Måske nyder man det, hvis - Personalet prøvede at hjælpe med de mangler, jeg påpegede, men de kunne desværre ikke gøre så meget og talte ikke et ord engelsk. De var dog høflige og smilede. Det regnede meget, da jeg var der, og hotelpersonalet lod mig låne en paraply. Hotellet forsikrede mig om inden ankomst, at man ville kunne bestille morgenmad aftenen inden. Men da jeg ankommer og tjekker ind og vil bestille morgenmad, får jeg at vide, at det ikke kan lade sig gøre, da restauranten er lukket hele den efterfølgende dag. Efter meget frem og tilbage via en oversætter app, fordi de ikke kan engelsk, får jeg at vide, at det er fordi restaurant-ejeren er blevet syg. Så det er åbenbart kun en enkelt mand, der står for hele restauranten. Jeg spørger, hvordan jeg så skal få mad, da jeg ikke er i bil. De beklager meget, men kan ikke gøre noget ved det. Da resortet ligger i midten af ingenting, er min eneste mulighed for mad at købe kopnudler i deres minikiosk. Så det måtte jeg leve af I de to dage, jeg skulle bo der. Jeg havde håbet på at slappe af der, og tænkte ikke, jeg ville behøve en bil i to dage, da jeg troede, der var en restaurant. Jeg må selv spørge dem, hvordan jeg finder vej ned til den hytte, jeg skal bo i, hvorefter den unge herre er sød at følge mig derned med en paraply i regnen. Det var venligt gjort. Den hytte jeg får er af skuffende kvalitet i forhold til billederne på hjemmesiden. Der er mange pletter på spejlet, i kanten af badeværelsesgulvet og på stuegulvet, og jeg ser små dyr krybe ud af afløbet i badeværelset. Der er ingen terassemøbler at sidde på, kun to meget små borde. Der er kun en meget tilfældig blanding af køkkengrej i skabene, men intet bestik, så det var heldigt, jeg havde et par spisepinde med selv tilfældigvis. Dørene og vinduerne kan kun låses, hvis de er helt lukkede - det vil sige, hvis man vil sove med lidt åben dør, så kan folk komme ind til en udefra. Det var meget uhyggeligt som solo-rejsende at bo der, og man kunne høre alt inde ved naboerne - der var ekstremt lydt. Og der kom mærkelige pivelyde fra badeværelset og rundt omkring. Måske er det et fint sted for koreanske familier at tage hen - det er nok dem, som er målgruppen.

The guy in B1, there is not Hip Abduction/Adduction Machine. Treadmills are old and noisy. The area is not as big as it says in booking.com, even the building area is not, the building area of the Bella Deck is 2/3 of the room area in the description. The "70 square meter" apartment, all desk is not stable, it is hard when you want to do some work.

- Lilian (5/5): Very Basic. - The rooms are spacious Face/hand towels were provided but not bath towels. We asked for them but were given 2 for a group of 6. After asking again and again, we got one more and that was it. Communication was a problem. We wanted to have outdoor BBQ. We were told to bring our own meats and plates and cutlery from our own unit. When we arrived, they told us we had to bring our own charcoal which we didn’t as we were not aware of earlier.
- Saet (8/5): My family and I enjoyed our stay. - The room was very spacious. It was as if we were living in a Korean apartment. The heated floor was very warm and comforting. The sheets and linens were cleaned and smelled absolutely fresh. The owners were very accommodating by sending us the items that we left via mail. It was advertised that there was a washer and dryer on the premise on the official website. Although they did have a washer, they did not have a dryer. They were very apologetic that misinformation was on the website. The ondol was set at a very high temperature, the smell of the plastic from the vinyl flooring was very strong. The owner turned down the temperature, but the smell still lingered even with the windows wide open. The water pressure in the bathroom was very weak.

The resort is so quiet, but the refrigerator is not in good condition, I have to unplug the refrigerator to enjoy this quiet resort. The man who manages the swimming pool does not know English well, he told me in English that the pool was not open today, but the pool was just not opened yet in the early morning. And the timetable is not easy to find.

For an affordable price, you get your own villa, a free gym, free pool, a library, a wonderful view of the mountains, the pond, and a restaurant to try!!! You can play billiards, many arcade machines as well. I finished a project here. I was well rested and nothing is more of a companion than nature!!!! Nothing. Honestly, this is the best place for me. Maybe some people will complain that it is far from the city or the noise the newgen look for but for me, I felt relaxed and energized 😁

- Weonseon (10/5): 가성비 최고의 숙소. 취사 가능. 조용하고 평온한 위치. - 한적한 곳이라 아주 조용하고 평안하게 지낼수 있었습니다. 방도 따듯하고 제때에 수건이나 침대시트도 잘교체해주었습니다. 가성비가 아주 젛습니다. 직원분들도 친절하고 성실히 도와주셨습니다. 가족끼리 친구끼리 함께 지내기 최적의 장소입니다. 간편히 요리할수도 있고 밥도 해 먹을수 있어서 아주 편리했습니다. 건물이 좀 오래되다보니 화장실의 기구들이 낡은 점이 좀 아쉬웠습니다만 지내기에는 큰 불편함은 없었습니다. 주방 식기들이 제짝이 아닌것이 좀 있었습니다만 제법 갖추어져 있기는 해서 그런대로 사용에 무리가 없었습니다.

Its difficult to access the resort without car as it is located close to mountain area far from the city area. there are no big marts near by to buy the stuffs so it is recommended to buy everything before you arrive the resort.

- Kelly (5/5): Le cadre et les logements sont magnifiques mais globalement inconfortable - Le cadre est magnifique, les logements (chalets) sont spacieux et l’endroit est calme. Heureusement il y avait un peu d’eau dans le frigo. Les lits étaient très confortable. Les serviettes propres à volonté. La machine à Karaoké La propreté et l’entretien du logement laissent à désirer : plusieurs toiles d’araignée étaient visibles, nous avons retrouvé des déchets laissés par d’anciens locataires, et certaines lampes ainsi que plusieurs prises électriques ne fonctionnaient pas. Il manque également la plupart des éléments qui rendent un logement confortable. Dans la cuisine, il n’y avait ni baguettes, ni fourchettes, ni cuillères — seulement deux couteaux tordus. Aucun égouttoir, très peu de vaisselle, et aucun condiment : pas d’huile, pas de sel, rien du tout. L’annonce mentionnait la présence d’un fauteuil massant. Après avoir cherché partout, nous avons demandé à l’accueil, où l’on nous a répondu, sur un ton plutôt froid : « Il n’y en a plus depuis plus d’un an. » Certes, il y a bien des machines à laver, mais aucun produit n’est fourni, et le sèche-linge était hors service. Enfin, la « supérette » sur place est excessivement chère et propose si peu de produits qu’il est difficile de la qualifier ainsi.
- Šárka (9/5): Great stay for cheap - Great value for the price. Nice calm location, although you really need a car to get there - it is the same for most of the island though. Friendly staff, good parking and a nice pool.

- Euan (6/5): Nice location but basic property without some pretty simple furniture and fittings which we expected. - The location was great The property had air-conditioning in one bedroom, but not in the second, so sleeping was very difficult in that room. The property was sparsely furnished with no bedside tables side tables, no drawers in which to unpack the suitcase. It had one wardrobe but that had no hangers. There was no sofa as shown in the brochure picture, instead there was a bench with a foam top. It was extremely uncomfortable to sit on in the evenings and not relaxing at all (see photos attached of the actual vs the brochure picture)). The beds were doubles, but the duvets were half the size of the mattress - very unusual and not comfortable. There was a nice terrace at the rear of the property but there were no chairs. We asked for chairs and were told we couldn’t have any and couldn’t use the chairs from the kitchen to sit outside - not sure why and very unfortunate as we couldn’t enjoy the space at all. The shower in the main room got hot water, but the en-suite shower was cold and wouldn’t become warm.

- 여행 같은 삶을 살자! (7/5): 올해도 다녀감. - 시설 내에 수영장이 단연 만족도 최상이고요 객실은 4인 가족이 머물기 적당 했습니다. 시설 내에 피트니스 시설이 있고 편의점과 여러 자판기가 있습니다. 시설 구성은 좋으나 관리가 잘 되지 않아 불편했던 부분이 있었습니다. 머무는 동안 식당이 운영하지 않아 이용하지 못했고요. 객실 청소가 다소 부족해 보입니다.

- Marie-noelle (9/5): Superb - Very nice view!! The room is big and the kitchen is decently equipped. The pool is heated (and its very warm!). There weren't many towels but the staff will replace them daily (you just leave the used ones in a basket outside the door and they bring clean ones). The whole site was nice and we had a good time. The bathroom wall is semi-transparent, you can see the silhouette of the person inside, which can be a little uncomfortable, depending on who you travel with. The drying machine was out of service but at least there was a little drying rack in the bedroom.

- Anil (9/5): The stay has been very good. we had a great time. - Resort is located away from city area so it is very calm. Room is very good with all basic facilities. There is also swimming pool where children had a great time. The store located at the resort had some more eatables as the city is far from the resort place.

- Maayan (10/5): Relaxing stay - We liked how spacious was the room, the bed were separated but we simply moved them together. It was nice to stay out of town and relax. They have a beautiful swimming pool than in summer time is probably amazing. We also enjoyed their gym for a morning workout. The kitchen is missing some utilities in order to really cook, not even forks. And the towels are of the size of a face towel - which is what we've seen across korea. To us it wasn't an issue since we have a car but if you don't it will be hard to get around.
- Verified traveler (10/5): 굿 - 23평 예약했는데, 37평짜리 업그레이드받아서 숙박했습니다~ 방2개 화장실 2개 거실, 부엌인데 이정도 규모에 가격(3박 4명 17만원대)을 생각하면 정말 가성비가 좋아요~ 생수 500ml 2개 서비스로 냉장고에 들어있고, 수건 매일 인당 2개씩 교체해주고, 화장지랑 다 잘 구비되어있습니다. 치약은 챙겨가셔야 되네요. 산쪽에 위치해서 시내와의 거리는 있는 편이지만, 차로 이동하시는거면 큰 불편사항은 아닐듯합니다.

- Gek (6/5): Good location if planning to visit many nearby attractions - I liked that it provided free parking. The room is big and comfortable beds for 3 persons in a room. The staff were friendly and helpful and could speak simple English. Was staying on the 1st floor so the sea view was blocked by the villas in front of our balcony. The bath towels provided were small in size like a hand towel but compensated by having given 2 towels per pax. The bathroom was dim and towel racks were rusty.
- Emmanuelle (9/5): Paradise in Jeju - Big room with A LOT of space and balcony (beautiful sea view and surrounded by nature). Room had a kitchen and utensils. There’s a warm pool with nice views. Convenience store open till 22PM. 10min from the center Seogwipo. -TV small and only korean speaking channels -Walls are not sound proof. We could hear our neighbors above (children running) -There was supposed to be breakfast service in the hotel but everything was cancelled. We don’t know the reason.
- Ymbennis (7/5): Good - the staff were nice and very reactive when we told there insects and big spider they sent a person to dispose the spider and gave us mosquito bombs for cocroaches. a big spider was outside the room lot of insects inside and outside the bungalow we were staying.
- Shari (8/5): Very good - Basic cabin, it's spacious, the shower was very nice and it's nice to have a kitchen. If you're looking for a spacious room and a place you only need to sleep and have breakfast at, this place is perfect. The view is beautiful and the staf very friendly and helpful. It is by no means a resort, the pool is not as fancy as the photographs show and occupied by children from morning till night. So we were unable to use the pool. The gym was very basic and unstaffed, not worth going to twice.
- hae ock (10/5): 한라산 중턱 힐링 되는 숙소 - 숙소가 생각보다 넓어서 편했어요. 한라산 중턱이라 시원하고 자연 속에서 가족 휴가 원하신다면 아주 좋은 곳 같아요. 가격 대비 이만한 가족 숙소 찾기 힘들 것 같아요. 정말 마음에 들었고 다음에 또 가고 싶은 곳 이예요.

- Sofia (9/5): Winter wonderland...😍 - We were having our winter vacation and we didn't expect snow heavily.. There was road closure at certain area and it was a bless that road access to Jeju I've was not affected.. The view from the unit was so beautiful with white snow and looking at the sea and mountain that not so near to Jeju I've.. The facility and kitchen provided is good. We can cook and dine in. the unit is a little bit small for 4 adults that travelling with big begs
