- R2570XVrachelleb (10/5): A Much-Needed Rest Stop Made Special - In August 2025, we were driving through Revelstoke on our way to Saskatchewan and decided to stop for the night after a long day on the road with our young child. When we checked into the Coast Hotel, they only had a queen room left, which we were happy to take. To our surprise, the night manager came out and upgraded us to a premium family suite at no extra charge. The suite was beautiful, with a loft, two queen beds, 2 large bathrooms, and a comfortable lounge area — an incredibly kind and unexpected gesture. There was no upselling or pressure to leave a review. The hotel is in a quiet location away from the hustle of town, with safe parking, free coffee and flavoured water in the lobby, a nice lounge area, and very friendly staff. We truly appreciated the kindness and would gladly recommend staying here.

Bar staff were friendly and the food in the bar was good if you don't fancy going into town. The view from the lounge/ hot tub was fabulous. The Revy bus picked up right outside the hotel which takes you to the ski resort via the town. Bus travel is free with tokens. The room wasn't always serviced every day in terms of replacing tea/coffee so we had to ask for more. Robes for the spa facilities are based on what room you book. There was a charge if your room did not come with a robe. This was not clear on checking in. The bus ticket situation was not explained when checking in. The hotel is at the far end of town so there is nothing within walking distance around it.

- Judy (8/5): - The supper was excellent, pricey but good. We had to come back due to an accident so booked without research, the hotel is very unique but dated, but clean. The staff was excellent considering they had many guests checking in last minute.

I only dealt with front counter staff and one restaurant service person and they were all very pleasant. The hotel is in a very nice location. There is no charge to park which is nice. I was there one night and it was almost $400.00. I felt that was steep but the town was packed so there was no choice. The view out of 226 window is not that appealing. I don't think it would be hard to improve on that. Add some flowers and put away the hoses and tools.

- Victoria (9/5): Stunning view and comfortable beds - A hotel with a mountain view at the edge of Revelstoke. The room we stayed in was well appointed and clean; spacious enough for a family of four (two adults and two children) without feeling crammed. We had dinner at the patio which had a beautiful view; it's probably be even more stunning in winter. Wish we had more than one night to enjoy this hotel more thoroughly. You'd want to drive if you were to get to downtown Revelstoke (it's a 1 hour walk), but we won't trade the view for being in downtown Revelstoke!

The rooms were good both time, clean and spacious. The front desk was friendly and helpful. No luggage service but easy to unload the car on a trolley and then go park you car on the free parking just in front of the hotel. The breakfast service is amazing (fantastic waiters, super friendly and helpful). Hot top / sauna were fantastic, fitness room is small but functional. The restaurant in the evening was very expensive (we order the prawn salad for 19$ and had 3 small prawns on a tiny bed of aragula, this was a bit exaggerated. consider increasing portions or mentioning the size! Especially as it’s not a gastronomic restaurant ) The vegan Wellington was good and more acceptable in size For the price. The night service was good but not as exceptional as breakfast. The terrasse hot tub gets easily crowded but there is another one indoor.

I called to confirm the hours for the hot tubs, which they told me are 24hr, so I booked the room, then after my arrival found out the outdoor hot tub was shut down, and that they close at 10pm. We were looking forward to the hot tubs, but it didnt fit into our schedule on our stay. Its too bad they dont tell you before you get there or book. The salmon in the restaurant was very good though.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every part of the experience. The room and all areas were clean and very well maintained. The room had a beautiful view that made our stay even more special, and everything was comfortable. What stood out the most was the staff. They were extremely friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, which made us feel very welcome. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, and the staff kindly allowed us to enter the room early, which we really appreciated.

- Marie-Anne (10/5): Will definitely stay there again - Excellent restaurant— Walking through the lobby to the hot tub —bathrobe would have been nice
- Nathan (8/5): Very nice beautiful hotel - Very comfortable beds, good location and the pool table and spa was great. The menu choice at the restaurant wasn’t great so we had to leave to eat elsewhere when we would have liked to stay because it had a great atmosphere.

- Rox (8/5): Beautiful and very clean - Beautiful hotel, snowing while sitting in the outdoor hot pool is pretty hard to beat. Older hotel, but incredibly clean and tidy. The gym didn't have any cleaning wipes
