- Joshua (3/5): Room too warm for staying in mid spring - Location Room was too warm and overnight staff were rude when this complaint was raised. They did move us from a very hot room initially, but the second room was still too warm. In room air con was set to max for the entire duration, but room was between 22 and 24 degrees Celsius every night. Staff said no one else has complained tonight and so could not decrease the temperature. They said for us just to write a bad review (hence this review).

The breakfast , while well prepared and good service is so small that it should be embarrassing to Management. One tablespoon of scrambled eggs didn’t please.

The airport limo bus is more convenient as it has more room to store your luggage compared to the train so those who travel in big groups i recommend getting a hotel that near the airport limo bus stops. The hotel is also near the train staion The room didn't have much space to open our luggage in as most of the room was occupied by the beds

Wenn man das Zimmer zum Bahnhof hin öffnet, schläft man gefühlt auf den Bahnhof, weil man alles hört.

- Sergio (8/5): - The location is great to explore Umeda, and to have the Shinkanshen at hand while exploring other areas by metro. It's a practical hotel, don't expect anything fancy, but it's new and clean. The room was the largest that I had in a city in Japan. Our windows faced the train station, but the noise of the trains was not a problem. In summary, if you are looking for a place to rest well and you plan to expect the whole day outside, totally worth it. If are expecting to spend more time in the hotel (for example, in the restaurant or other common areas), you may need to find another place. There is a baseboard between the room and the bathroom, be careful with your toes O:)

- Wai Chi (6/5): Good luck you stay in a cooler room - I love its location, where it’s easy to access variety of restaurants nearby. My room is unbelievably warm, it made the worst of my trip in Osaka, it is very suffocated. However, I appreciate the staff bring me a fan to help me survive in two nights. I know that not all the room have the air con issue, so it all depends on your luck.

- Karen (6/5): Excellent location with very helpful staff. - We arrived early and were able to leave our bags locked away until check in time. Staff didn't have any tube maps in English & as we were reaching the lift, the staff we asked before came to us with one that he had obviously downloaded and printed for us. Mainly the size of the room. Very little space between the walls in the bedroom and the bed.

- YUI (8/5): ちょっと割高だった。 - 受付スタッフは親切 チェックアウトが12時までのため寝てたら、清掃スタッフの方の声で起こされた。隣の部屋の掃除の音など、もう少し静かにやって欲しい。「起こさないでください」という札をドアに貼ってないと、勝手にあけられる。チェックアウト済みの部屋などデータで確認しながら清掃開始した方がいいと思った。わざわざドアを3回ノックして3回挨拶するのを繰り返すより効率いいし、その声で起こされることもない。

- Mariko (8/5): 駅近で快適です - 駅近、特に阪急の大阪梅田駅には近いので便利。 バスタブ広め、ベッドの寝心地がよかった。 何度も宿泊してますが、珍しく隣室の話し声が 騒がしかった。 自分はダブルルームを一人での使用でしたが、女性二人でもダブルルーム使用のことがあるのかな？と思いました。

- Shane (10/5): Fantastic Location with friendly and helpful staff. - Very Friendly and helpful staff. They assisted with luggage transfer services. The room was very clean. The location was excellent. So many dining options close by with a very short walk to the train station. The room was comfortable for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teens) there was just enough room to manage the 4 suitcases and 4 guests. We were only using the room at night.
