel bonheur ! Emplacement avec en toile de fond montage et cette mer turquoise. Personnel adorable et professionnel, menu du restaurant de très bonne qualité et d'un bon rapport qualité prix..... Belle piscine. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel et j'y reviendrai assurément. Une suggestion pour les bungalow qui n'ont pas la vue sur mer, AJOUTER du mobilier de jardin, quelques chiliennes, de façon à profiter de l'extérieur car nous européens, venons en République Dominicaine, entre autres, pour passer du temps à l'extérieur et profiter de la chaleur et du soleil

While it was a snorkeling excursion, there was no equipment which wasn't shared. When we got to the snorkeling spot, the guide said another boat would bring a mask which didn't happen.

• Maciej (10/5): O M G, best vacation ever! - We just had the most wonderful time at Punta Rucia Lodge! It's truly a beautiful place, kept super clean. The staff were always busy, picking up leaves and cleaning the beach every single day. Our little cottage was lovely, just the right size, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. They cleaned our room spotless every day, too! While we were there, it was pretty quiet and peaceful, even with a few other guests. Everyone was just enjoying their time without bothering anyone. The water was crystal clear, and the private beach was amazing for just chilling out – no loud music to interrupt! The best part, though, was definitely the staff! Big thanks to Alex, Ruth, Danger, Edwin, and Eridania. Every single person was so kind and always made sure we were having a great time. Some spoke good English, but even the ones who didn't tried so hard to help, even teaching us some Spanish in a fun way! The food at the restaurant was really good, especially the local dishes. Even the coffee was very good. We also had a magical romantic dinner on the pier one evening. The staff made it so beautiful with lovely decorations as the sun went down. It was so cool to see the fish swim right up to the pier while we ate! We booked two private trips through the hotel, and both were fantastic. The boat trip to Paradise Island was incredible! Our boat driver gave us plenty of time to snorkel and see all the colorful fish underwater. And the ride back, speeding through the bushes, was so much fun! Our other trip was to the Damajagua Wwterfalls, which was also amazing. We had a driver, and Sadiel, one of the staff members, that came with us. His English was excellent, and he helped us understand everything. This trip was extra special because it was my husband's birthday, and he said it was his best birthday ever! We had such a great time, even in the car, as they showed us a bit of real Dominican life. It was truly priceless! Sometimes there can be some mosquitoes on the pier and next to swimming pool but only in the evenings and it is something very hard to manage

L'emplacement de notre lodge, tout le temps à l'ombre et donc froid, et très humide surtout.. Nous n'avons pas eu de terrasse, tel que demandé pour la réservation. Le jacuzzi avec vue idéale était plein de sable, et cher pour la prestation.

El personal del restaurante estaba totalmente sin coordinación, en la cena dejaron a una persona sin su comida, y el mesero ni cuenta de dió, a los 28 minutos después llegó el pedido. El desayuno es como para "pajaritos", sirven muy poco y no hay variedad, también dejaron una persona sin parte del pedido. Este hotel es boutique por su ambiente natural y obvio por el precio, pero nada que ver con los servicios recibidos, fueron supremamente básicos.

Personnel adorable avec Mario comme responsable et son équipe. Bons petits déjs, belle carte pour le déjeuner et pour le dîner. Samedi soir, BBQ sur la plage, génial. Les bungalow vue mer étaient tous complets, nous avons donc réservé un lodge familial vue jardin mais pas d'assise à l'extérieur alors qu'il y a de la place dans le jardin pour faire une terrasse ce qui rendrait le bungalow plus confortable et agréable. Wifi moyen dans les chambres.

• Sandoval (10/5): Excelente 👌 Hotel - Nos gusto todo. Fuimos mi esposa ( embarazada) mi hijo de 7 años y Yop. La calma del lugar, la atención del personal es lo que destacaria mas. Me dedico a la hostelería y de verdad este hotel es sensacional recomendado 100 por cuento Destacar a Srita Santa Rosa del spa que además es Terapeuta. No nos gustó el irnos del hotel jajaja.

Es un lugar ideal para descansar de los ruidos , escuchando el mar tan cerca de los bungalows. El bungalows no es excesivamente grande pero es muy completo y cómodo. Se nota muy limpio y huele muy bien. Por ponerle alguna cosa a mejorar sería el servicio de restaurante. Quizá la calidad no sea la mejor. El desayuno algo flojo también.
