• Elke (6/5): - Empfang vom Personal und der Ausblick zur Burgruine! Das ist das Hostel in the City near by Castle-centro. Die Reinigungsfrau ist furchterregend für alle Hostelguests! Das verbitte Ich mir und hatte dies noch nie zuvor in meinem Leben erlebt. Und Ich-wir sind viel zwischendurch am Reisen. Sodass, ich sogar von Sonntag auf Montag plötzlich in Le Collolo übernachtet hatte wegen overbooked angeblich. Das ist eine sehr schlechtes Hostel und die Putzfrau war dort wieder und als Aushilfe dort an der Ausgabe von Schlüssel. Einfach nur schrecklich diese Person. Sie schreit herum wie vermutlich eine Irre diese Putzfrau. Das ist hiermit, meinerseits, eine außerordentliche Beschwerde. Im Hostel in City, Receptionist Sorry aber ich hatte das Hostel gestern gebucht und nicht Le Collolo. Zumal ich davor schon 2 Nächte dort verbracht hatte bei meiner Ankunft von Deutschland am Freitag Nachmittag auf Samstag etc. Bieten sie mir nun für diese Unannehmlichkeiten, einen Voucher an? Diese Erfahrungen waren sehr enttäuschend. Im März hatten sie das mit einem anderen Gast getan. In Le Collolo Transferiert. Und so vieles auffällig. Sie kommen nicht mit ihren Reservierungen zurecht. Fehlt ihnen an Organisation. Das fällt mir nur dazu ein. Under der Owner unternimmt nichts gegen seine Putzfrau, die überall so negative Energien versprüht. Das ist sehr traurig und bedauerlich über Gäste herzuziehen vom Personal ausgehend. Zumal Ich für ein Bett bezahlte aber kein Zimmer vorhanden gewesen für mich. Einfach irgendwie sehr unkomfortabel. • Rémi (5/5): - The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport. The room was fine. The room is located in the attic and unfortunately it was very noisy, which made it difficult to sleep. You could hear everything from outside as well as the other guests in the hotel. Additionally, the shared bathroom was not the cleanest and was not very pleasant to use.
• Marion (6/5): - L'établissement a accepté de nous recevoir en pleine nuit (arrivée de notre avion à 1h du matin). Recommandation d'un numéro de taxi très efficace (et peu cher). Emplacement plutôt pratique, nettoyage des salles de bains tous les jours par du personnel. Arrivée chaotique : personne pour nous accueillir à l'heure prévue, nous avons attendus dehors dans une rue pas franchement accueillante.... Pas de numéro sur les chambres, donc des erreurs la nuit de personnes qui essaient de rentrer dans la mauvaise chambre. Simple vitrage (très bruyant). 2 salles de bain partagée entre les différents guests.

• María Florencia (6/5): - Que media hora antes del check in me escribieran para cambiar la ubicación, tal vez era más conveniente, pero yo ya estaba ahí, muy cargada con mí equipaje para trasladarme, en el momento lo solucionaron, y me quedé ahí, pero fue muy estresante. Y además el pago era sólo en efectivo, yo no lo sabía, tuve que cambiar dinero con un rango que no fue conveniente, y me quedé sin dinero de bolsillo para compras callejeras. Tampoco me gustó que no haya letreros impresos, sobre todo para que las otras personas sequen el baño después de ducharse y no se formen charcos en el pasillo. Y además dentro del placard había un trapo húmedo olvidado que dió muy mal olor los primeros días de la estadia hasta que lo enontramos. Son detalles que se pueden mejorar!

• Chavarria (10/5): - Il posto è molto carino ed era sempre pulito, cosa che ho apprezzato molto. Anche la sua posizione è eccellente: proprio in centro città, il che rende tutto facilmente raggiungibile. La stazione degli autobus è vicinissima, quindi spostarsi in zona è facilissimo. Dall'ostello si ha praticamente tutto a portata di mano, il che lo rende molto comodo per esplorare la città. Il personale è sempre stato molto gentile e attento, il che ha reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Nel complesso, mi è piaciuto tutto e lo consiglierei senza dubbio. Un aspetto da migliorare, a mio avviso, è che una mattina avrei voluto usare la cucina per riscaldare qualcosa che avevo conservato in frigorifero, ma non mi è stato permesso a causa degli orari di apertura. Capisco che si tratti di regole del locale, ma credo che questo tipo di informazione potrebbe essere comunicata meglio fin dall'inizio.

• Denise Roberta (1/5): Pessima esperienza, non lo consiglio e non ci tornerei - La ragazza che ci ha accolti era gentilissima Mi sono trovata molto male, ambiente tetro e angusto, soffitto molto basso tanto da sbatterci la testa, con travi piene di polvere; la stanza benché si trovasse al secondo piano non era per niente insonorizzata, non siamo riusciti a riposare per via dei continui rumori esterni provenienti dalla strada; bagno non in camera, il gabinetto si muoveva, era staccato dal pavimento; in stanza non avevamo neanche un frigo; ci hanno fornito solo due asciugamani medi e due più grandi ma noi eravamo in 3; la struttura non ha una cucina, quindi non la consiglio se avete bambini piccoli, fortunatamente una stanza con cucina era libera (ma si trattava di una camera per molti ospiti, noi eravamo in tre) e la ragazza dello staff mi ha gentilmente permesso di entrare un momento a fare la pastina al mio bambino, la cucina però mancava di accessori, le pentole erano molto vecchie e addirittura col fondo rovinato. Altra pecca è il quartiere, molto poco raccomandabile e soprattutto pieno di spazzatura. Sarei dovuta tornare in struttura tra qualche giorno per Pasqua ma purtroppo avendo i bambini piccoli ho dovuto rinunciare soprattutto per la cucina inesistente. La sera stessa del mio soggiorno ho espresso il mio disagio per quanto riguarda la cucina, e su suggerimento della ragazza dello staff ho scritto qui su Booking ai gestori della struttura 5 giorni prima del mio prossimo soggiorno, chiedendo di essere spostata in altra struttura, ma purtroppo non ho avuto una risposta celere e ho provveduto a prenotare da un’altra parte per non rischiare di saltare le vacanze di Pasqua.

• Luigi Lari (2/5): - location next to SAIS Bus stop. The paid late check-in was only disclosed after the booking: an extra €10. I asked for a single room instead of a dormitory. First they told me it would be €7 more, so I paid. Then, as I was going upstairs, they told me they had made a mistake and that it was actually about €16 more. I was left at reception for 45 minutes at 1 a.m. The room they gave me (the Pink Room) was literally an attic room, with a window full of drafts directly above the bed. The window had no curtains, so in the morning I had the sun and the wind literally in my face. I’m 1.80 m tall, so hitting your head is a real risk. The cover photo is definitely misleading.

• Milda (1/5): Breathtaking view of trash - The only thing I like here is that people speak English. Apparently, English-speaking hostel staff in a European city is worth being surprised about... Everything else I disliked. 1. Location – a landfill. I had the opportunity (unfortunately) to stay in two different rooms. The first one had to be changed because it was impossible to live there with local screaming Italians, one of whom appeared to be some kind of homeless person. From *both* rooms’ windows — and I am not exaggerating — the view was directly into a landfill. I have traveled extensively, including Africa and South America, and nothing has shocked me as much as this view from a hostel window in Europe. 2. Noise. The place is extremely noisy. If you’re looking to rest or get any sleep, I strongly do not recommend it. Even earplugs are useless. On top of that, the cleaning staff constantly barges in. Despite clearly stated checkout times, they keep knocking, entering, and rushing you out. Zero respect. 3. Price. Unbelievable. I paid €100 for three nights living next to a landfill. The first night I was even placed in a shared room. I travel cheaply all over Europe, but here I had to request a private room — sleeping with local homeless people did not feel safe. There were no lockers or secure storage for belongings, despite this being advertised. 4. False description. Everything written in the description is a lie. There is no kitchen, not even a kettle to make coffee. After reading other reviews, I was actually relieved that at least there were no bedbugs. 5. Smell and comfort. Both the area and the hostel itself stink. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and hard — I woke up every morning with back pain. 6. Payment & invoice issues. I needed an invoice. The hotel is unable to provide one. They do not accept bank transfers — cash only. This is not mentioned in advance. It’s the 21st century, yet cash-only payments? Frankly, I was scared to pay cash in a place that smells and is located in such a terrible neighborhood. Still, I survived. Avoid this place. There are definitely much better options for a similar price.
