Assink (6/5): - The room was clean and a decent size, with enough space to feel comfortable. Everything was well organized, and the bathroom stood out with a really nice, spacious shower. The bed was comfortable. Once settled in, the stay itself was pleasant and relaxing overall. Check-in was supposed to be at 15:00, but when I arrived, my room still hadn’t been cleaned. I had to wait an additional hour before it was finally ready, which was extremely frustrating. What made the situation worse was the attitude of the female staff member (Priscilla?) who appeared to be a manager cause the front desk worker had to consult this said person. She seemed completely uninterested and indifferent, showing no sense of urgency or understanding of why the delay was a problem. It honestly felt like she didn’t care at all.

lydia (7/5): Aardig personeel, kamers gedateerd en haren op de vloer. - We wilden graag een bad en dat had de medewerker geregeld en ons een andere kamer gegeven. Haren op bed, plukken haar op de grond en vloerbedekking stuk. Koelkast ook stuk. Erg jammer want ik had speciaal eten mee voor mijn zoontje die naar het ziekemhuis PMC moest de volgende dag. Dat was dus niet meer goed.

Daniel (10/5): Fantastic experience and will stay there again next time we are in Utrecht. - We were staying with our 18-month old and the staff were fantastic and super friendly. The facilities are great for travelling with a toddler. The breakfast is also fantastic and they do well in accomodating young children by having high chairs etc. I would highly staying here if you are looking for something easy and comfortable when travelling with young children. Happy with everything at this location.

Daniele (7/5): - Camera molto grande, dotata di tutti i comfort (macchina del caffe, bollitore, frigo). Enorme bagno con doccia e vasca da bagno. Tutto molto pulito. Hotel veramente dog friendly viene consegnata una bustina con dei biscottini e le indicazioni per un enorme parco. Inoltre il cane è ben accetto anche nella sala colazione e ristorante. Suggerisco di indicare che in fase di prenotazione vada specificato che si viaggia con un cane perché altrimenti si deve pagare un extra e non è detto che trovino una stanza, se non c'è ne sono altre libere.

G.A.P. (7/5): Redelijk, niets te doen in omgeving - Ontbijt We haddden vtv gebeld of we ergens samen konden zitten omdat we met de familie meerdere kamers hadden geboekt en een spelletje wilden doen en wat borrelen. Dat kon zeiden ze. Maar toen we kwamen hadden ze restaurant gasten in de bar geplaatst wegens overboeking. En moesten we naar de zijkant. Ook werd na diner 10,- euro te weinig teruggegeven. Toen ik terug ging werd ik uitgelachen ‘helaas mislukt’.

Yumi (7/5): No geral confortável, mas pelo preço deveria entregar mais - Quarto muito confortável, ótimas comodidades Distante do centro de Utrecht, e frigobar quebrado. Quando liguei para a recepcionista, ela foi bastante grossa quando eu disse que o frigobar não estava funcionando, enquanto ela me dava instruções erradas para tentar ligá-lo. Ela dizia que haveria um interruptor para ligá-lo, mas não havia nada, até que enviaram um funcionário para resolver, mas não deu pra resolver. O frigobar não funcionou, e o que havíamos comprado no mercado não ficou resfriado.

Caroline (7/5): Très satisfaisant en dehors du bruit de la route. - Petit déjeuner excellent. Je n'ai pas apprécié du tout qu'on me fasse payer d'avance l'ensemble du séjour. La chambre était mal isolée phoniquement par rapport à l'extérieur, avec une route très bruyante tout près.

Goodie bag for the kids was a nice touch. Plenty of tea and coffee and a mini fridge in the room. Surprisingly complicated to reach with public transport even though there is a bus stop outside the hotel. Many breakfast options but the quality was low

Andrea (10/5): Perfekt für den City Trip - Sehr gute Lage, mit dem Bus ca. 15 Min. bis in die City. Außergewöhnlich gutes Frühstück und das Personal dort sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Ziimmer sehr schön, auch mit Hund kein Problem.

Nicole (8/5): - Mooie schone kamer met een lekker 2 persoons bed. Apart zitje en koffie en thee faciliteiten. Waterdruk van de douche, deze was zo laag dat je het gevoel had dat je in miezerregen stond ipv een douche. De gezamelijke toiletten in het restaurant gedeelte waren in de avond echt smerig. Overal wc papier op de grond en op in de houders Helaas geen balkon.

Bosch (8/5): Het verblijf was prima, niks mis mee - Ontbijt was prima, diverse soorten brood en beleg. De ligging was zeer mooi, we hebben lekker kunnen fietsen in die omgeving ondanks de kou. Maar het was droog en dat is het belangrijkst! De fietsenstalling. We hadden vrijdags al doorgegeven dat de lamp bij de tv het niet deed evenals het koffiezetapparaat, maar toen we 'smaandags gingen deden ze het nog niet!

Crooks (3/5): Came for a night out with freinds impossible with no bar facilities. - Nothing No bar in the hotel whatsoever ! Breakfast only Luke warm! and served on plates that were stone cold.
Destany (8/5): - De hotelkamer was super mooi ingericht en schoon. Het ontbijtbuffet was heerlijk. Goed ruime kamer voor 4 personen. Het personeel in het hotel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, vooral de dames bij het ontbijtbuffet. We konden het zwembad niet gebruiken, dat was jammer. Het personeel in het restaurant waren zeer kort af. We bestelden cocktails waarvan 1 cocktail bijna 10 minuten later werd gebracht. Dit was de Moijito. De Moijito smaakte ook nog eens naar drop en niet naar munt. We durfden dit niet aan te geven omdat het personeel zeer onvriendelijk was daar voor al.
